Bella, frankly, had no ******** idea what to do. Blair was lying on the floor, on the verge of consciousness. Two seconds ago Blair had been at her door, looking rather annoyed at being had brought up here in the first place. Then she had intruded, only to puke her guts out in the bathroom. Bella bit down on her lower lip and set her phone on the counter. "We gotta sit you up," she said, though her tone wasn't soft. It was more "god, why me". Slowly she grabbed Blair by the shoulders and slowly propped her against the tub. There was a knock at the door. s**t. "I'll be right back," she assured the bride-to-be before grabbing her phone and closing the bathroom door behind her. "Mrs. Crayford?" was the sound of the employee. Her throat closed up as she slowly opened the door. "Yes?" "I was sent here to get Mr. Crayford's bags," he said with a small smile. Bella's face fell. "Oh, come on in." Bella pulled back the door and let the man in just as her phone went off.

Sure enough it was from Nate.

Ben, on the other hand, was like a spicy, alcoholic drink. Once you had some, you couldn't really go back. If Nate was done with her, Bella could be too. As hard as that might be. Nate could go shove his marriage morals up his a** and marry from Yale skank. She didn't give a ********. Leave Blair with her Duke, and Ben and Bella would travel the world and have some really hot sex on a plane.

Blair's head was pounding. Images from her night with Ben, Nick's words crowding her head. Nate calling her a whore, Bella calling her a b***h. She was ******** hated by every single possible person in this world, all the people who had once said they loved her were the same people who now hated her guts. She couldn't believe she'd been stupid enough to love Nick when she could love one person. How could she have just lied to Nick like that when he'd tried to make her happy in every possible way. Yet somehow she was the ******** b***h everyone said she was and always found her way back to Ben. Slightly opening her eyes, Blair looked at her surroundings, great she passed out in Bella's washroom, out of all the places in the world, Bella de Luca's washroom.

s**t, she had explaining to do.

Slowly moving her head from her side to her head, Blair closed her eyes gently pressing her fingers to her temple. She'd saw that Bella was no where in sight, but could hear her voice through the washroom door. They were here to pick up Nate's things? What the hell happened to Bella and Nate being the most perfect couple around, those nights they'd probably had devoting their love to each. Just the thought of that made Blair want to throw up. Again. Or maybe she really did have throw up again. Leaning over the edge of the toilet once again, Blair closed her eyes before letting out whatever the hell she still had left in her body out, before leaning back against the bath tub, wiping her mouth with a huge bundle of toilet paper. Her cellphone had started to ring again and this time the sound of it made her head ache even more. Slowly looking around for it on the bathroom floor, Blair picked it up reading Ben's message and then somehow finding the energy to reply back.

She hit send and felt the cellphone drop out of her hands hitting the bathroom floor. Pulling herself up from the floor in desperate need of water Blair pulled open the bathroom door, walking into the messy room. "I'm really sorry..." she couldn't stop the words. They'd just come out. "I should go, I've caused you enough trouble for today." Blair looked at Bella apologetically, she really didn't want to fight right now. All she wanted was to go to Ben and tell him the truth.

The truth being she couldn't live without him. She needed him. She loved him.

Dismissing the employee hurriedly as he left the room with Nate's bags, she closed the door behind him and walked back to the bathroom to find Blair's face contorted in anxiety, her fingers pressed to her temples. Bella opened her mouth to speak, but Blair heaved again in her toilet. Bella's eyes widened in disbelief and she sucked in a deep breath. "You ******** owe me for that," Bella scoffed, hurriedly flushing the toilet as Blair wiped her mouth with a heap of toilet paper. "They charge you for extra room service. Though I suppose I won't need it, granted I won't be here much longer..." her voice trailed off, not wanting to divulge the intimate details of her little fantasy with Ben. She watched Blair type away on her phone, probably to Nick - and then the phone slipped from her fingers and fell to the marble floor, as if its weight was too heavy to carry. Bella's anger fell as she watched Blair pick herself up. The girl was a mess.

