Welcome to Gaia! ::

I'm looking to temp fix a radiator on the cheap, and was wondering if there is a good epoxy. I thought alumaloy would work but I've heard that stuff requires way too much heat to melt.

Also looked at some 2 component epoxies and Arctic Silver, but so far I've only seen temperature ratings up to 150 Celsius, and I am worried the radiator would melt through that.

Don't fix an old radiator, just get a new one. They are cheap, and easy to install.

Seconded. If money is a problem, you can always salvage a decent one from a scrap yard. Check Craigslist and kijiji as well.
