Euucuch, don't they know vanilla extract can get you drunk too? I'm sure it tastes a lot better than hand sanitizer. I mean, you could be a delinquent and still have some common sense.

Apparently novacaine isn't like "controlled" in the same way something like vicodan or whatever is. With just a credit card and knowing the right sights to check you can get the stuff online. Alas, I totally don't know what sites as my friends are more into that than I am but it's not like super hard to come by.

And yeah, I honestly haven't seen anything about it online either. I guess it's possible that it's like just happening locally or something.
