One day when i was bored i read the newspaper. When i got to the crime section, I had noticed that at 50% of all the crimes and misermeaners were by Juveniles. There was anything from robberies to highjacking. Now thell me your opinion, has Juvenile crime gotten out of hand or is it just me?

What does it matter? A crime is a crime, it doesn't matter who did it. Crimes have existed forever.

Usually you see crime and rise of crime in general in areas and countries where people are hungry. What you might consider as crime for somebody else is a matter of survival............

Juveniles are more likely to lack proper judgement and willpower when it comes to crime-commiting. The adult brain is more mature, [physically] and their judgement is a little better. Not to say that there are some people that lack judgement no matter what age they are.

Just bringing that to the table.
