i've been tired all day

how long have you been lifting and what type of proteins do you take (if any) my friend is trying to bulk up and i'm the opposite and i'm trying to slim down lol
I used to be fat!
Do both, gain muscle and lose fat.
Lower carbs, up protein, train hard.
I've been serious for about 2 years.
i've started being more serious about my workouts since about novemeber of last year but i'm in uni now so its harder for me to train that what it used to be
and like i want to do more gym since i noticed i;ve slimmed down but i just havent the time :/
