Rue! ^-^ Although Prim seems really sweet in the books, Rue just... touched me, I guess.
Also, I don't like saying this, but because I watched the movie before I started the trilogy, the first image I got of Prim wasn't as sweet, kind and beautiful as in the book. <3 Unfortunately, your first "impression" is the most memorable, and whenever I think of Prim, I know think of Prim.. in the movie. (Not that she's bad or anything, but ...do you know what I mean?)
I still like Prim, though. smile
But Rue is just so awesome 4laugh

Prim's adorable, but there's just something about a clever little thing that can hold her own and fight.

Also, Rue reminds me of one of my sassy black friends. Especially the part in training when she stole the guy's knife.

I liked Rue because she was witty and strong.
I liked Prim because she was intelligent and optimistic.

Rue, because she is not as needy. She is still kind, but she also has more of an individual drive. She also has a beautiful voice.