Bella didn't stop her from walking into the messy bedroom. Bella flicked off the bathroom light and followed her. Crossing her arms, she was a bit surprised to hear an apology from Blair. Though she couldn't help but feel Blair was apologizing for everything she'd done, even though that was easily not the case. She could see Blair was ready to leave. But the maternal instinct told her to step in. [******** Blair, you're not going anywhere. You just hurled some s**t into my bathroom and can barely walk. What is wrong with you?" Okay, her maternal instinct was slightly varied from most. Gently guiding Blair to sit down on the edge of the bed, she tossed her phone behind her and looked at Blair.

"Tell me what's wrong." She felt like she had been warped back to the time when they had been stuck wearing uniforms - but she and Blair had always "adapted" to the rules by wearing kicking stilettos and rolling up their skirts. Back when they would fight over Nate and gush what a horndog Ben was. When they had been inseparable - best friends 'til the end - though secretly envious of each other. Bella immediately found herself missing that. She had never had another best friend like Blair. She hadn't had many friends since then. Blair was the only girl who could match her bitchiness, who would put up with it with a smile.

But that was all a very long time ago.

Did she not get his text? Did she tell him the truth, that the kid was obviously Ben's, or was the Prince a psychic? Dozens of reactions ran through Ben's mind - did he feign shock? "Oh, what, Blair is pregnant? Congrats, man!" Did he deny it? "There is no way in hell that thing is mine, I wouldn't touch Blair with a ten-foot stick." Did he just duck whatever punch was surely coming this way now? He didn't honestly know how much longer he could just stand there though - the pain in his side was overwhelming, blurring his vision of the Duke as he spoke to him in that crisp, bitter accent of his. "What can I say, Walsh? It's what I do best," Ben managed a slight smile, raising his eyebrows. He just had to 'fess up to it, admit to it all. He'd ******** Blair, it was true. He'd destroyed their relationship, that was true too. He'd destroyed Nate and Bella, that was true too. It was all true. No more lies. "And I would say I'm sorry, but really, I'm not," Ben told Nick before he left to join the Pity Party, table of two, with Nate. Ben pulled out his phone, reading the texts from the two girls.

Ben turned back towards the hotel, each step paining him as he walked over to the elevators, stepping inside as he traveled up to his floor. Things had somehow spiraled out of control, with no signs of ever returning to normal. Then again, this was Dalton ******** Heights. There was no such thing as normal. Blair was pregnant, the marriage between her and the Duke apparantly over, Bella and Nate were over for good, Ben probably had a broken rib and nose, Nate had yet another deed to add to the list of 'Reasons to Hate Ben Luthor', Nick was probably going to somehow add him to a list of terrorists or whatever the hell s**t he could do with the authority of being a Duke, and somewhere, in the eye of this tornado, was Ben. He just had no idea what to do. Going to his hotel room to get ******** hammered sounded like a good place to start though.

He walked down the hallway, finding his room and opening the door. The maid had obviously been by, because the bedsheets were all tangled the last time he was here. Rather then making the smart decision of going to the bathroom to clean off his face, he just pulled off his bloody shirt and left it on the floor. Pausing by the door to fix the lock to prop the door open for Blair, Ben made his way to the minibar, uncapping one of the miniature bottles of vodka. He didn't care how much it cost. He just needed to get drunk. The burn of the alcohol stung at the bleeding cut on his lip as he lifted the tiny bottle to his lips, taking in a good half of the booze inside in two hard swallows, his throat burning as he paused for breath.

Blair closed her eyes gently. "I don't know." She said in a soft whisper. She didn't know if anyone would ever be good enough for her. All she wanted was to be with Ben, somehow she didn't care if they didn't get married. Pulling herself up so she was leaning on one elbow, Blair looked back at Bella "Yeah, I did but not about the Ben part...he probably already knows." Finally pulling herself off the bed to straighten out her dress.

She had to go talk to Ben and then to Nick. "I have to go..." Blair's voice trailed of awkwardly. She didn't know what to do or say to Bella. Moving towards the door, slowly Blair turned around to give Bella a grin. "Thanks B, it was nice talking to you after such a long time." Blair bit her lip putting in a piece of gum in her mouth before walking out the door, into the long corridor.

