you piss like crazy, but you lose weight and exercise your legs running to the bathroom all the time.
Yay! Me too! Mostly, it's because of the strange diet/sport I do. I eat hills for breakfast, which means I'm a cross country runner. (We have to run at 6:30am during summer training because otherwise the team would get heatstroke.) Running 6 miles for fun about 5 times a week gets you in shape pretty quickly. Plus when you have to get up that early, you sleep less, and everyone knows you burn more calories when awake.
That's my other method of staying in shape. No sleep.
