Even though body lifts are easy to install the handling will be the same.

With suspension you'll get a different feel and the handling will be different. You'll probably have to get shocks as well.

only a few, but I won't know until I figure out what side tires I'm going to get as well.

and my opinion on what to get for tires and rims.
If you're a hard off-roader I suggest custom rims like these.
They'll still look nice and won't be a hassle if you have scratches or dents. Unless you're really into style. Super swampers or Boggers for tires. It all comes down to having how many inches you're going to lift wink

Those look like Diamond Racing Steelies. Pretty decent company. Will pretty much build your steel wheels to your exact specs for a pretty cheap price.

Just about every steel wheel company makes that style of wheels, specifically D-hole off road wheel. Best bargain I've found are the wheels made by Pro Comp Rock Crawler series.