Stepping out of the elevator, Blair moved along the floor, in search of Ben's room. At last finding it, Blair reached out to push open the door. Taking a deep breath she walked through the door, stopping suddenly at the sight of Ben shirtless. It wasn't the part that he Ben was half naked that had certainly put her in shock, no not at all. She'd seen him naked enough times and he still seemed to take her breath away. It was the bloody scars on his body, the cut on his lips, the blood coming from his nose. Her eyes followed the trail of blood from Ben all the way to the bloody t-shirt that lay on the floor. Her eyes widened in shock, hopefully he couldn't tell that she'd been crying her a** off. "What the hell happened to you." Blair spoke in utter disgust of his condition.

Bella sat there awkwardly as Blair burst into tears. It was clear her life was in the pits right now, but Bella didn't really know how to react. Sympathetic? They may have been nice to each other, but she didn't think they were quite at that stage right now. Though a small part of Bella wished that maybe, sometime soon, they would be. Bella really needed a best friend right now. Someone who wasn't a male and wouldn't kiss her when she started to speak from the heart (wait, she had one? Oh my). Bella waited in anticipation for Blair's blowout. But it was nothing what she expected. Ben and Blair? Having a kid?! EW!!! She could not picture a bitchy bachelor or bachelorette baby running around someday. It was bad enough there was one Ben Luthor running around. But another one, with Blair's looks? Oh s**t. Bella's brow furrowed as she continued to relay how ******** up everything had gotten. Wow. It amazed Bella she felt so strongly for Ben Luthor. Bella was a little bit envious of her - that Ben would come back to her no matter what. She swallowed back a biting sob, biting her lower lip.

As Blair fell back onto the bed in a heap of tears, Bella's eyes followed her movements. "s**t," was all she could say. "What? You forgot to use protection? C'mon Blair. I thought you were smart about those things." She couldn't help but come to Nick's defense. "Nick loves you. All he wants is your happiness. And you go behind his back and ******** Ben? Get pregnant with his child? Wow Blair. I thought you destroyed Nate, but you stooped down a whole level with Nick. I thought Nick would be good for you. But will anyone ever be good enough for you?" She held back the bitterness she felt. Blair was a mess, and it was obvious she felt terrible. It was just in Bella's nature to be bitchy. Bella fell back on the bed, heaving a side. She fell down beside Blair.

[******** s**t. You really ******** up this time," Bella scoffed, staring at the ceiling. "What are you going to do? Have you told Nick?" Her phone buzzed lightly beside her shoulder, from where she had tossed it back. She hurriedly opened Ben's message, especially careful to hide it from Blair.

Okay...so there was no way to fix this. He'd have to accept that and move on, right? There was nothing else he could do to help Bella or Blair or himself. Nate and Nick would have to either accept the supposed loves of their lives and move on, or let this destroy them. It was their choice, and obviously they preferred to feel sorry for themselves over trying to be mature. But what did Ben know about maturity? Here he was, drinking, beat up, having impregnanted one girl, nearly sleeping with another, all the while when he was in a supposed committed relationship. Maturity was obviously not a word in his vocabulary. Ben only put down his bottle of vodka long enough to type out a drunken response to Bella.

And...speak of the Devil. Ben's green eyes flitted to the door as it opened, Blair walking in, her eyes red from what he hoped was crying and not pot. He just wanted to hug her, tell her it was all going to be okay, make her teary expression smile. But her sad face quickly turned to disgust and shock. Oh, so Bella didn't tell her. Great. Now he had that lovely responsibility. "Your ex boyfriend," he said, lifting a hand to his face to see if he was still bleeding. Oh. He should probably take care of that. "Nate, not Nick," he clarified. "Though, is Nick your ex? He was very vague when we spoke," Ben said with a shrug, standing up from the bed where he was still seated. "Did you tell him the kid is mine?" he asked, looking down at Blair as he passed her on the way to the bathroom. He flipped the faucet on, glancing out towards where she still stood. "Because he knew, and I must tell you Blair, you sure know how to pick the chivalrous type. He didn't even take a swing at me..." he trailed off, cupping his shaking hands under the stream of water. "Well, not physically at least," he added on.

