I think lexus didn't connect those two was because it required custom piping, which is something most car companies don't do, and it might also make the exhaust note very restrictive and somewhat loud.

It really would'nt requre that much piping would it...? I mean, the gap between the actual exhaust pipe and the "fake" exhausts arent that big...

Also, a loud tone on a sporty car? Heaven forbid. I'd rather hear "BWAAAA" on an ISF than a Civic... Thing is, I hear it on a Civic alot more sad Though I get why some people would want it more quiet.
