I think a lot of people use it just for the sake of trying to be as offensive as possible without having to be clever about it. I hear it more over online comment arguments and especially online games from people, usually kids and idiotic teenagers, who are losing an argument or game in an attempt to be "edgy" and as a half-assed excuse for a REAL insult.

I always used to wonder about that: If someone WAS hacking, how does that make them "a stupid ******"? How does that context work? How does hacking relate to ANY negative black stereotype? People are stupid as Hell, I swear...
