I work.
I clean a physical fitness center for my dailywage, and those lazy bastards dont put anything away. For roughly 2 hours a night, I'm moving 45lbs weights and 100lbs machines.
THAT is how I work out.
And it's great, too. I'm all muscular...hehe
well I dont really need to go on a diet, but I keep in shape by walking, rollerblading, swimming is an excellent way to stay in fit. I hate going to gyms I think its a waste of money I keep in shape the natural way 3nodding
i play basketball bout 5 times a week either coaching,playing or training so that all involes alotta stuff and then there's school sport so Im always doing something and my school has a huge hilll so i walk up that bout 15 times a day...someone beat that xp
