My first car is just about dead, needs to be replaced this year.
I paid for it, it's insurance and road tax etc before I could even drive it.
Cars give you so much freedom, but at a ******** expensive price and don't even get me started on petrol.

Road tax?
What's that?
Oh, do you live in the UK?

Yeah I do, we pay tax for everything rolleyes
Basically every car is categorised into how economically friendly it is (among other things), because mines an old car I pay about £120 a year, but with the new car I want I'd only have to pay £20 a year.

I have an '01 Dodge Durango.
It's breaks are shitty, it needs to have its gas pushed to start it half the time, its speedometer is off, and the windows don't roll up.
I'm getting really tired of it and I've only had it, in my possession, for a year.
Neons suck! don't buy them!
When ever buying a car look at Kelly blue book for a price. If the price is what there asking then okay.

If price is 500 or more under something is wrong with that car.

NUMBER ONE RULEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALWAYS HAVE YOUR MECHANIC LOOK AT IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT! If they are iffy about it...something is wrong with the car, If they make you rush your decision because other people are there forget it and walk away.
I have experience trust me.

Yeah petrol is becoming very expensive, it's like £1.39 per litre (£6.20 a gallon) and it's planning to rise again.
Pisses me off when I think that it was only £1.10 when I started driving, and my wage isn't increasing.
how much is petrol there?

It's a $1.33 here.
Not sure what the conversion is exactly, but Google says it's £.83.
