They don't count, as they were not supporting characters. They had no character development, no impact on the plot, or the main characters, they were literally just there to die.
Of the supporting cast, it's always the black one that dies first.

And the other black character, Thresh, was the second to last to die.

No, but if they died because of the color of their skin,

Oh no, I was referring to a popular trope, which is "of the supporting cast, the black guy dies first." If a black guy survives the first death, he isn't more likely than anyone else to die second. "Black guy dies first" only applies to the first death of a supporting cast member.

Have you ever seen the movie Prince of Persia (terrible btw)? I've never played the game, but they killed the black guy in that one too ... but then my friend told me that there was no black character in the Prince of Persia game!! xd Noooo waaaay.... like they just cast a black actor to kill him. whyyyyyyyyyyy

I picked up a "Tribute Guide" that was supposed to look like some Capitol produced Hunger Games program, but 3/4 of the tributes were listed as "District 6 Girl Tribute" or "District 9 Boy Tribute." Seriously? They couldn't even make up names for the kids?

i have the hunger games pin and i think its pretty awesome. I mean they they do go overboard but itll be worth it if the movie is a sucess if not well then they have bad luck

Honestly, I think the movie is going to suck. The first book was great [in the middle and end, the beginning was boring as hell], but the second book was basically the same thing as the first and the third was just horrendous. The movie isn't going to be as great the book, there was just so much action scenes that I doubt a movie could really pull off.
