Diets don't get you into shape silly, they jus make you skinny and weak. 3nodding . Umm well to be in tip-top physical shape, I have a workout routine in the comfort of my own room. I do crunches, leglifts, triceps, beating the s**t out of my walls, and running around and dancing mrgreen . Taking walks wouldn't hurt, and that's a safe way to tone up, and lose som pounds. If you really need to lose pounds, stick to eating healthy but don't starve yourself (trust me... sweatdrop ), and try to shrink your stomach by eating less so that you are not alwys hungry. avoid junk stuff, go for yoghurts, milkshake bars (50 cals each!), fruits (kiwis and pears r my favs!), and anything else non-starchy. Just don't go annorexic.
