Work was slow so I was given the option to leave early.
I did and went to the bar with some co-workers.. bus boys and cocktail waitresses.
It was fun till some drunk @$$hole dude walked in.
I was playing pool with some of my co-workers.
the dude went to my short fat waiter dude when he was with his female co-worker.
he started hitting on the girl and being rude to my buddy.
they arent dating but they are close friends and it is disrespectful to walk up like that.
I was kinda drunk and having a hard time hitting the pool ball while watching it all and listening cause my ears are like Wolverines.
anyways.. my buddy is trying to be nice and tell the dude that she wasnt interested and were there trying to have fun.
the dude was being a p***k and called him a fat boy.
i kinda get the whole alpha aggression thing but my buddy wasnt asking for it. he is a genuine nice guy and isnt trying to start a fight or puff up his chest. the dude was being a p***k.
so anyways.. I was at the table and was like : "yo, bro!" " how about you leave them two lovebirds alone and walk away".
the dude got pissed and stared at me while i smiled.
anyways... the barkeep came rushing in trying to avoid a problem which in my mind caused a bigger problem. "cause the dude all of a sudden had an audience.
anyways.. he asked me if I had a problem with him and I said, yeah, u'r a d**k.
the bartender asked us to take it to the alley in the back of the bar. we did.
anyways.. long story short my jaw is sore, my knuckles hurt, my teeth hurt.
everyone is ungrateful toward me even though i stuck up for the dude..
and I had to walk home and I peed twice on my way home in the middle of the street.
its nothing like the movies where you are rewarded for doing the right thing and sticking up for the weak. IRL you will get arrested and you cant stick around after giving someone an @$$ beating.
