I LOVE word/phrase trends you know that?
Way back when it was words like "groovy" "Chill bro" "Posse" and such others that nowadays would seem ABOSLUTELY uncool if anyone ever said it. *Ahem* parents. ninja
But such words we use today, on the net specifically, will they be painfully uncool in twenty years, even ten years from now?
Will even the word "uncool" become uncool?
Or will these words evolve, and take on entirely different meaning?
I have written up a list of supposedly "cool" netspeak and put a description for a prediction, or idea, of what the future might hold in store for these words.
This is not meant to be aken too seriously, otherwise you might find yourself banging your head against your computer monitor at the stupidity of todays, and possibly tomorrows youth.

Used by internet users and annoying teeny boppers alike, this word as all of you should know "Laugh out loud"
When really....You never actually do laugh out loud, do you? mad
THE PREDICTION
This word could eventually replace the defunct word "laugh"
Or even "haha"
Instead people say "LAWLAWLAWL, FUNNY"
OR "MADE ME LAWL"
True, many of you use this word in this context already, but I'm talking a massive takeover, I'm talking THE OXFORD ******** DICTIONARY man. mad

One of the most used expressions on the net apart from Lol, this word can be used to express fear, anger, sexual desire and cheese.
THE PREDICTION
The word will become Ohemgy, a garble used widely by the hip and "in"
Not knowing it's original...origins, people will use this to mean "weird","wow", "cool" and "********"
O RLY?
{Pronounciation-Oh-rear-lee}
A massive hit back in the...uh...1600's or so, though my figures may not be completely accurate, this word is a shortening of "oh really?" or "oh really then you ********?"
This catchy phrase is often accompanied by a picture of the Orly owl, created by...uhm..canadian chain smoking beavers.
THE PREDICTION
The word will simply ORLY, and will only be used by computer geeks, nerds, dorks, outcasts, and general "losers" of the population. The meaning will not really change, though it could also be taken to mean "What the ********? ("What the ********" is covered next)
WTF

Ah, the last but certainly not least. One of my favourite sayings, it means "what the ********" The effectiveness of this saying is much more...effective when the actual words are used, not the letters, however there are exceptions.
There isn't much else to say except, Double yew tee eff! scream

I don't see this changing honestly, but just for humours sake:
In the future people will say "Dubbluteef?" meaning "what?" "what the ********?" and "do I have penguins up my a**?"

Also, see stupididity, brain dead and UTTER ********.
PREDICTION
Stupid shall become extinct, and in its place will be "noob"
Instead of "stupidity" it shall be "noobidity"
And such branded noobs will be forced to walk around in flame pants. yuh huh.
KAWAI

A word used by both japanese people, and annoying japanophile ******** who think they are japense, and have no life.
It means cute, or please, stab me in the face.

This word will die a horrible painful death and no one will ever use it ever and if they do the penalty shall be death. The end. evil
