I say, yah tottally. The ones who dont want to have sex wont. The ones who do know where they can get some protection. Condoms aren't the cheapest thing.

It's been proven in Great Britain that even with the availability of birth control methods, the rate of pregnancies or even active sex lives did not increase by any means at all.

the only reason they promote abstinence is because of teen pregnancy and thus condoms are another solution to the same problem.
