I happen to be one of those people who believes in the gay gene.
It makes perfect sense, honestly.

There's a reason for everything, so there must be a cause behind homosexual attraction.
And, if there is, it could be either environmental or biological.

I fail to see the credibility of those who support the environmental theory, whereas the gay gene fits.

I dont think it matters, and either reason gives fodder to the anti-gay wackos.
If its a gene, youre defective and can be cured potentially.
If its environmental, its a choice.
It shouldnt be important why someones gay.
Its just how they are, and people should live with it.

i don't really think it's a gene or and enviromental issue ... it's a preference and if you know you like men then you like men ! It's just an attraction and i think it's completley natural! but i dont really think it's genetic... sweatdrop

Its a bit of an odd issue. I believe that everything in life is decided by what you experience in life, so I would go towards environmental, but at the same time, I acknowledge that for transgenders that they feel uncomfortable from birth. So I think transgenderism is more of a gene problem, whereas gay is more environmental most of the time
