i got the implanon and i haven't had a bad cramp or a period in like a year

I get horrific cramps if I drink milk, and they will keep me awake.

And then the gas starts, and I have to go outside for fear of detonating my house.

i can't take pain pills rn bc it messes up my body w/ other medication i have to take and i've already exceeded the most ur allowed to have sad

Aww, I can usually nap them off. If I don't though I end up puking and gagging everywhere, it's really annoying. It feels good to drop to the floor and roll around for 2 seconds before it hurts again.

Get a hot water bottle, it helps a lot.

I hate cramps. Do you take birth control though? That's done WONDERS for my cramps. But I have PMDD, so my cramps would last all day and i wouldn't be able to stand up and they would give me fevers. Basically my first day of my period looked like a birthing scene from some old west movie where the mother dies afterwards. Like I'd scream and writhe and everything.

So...you know....you could have that.

true story i had an exam on my birthday nd also started my period that day??? i spent the whole morning of the exam in bed waiting for the pain to end even after taking painkillers, i puked, i cried a little, i had to have help during the exam bc i was in so much pain
