I hear this all the time. People not liking certain other people because of their music. Their attitude, actions, personality, even looks I can understand. But come on... their music?

1. It's not like people force their music upon each other.
2. Music doesn't define a person.
3. Not liking someone because of their taste in music is a form a prejudice.

I can understand that, but if I liked someone, I wouldn't stop liking them just because of the music they like. Sure, it might be one of the things I take into consideration when looking at a guy, but if everything else fits, I can let the music taste pass.
