smell ur period coming

i kno its p common, hormones start comin thru and you can sense it

like youll be sweating or something even when u dont usually and you can notice the change in odor and bam 2 days later ur bleeding

from what i knew only you could rlly detect that but my s/o detected that 2 the other day, or he just said he did or me saying that made him aware of if idk

the only way i know it's coming is being super cold in the days leading up to it.
and being dead dog tired.
and sometimesssss a little more emotional.
otherwise i don't really notice many changes.