He bent his neck down, splashing water onto his face, the blood dying the clear liquid a lovely shade of red. Closing his eyes, he gripped the edges of the sink, feeling his entire body start to sway slightly against his will, his head light and dizzy. "Unlike Nate," he said, hoping that if he just kept talking, she wouldn't have time to react. No more lies, right? "Because when he caught me with Bella, he didn't hesitate to beat the living s**t out of me," he explained, as if she couldn't tell what Nate's reaction was, reaching blindly for a handtowel, his hand finding one. He dried off his face, the blood instantly staining the white towel. Holding the towel to his bleeding nose, he walked back out towards Blair, eyeing her warily as he waited for her reaction. Whatever it was, it wasn't going to be good.

"But besides that, what is it you wanted to talk about?" he asked her, sitting back down on the bed out of fear that his legs would crumble if he continued to stand. "I'd offer you a drink, but I know that mothers aren't supposed to consume alcohol," he added on, gesturing towards the collection of minibar bottles of booze he had piled onto his bed. He stared up at her out of the eye that was still managing to focus...his left eye was beginning to swell, making almost all vision out of it nearly impossible. Unfortunately, he had been too lazy this morning to find an ice machine to get ice, so trying to stop the swelling was impossible. It wouldn't work anyway...no matter what he did, he'd wake up with probably a double pair of black eyes tomorrow morning.

Hopefully that was something else that Bella would find sexy.

Blair shifted her eyes from Ben to the nasty t-shirt that lay in between them. What was that eh'd just said? Nate not Nick? Why had Nate beat the living s**t out of Ben when Nick was the one being cheated on.

That question didn't take long to answer. Ben and Bella they'd been doing something. Something as in that thing. The thing that Blair always ended up doing with Ben. She couldn't believe Bella. Nick loves you, he wants the best for you speech. When truth be told she was just being a lying hypocrite. To think that Blair had said thank you to that little whore. God she was a b***h. "I didn't tell him anything." She watched as Ben right past her. At least she knew well enough that Nick hadn't left Ben in that condition. She honestly couldn't careless if he'd slept with Bella, it was more of his appearance that was frighting her.

"Its about that message, the one that said you couldn't be a father." Blair paused for a second. Why the hell had she even bothered with this. She should have just left, flown back to New York, lived in the comfort of her own home she'd raise her baby by herself. "How can you say that Ben? Do you think I can be a perfect mother? Hell I've never even looked after a kid in my life not once." Blair looked at the table with the wine bottles placed on it and then glanced back up at Ben. Blair shuffled her feet uncomfortably, staring down at the ground. "No one's born a great parent Ben, everyone learns..." Blair shifted her glance once again back to him. Staring his face and then slightly at his body.

"I sound like an idiot, don't I?" she gave him a weak smile before moving towards him, grabbing a clean towel on her way there. Taking a seat beside him, Blair put the towel up into one of the wounds on his upper body, that still seemed to be bleeding. Wiping away the blood Blair placed her head on his bare shoulder letting out a deep sigh. "I can't say if there is such a thing as true love but if there is, you are the closest I've ever gotten to it." Blair closed her eyes whispering the next few words that came out "I'm not ready to lose that. Not yet Ben." She wasn't giving up on life that fast.

Ben just rose his eyebrows in doubt at Blair. "s**t, Blair, you know you'd make a good mother," he assured her. How could she think otherwise? Even now, as she spoke about her own insecurities about motherhood, she was picking up a towel to clean his wounds. "You at least have a sense of responsibility, you know?" he said. "A grasp on reality. An idea of the future," Ben added on. She knew how to act her age. He didn't. As Nate had pointed out, he didn't care about anyone but himself. Whatever romanticism he'd preached to his former friend seemed to have fled his body, and now the fear of parenthood had taken over. "You're not an idiot, Blair," he said, trying his damnest not to let the wince rising in his throat slip out as she applied pressure to one of his cuts.

She put her head onto his shoulder and he instantly put his hand up to her head of brown curls, smoothing them down. He'd put his chin on the top of her hair, but he didn't feel right, considering the fact that he was still bleeding. He shut his eyes at her next words. s**t, not another conversation about true love. Well, he was here under the ruse of a wedding. A few talks about love were to be expected, right? "You might not know about 'true' love, but I don't know about love in general," he told her. "But you're the closest I've ever gotten to it," he repeated his words. His new mantra of 'no more lies' was flying through his head like a neon light, forcing him to speak. He couldn't tell her that he didn't love her or didn't care about her.

