i just listen to that kind of music [alternative, emo, screamo, hardcore]

and its funny when poeple deny what they are.

its also easieer to organize/ and describe them.
like you could say.

In 7th grade, people thought I was turning Goth because I wore blue flame pajama pants and 3 bracelets on each wrist. It was kewl.

I have a friend who kinda fits the 90's goth description, but he's more of just a ***** weirdo.

I wore a floral skirt and a darth vader shirt once. I also have short brown hair. D: People can't believe how matching I am.

Butrly. I don't have style, I shop everywhere.

Well, mostly everywhere except Hollister, Abercrombie and Fitch, and Rave, they're too expensive for me. D: I shop at Wal Mart and Target and Hot Topic (I bought a Wonka coat from there. WONKA FTW!) and Old Navy though. I also dyed part of my hair blue last summer. <3

I'll show you a picture of something I've put together.

EDIT: I also tend to wear bright red lipstick. I'm naturally a pasty kid though, and went through the punk/goth/emo phase. I don't care what I'm labelled, my brother desensitized me when I was younger. Lozl.

EDITEDIT: I also listen to every type of music. Except rap. And most country. But srsly, rap sucks. D< SUCKS!

I like rap.
There's some excellent rap which is astoundingly good :3
and gangsta rap is fun pirate

my entire group of friends is considered "Gothic" to my small town school because aparently someone wore a black shirt two days in a row or something. =P
those rules really don't apply when you're so isolated from the real world that the only acceptable cliques are the jocks and cheerleaders.

Cyber Goths often get on with 80's Goths, but they both have a tendancy to look upon with disdain, or sneer at 90's Goth's as "false" goths, or posers.

haha, I got call poser at my old school, I guess because i'm not into the selfmutualation or something xd . But, in my opinion they all acted like preps, and anyone who "copied" them or who wasn't "cool enough" or in their "goth inner cirlce" were considered posers.
