Why would you want to kill hundreds of bats? Maybe just one. You have to probably skin and gut it. Probably won't get much meat from it though and it will be rough.

I can eat 20 bats in one day. Less meat on fox bats.

That many bats a day will diminish your supply. Maybe another source of food will sustain you better. How can there be less meat on a flying fox? o.o

Yes, roast or marinate, bats are very good. They have a gamey taste, rather like pigeons and herons. You must be careful of rabies and parasites, make sure you wash carefully.
