I'm currently waiting to get my car back but the moment I do I'm selling it, which seriously sucks ******** a**.

I'm thinking about getting a GTI or GLI and am looking for some feedback on both. I've specifically been looking at 2008 and up. Realistically I'm just trying to get some opinions.

Not really. People seem to complain about handling when compared to the GTI, and I hate cars that handle like boats.

Maybe the 4(5)dr gti? or the 4(really its a 5 door) door Golf R.

Just look for one used, then rape face on the roads while maintaining a sense of style and practicality.

Really? How so? I'm curious as to what makes it a terrible car. Granted I've never owned one obviously, I'm just going off a few friends experiences with R32s.

The R32 really is a terrible car.... they're practically made of play-doe, and the sound they make, is actually baffles, they cheated

they don't handle like they should, the manual trannys are weak as hell, which they solved by getting rid of it, which means the good ones are auto, so no one cares

Edit: Not gonna lie though, it's one of the 3 VW's id actually get though
