Personally I think those S/W photos look very... unnatural. The wheels are all dressed up but the rest of the car is plain jane... Sort of an odd combination. JDM's car is actually looking WAY better than I imagined it would; the first pic looks dang great!

Great job on the car!

I can see what you mean. I usually am not a fan of body kits. But, the kit on JDMFamous's car really does set the car off in a good direction. The fitment is much more spot on, on the silver car though, IMO. If JDMFamous's car had that fitment while looking like it currently does? heart

Nono, keep it as it is. The camber on the silver car is... :l Tire-destroying to say the least. It's tipped off at like a 20 degree angle ATLEAST. May as well just use bicycle tires, you'd get more surface area at this point now that you're tilting the tires so much. I like JDMs car. It's not at it's full potential (no offence), but it looks nice! Somethings missing... I cant put my finger on it though sad
That camber is incredibly mild. It's 3 degrees at most. Btw, camber doesn't destroy tires, toe does.

And, the silver Celica is laying down most if not all of the tread on the floor. It just seems like it's not because the tire is stretched, and you get that "rounded" edge, which makes it look like the tire is lifted off the floor.

The silver one looks like the rears ends broke as s**t. The ops looks good as it is.

Saw this thread on S/W and thought of you. Here's some eye candy, and maybe even some inspiration for you. wink

lol thanks for thinking of me. (no homo) I think its sexy. The wheels do have a little to much dress up on it. But nonetheless a very sexy stock bodied slammed celi. Amazed I havent seen that car on one of the celica forums.

*scratches chin*

Hrmmm... surprised You may be onto something here! If you do decide to get a wing, please get a wrap-around one instead of a strutted one. Oh god, no strutted ones. Please.

And camber unevenly wears tires. It may not destroy them indefintely, but it wears them out quicker because all the wear is focused onto less surface area than if the camber was less intensified.

Flip the tires every X amount of miles. Just like with regular cars on non-staggered wheels, every X amount of miles, you should take the tires off the drive wheels and rotate them with the non-drive wheels. Saves your tires.

Please don't put a wing on it. It looks so clean wingless. I think what's odd about your car is that in those pics, you don't see an exhaust exit. Where in the world is it? Recessed into that rear bumper, I think?

LOL yea the exhaust is hidden because of the rear lip. Its there, you just can't see it. Toyota made a trd extended exhaust specifically for this rear lip, unfortunately I don't have it. and yea no wing, I took it off because it looked funny.