But how was he supposed to tell her that he couldn't be with her?

They were terrible together. They may love each other but they fought like hell, they destroyed themselves and everyone around them. He cheated and she cried and they both yelled. No good ever came of them being together or being friends. Maybe being parents would work. But being married, man and wife, boyfriend and girlfriend, whatever she wanted them to be? That practically made him sweat. "Blair..." he said, unsure of where he was going. So instead he just fell backwards against the bed, pulling her down with him. He shut his eyes again. God, that felt nice...the bed was just so comfortable...they could just lie here for a few minutes in silence, couldn't they? He was just so tired...no. He brought his free hand up to his face, rubbing his eyes, trying to wake himself up. The alcohol was churning his stomach like butter. "I'm not ready for marriage," well, that was stating the obvious. "But I think that's what you want," he told her, trying his best to tiptoe and be delicate with the situation. "And if that's what you want, I don't know if I feel right leading you on, thinking that it might happen someday when I can't say that it will," he said. Because truthfully, as much as he loved Blair, he was still thinking about Bella and Lourdes and all the other girls of his past, present and future. He was never a one-woman kind of guy, and that was all Blair wanted.

His eyes fluttered shut again, hoping she would speak soon before he stopped being able to listen. "But Blair..." he said, his voice groggy and thick with alcohol. "I think I lied," he continued, his voice growing quiet, his arm still tucked tightly around her petite frame. "I think I want to be a part of this baby's life..."

The blood stained towel in her hand was now placed gently on Ben's back. Wiping away at one of his cuts, Blair felt his hand on her hair, running his fingers through them. His next words brought a small smile across her face. Those words meant the world to her. She'd heard them so many people in her life, none of them however seemed to bring up the effect that Ben's words had brought up. She felt her face light up, and her heart beat quicken. No one could do that to her. No one but Ben.

She felt his strong hands pull her down to rest beside him. The room was silent, except for there breathing. She liked it like this. It felt like they were far away from the rest of the world. A place where no one could reach them. It was just the two of them. She moved her head, closer to his body. Quietly listening to him breathing. It was so peaceful, it was what she'd been looking for the entire day. She just want to lie here in his arms and drift off into her own little world, where everything was perfect. She looked up, his voice breaking the silence. "I'm not asking for marriage." She was happy with what she had. She wanted to experiment, have some fun see if they could work something out, they honestly didn't even have to be boyfriend and girlfriend to begin with. She was fine with it. Besides after the horrible way this wedding was turning out to be, she wasn't sure herself if she wanted another one. "Let's not even talk about marriage, I'm so sick and tired of that word." Blair grinned at him.

She wanted to have some fun. She wanted to run away with him to a tropical place, she wanted to go to hawaii. Just to see what they could be. The didn't have to really be anything, maybe just spend time together to see if maybe one day in the future they could be something. Just the thought made her insides jump up with excitement. They'd have the baby and just raise it however they knew how to raise a kid. She wouldn't make the baby grow up to be like her. She didn't want her baby to end up in a life crisis like she was having. "I want you to be apart of the baby's life too." Blair smiled up at him, giving him a soft peck on his cheek. "That's why I'm not going to marry Nick." Blair paused for a second. "I think I was in way to much of a rush to experience marriage, that I forgot all about the fun stuff Ben." Blair stared up into the ceiling. "I want to be somewhere far away Ben, far away from all of these people." Except for him of course.

Ben really didn't know if he could believe that. "Yeah, Blair, but are you asking for commitment?" he asked. "Because truthfully I'm not sure if I can even handle that right now," he said in a slightly apologetic tone. Because truthfully, he was still thinking about sex on a plane with Bella. Because truthfully, this whole romantic bullshit was foreign territory to him. "I mean, I know I'm not a good guy, not even close, but I feel like..." he trailed off. "I feel like if this kid grows up without a father, it'll be more ******** up then it already will be," eek. That sounded bad. But it was true - his and Blair's genes couldn't mix to create a normal child. It would be a slut and a hopeless romantic and destroy everything. They'd probably be lucky if it had a soul. Oh, yeah, he was going to make a great father.

