Besides tasting yummy, fish is a good source of protein. It contain Omega-3, which is good for your health (which, with consistent consumtion, also makes you look younger too).

I love salmon, tuna, trout, etc. mrgreen

If you mean the fish on Gaia, not fish IRL, you can make them into (ugly) hats. I prefer to sell them, because I don't like the hats.
