Auggie got out of the car as soon as they were parked. Noel was in the front of the group again though. As they walked toward the door, Auggie slipped into step next to Kasper and attempted to slip her arm into his. It was a challenge since she was so short and Kasper was actually really tall even for an average sized person. She giggled a little as that failed and pulled the hat she was borrowing from Raynie a bit more snugly onto her head. "Geeze Kas, why you gotta be so tall, huh?" she said jokingly, poking the boy in the ribs before running off to walk in step with Noel instead.
Needless to say, Auggie was getting antsy. She really just wanted to have some fun. So, while waiting for the door to get opened, Auggie took to staring around at the scenery. She noticed two others headed in their direction. That nerdy guy that always wore stuff related to video games. He was in Auggie's math class and always played on his DS under the desk. A highly distracting behavior if there ever was one. And he was with that other girl. Well, so far not many popular people were around yet. That was odd. Wouldn't the popular crowd get here first?
The door was opened and the group filed in. Auggie noticed that goth chick and the Techy dude already here. Well they weren't first here, but the room was now lots more crowded thanks to the arrival of a large group. Auggie stood next to Alex and smiled at him. "Hey, Techy. Long time no see," she said, unconsciously swishing the dress she was wearing a bit as she stood there.
