I have a quick question for anyone who may be able to help me. My car won't start, its making a "tock tock tock" noise, but electricity is getting to the car just fine. Does anyone know what it MIGHT be?

Your battery is low but not completely dead. When the battery is low most of the car will still get power and act normal, but the battery cannot draw enough amperage to roll over the engine. Sounds like you just need someone to give you a jump.

Basically what Levis Pennae said.

Try to roll down your windows, if its slow and still moving, and if the headlights look dim, try to get a boost first.

How long has it been since you last drove this car?
