Cus it's creepy.. there's sexual preditors out there and women are taught to not be sexually harrased.. and talking about sexual things just out of the blue is basically sexual harrasment. there are a lot of factors at play, so i guess you'd have to be able to judge for yourself whether or not the situation is appropriate. she'll probably shut you down pretty quickly if your advance is unwelcome, so that would be the easiest way to tell.
