I agree. The entertainment industry has garnered a startling amount of money in the past century.

I remember when music was only for nobles.

We should make musicians work for petty wages like Mozart did.

That way they'll abuse themselves so that they'll die much earlier, which will help fix our Social Security problem, and then when they die, I won't have to see any R.I.P. threads because no one will know who they are.

I agree. Nobody gives a flying ******** about the mainstream music industry anymore. Its nothing but shitty marketing towards tweens.

I don't understand how you can't find ANY good music though. Listen to some underground music -- there's good stuff everywhere, you just need to look.
What do you listen to while your driving or running? jeez.

Music is a necessity.

However there are fewer and fewer good quality new bands. Everything MTV airs is pure bullshit. So, music at one point was worth buying, but today I wouldn't waste money on almost any of the new s**t out today.
