i guess they didn't want the same type of start as the previous movie had.
i would've liked it a lot more though.
the dwarves could've sang another song there as well,
like they did in the book.
it would've been a great way of bringing us back to the atmosphere,
before entering Mirkwood, that would've been a whole different adventure.
My mom was very disappointed of how different they made the scene with Beorn.
i really hope there's more clips of his house in the extended version
when it comes out, but nothing can save the way they entered anymore.
