A lot of guys I know sleep over a friend's house so their parents won't know they went to a party or smoked weed or got wasted.

I haven't had a sleep over since 5th grade. I remember me and my best friend would always start on separate sides of the blanket we laid out on the living room floor, and end up tangled together by morning.

if by sleep over you mean we pass out at eachothers places after a night of heavy drinking and don't talk / spoon or have any physical contact then sure why not.

Most guys do have sleepovers, but don't call them that. We usually call them "Game 'till you drop" nights.
