It's a Fisker Karma. I've never even heard of Fisker brand before. They cost like 100k...which is pocket change to Bieber. Also, TMZ is reporting that the Bieber's car suffers from multiple violations under California law:

Yeah, but... common, that car is like... annoying.
There's a difference between standing out and being obnoxious, as well as a fine line between having a unique style and totally lacking aesthetic taste.
This car with its chrome wrap and purple neon lights is the latter on both accounts.
There's a radio commercial making rounds in my area where somebody was pulled over because his car was overly shiny. I would think that this thing would definitely qualify for that.