He just knew he wanted to be a father. To have a little kid that would supposedly love him no matter what, even if he ******** Bella, even if he destroyed marriages with a snap of his fingers. Maybe that was selfish. It probably was. But it was what he wanted, it was a feeling he needed. It was one of the few commitments he felt he could handle. It wouldn't be easy...but it would be fun. Well, maybe not when it was a baby. But when it was a little kid...that would be amazing. Right?

He could feel Blair's lips against his cheek, wishing he could muster the strength to turn his head and find her lips, to slide his hands down over her body and finish what they had started earlier in the day. "Okay," he agreed sleepily. "We'll catch a plane to Barcelona in the morning," he agreed. He'd have to call Bella...that would be fun. Him, Bella and Blair making their own ******** paradise somewhere far away from Nick and Nate. The thought gave him a bemused smile. "Is that fun enough? If not..." Ben yawned. "We'll go to Paris or Jamaica or..." he trailed off, opening his eyes enough to look down at Blair, his finger still running through her hair. "Just name the place," he finished at last, drifting in and out of consciousness.

She didn't want marriage, she didn't want commitment she just wanted to be with him for while see what they could make of what the already had. "Nope, no commitments." Blair shook her head, her hand was placed in his, she turned over to look at his closed eyes. Blair smiled at him for a second. He'd be a great father, he'd make a few mistakes maybe but in the end what kid wouldn't want to have someone like Ben Luthor as their father.

"I for one, Ben Luthor think you'll make a great daddy." She pulled herself up on one of her elbows too look at his face clearly, and then fell back down onto the bed. "I'd like that." she couldn't help but think of all the possibilities. She was already going crazy with possibilities of what could happen. Maybe after the baby, Ben and her could have sex on the beach, that sounded like crazy fun to her. It'd be just them on a beach underneath the stars. She'd like that. She wouldn't be worried about messing up, like she always did with Nick because with Ben there was no messing up, He wasn't uptight, he'd understand if she screwed up in something. They'd probably laugh about it after some time passed. Blair turned to see Ben, fast asleep beside her. His finger still running through her hair. Coming on her elbow again in this Blair gently placed a kiss on his lips, before pulling the sheets over their bodies. She wrapped her arms around his body and she placed her head softly on head. This was wear she felt safe. This was where she was happy.

Smiling to herself one last time, Blair soon drifted off beside Ben. The room filled with only the sound of their breathing.

The girl had been particularly attached to her phone over the course of a few hours. Mostly waiting on a steamy text from Ben that suggested them to meet. But nothing of the sort had come - and after her and Blair's sudden reconnection, Bella was feeling quite out of sorts. Since her and Nate were pretty much ********, the lust she had once felt for Ben was quite strong. But she didn't like being lead on, sent on a wild goose chase only to have her face stamped on and her heart broken. Though the girl hardly had any heart left, she was feeling confident someone like Ben Luthor could revive her. He would do the trick better than any drug or alcohol. And it wouldn't be the sex - at least not all of it - it would be the very thrill. Though she no longer had to be secretive, she couldn't help but feel that if anything indeed did happen between her and Ben - it would be hiding from Blair. Once the girl had gone off, Ben had stopped messaging her. So that told her something was up - and not in her favor.

She had stayed cooped up in her hotel room, attempting to clean the room while flipping through channels. She'd already ordered two bottles of champagne to nurse, and was now feeling quite pleasant. She had tried on a variety of her clothes with both Ben and Nate in mind. Though she too, had not spoken to Nate for the remainder of the day. Nor did she really want to. If their relationship was really going to rebound, Bella would wait a day or so. Nate could guzzle all the alcohol he wanted and just maybe he would settle enough to take Bella back.

If she even wanted to go back.

She never felt quite so unsure of herself. Nate...or Ben? She wanted to ******** Ben - badly. She wanted that thrill. But she wanted the protection Nate had always provided her, despite what she'd said to Ben. Nate was comforting and secure - he always had welcomed her with open arms and a sweet passion. But that was all shot to hell now. Though now there was a bachelorette party at hand. In which Bella could possibly further drown out her conflict.

Grabbing her phone, the girl sent a rapid text to both Blair, Ben, and Nate.
