My car has been making a weird noise lately when I play with the A/C. It's a type of clicking noise, and I can control it by turning my a/c on and off, and if I want heat or cold and the power level of said a/c. So far nothing else I do seems to make it stop or start, but I find it really annoying and can't seem to figure out where it's coming from or what it is.

I am a chick and I don't know very much about cars, so help is appreciated!

It's a 2008 Impala.

Duration. Usually 50-60 seconds.

its probally the heater core going bad in it

A heater core is part of the cooling system in an automobile. It is another kind of radiator that is inside the vehicle cabin and is used to disperse heat into the vehicle interior.Since your car is a new one its going to be difficult to find and work on

Well the a/c still works. I almost think that something is stuck in there and when the blades spin around they are hitting them... but if that was the case it would be a nonstop sound.

Oh, well, nevermind. I was just told not to drive it anymore until I can get it to the garage. Thanks for the info anyway fellas.
