I have Starlings living in my porch roof!!!

Starlings appear to be some sort of bird. Annoying in most respects and a pest. How do I get rid of them without calling the animal person? Stupid birds woke me up this morning. My room is in the front of the house with the only window access to the top of the porch roof.

I want to take a damn nap. How do I shoo them away?
