I know for a fact that exactly one third of the Gaian population has genitals.

And exactly half of that third has annoying issues with their genitals, like herpes or AIDS.

I must admit, my problem is not that severe, but as of right now (6:12 PM Eastern Time) my balls have developed a slight slimy film which is causing them to itch.

I am tempted to itch them, but I'd have to reach in and actually touch the slime in order to fully relieve myself. Seriously, if I had to cure one problem with the world, it would be annoying issues with the majority of the populations genitals.
