Cho Hye Mi wiped some sweat from her forehead. She picked up her raspberry flavoured water, took the cap off and drank some. She had just come from gym and had stayed after school to practice her dance. She could only get into the studio twice a week, so she had to improvise. Sometimes it would be the school's gym since she had gym last block, others it would be her backyard, the park, anywhere really. She wasn't bothered by people seeing her dance, not at all.

Hyemi changed out of her gym strip and into her normal clothes, before exiting the school and walking home. They had an a foreign exchange student from Korea staying with them, named Haechul. She would admit, she liked him. A little more than a friend, and she would have the entire year to get to know him until he finally left for Korea once again. Hyemi had a special spot in her heart for the jock though. Ironically enough, so did her best friend.

Hyemi took her key out and unlocked the front door. Stepping inside, she kicked her shoes off and closed the door behind herself. "I'm home!" She called, making her way up the stairs and into her bedroom. The dancer set her backpack down and left her room.

"Yah! Hyemi-ah!" Taehyun called from the living room. "Yeah?" She looked down at her older brother who was sprawled out on the couch. "Go to the video store and grab the movie 'Ninja Assassin' for me." He said, lowering the volume on the TV before turning to look at her. "Arasso?(understand)" "Yeah, yeah.." Hyemi said, extending her hand when Taehyun reached into his pocket to give her the money for the movie.

Hyemi hummed the tune to My Lady as she arrived at the video/music store. Once inside, she began to browse the movies. The korean female hadn't been paying attention, she had been so focused on finding Ninja Assassin for her oppa, that she had bumped into someone (Damon). "Aish! So sorry-" Hyemi said, looking up to see it was Damon, Alex's younger brother.

Damon was about to reach for a movie went he felt something or someone bump into him. He jumped a bit, not expecting it at all. He was too deep in thought to notice anyone else in the store even. "Ahh." he said slowly looking at the girl. She looked familiar. Damon then smiled at the girl. "It's fine." he said to her, looking at her features. Ah, her name finally came to his head. Cho Hye Mi. She was full Korean, if he remembered. He smiled brightly as he looked at the girl. He glanced in her hand to see a movie. "Good movie." he said to her, pointing to the case, Damon looked back to the shelf and grabbed the movie from before. It was 'Kick a**' starring Aaron Johnson. He liked the process of the movie and storyline. The movie next to it was 'Green Hornet'. He grabbed that one too. Damon held the two movies in his hand and looked at the girl. "You're in my brothers grade right?" he asked her, "Alexander Choi." he added.

Myka smiled at Ashton and nodded to his words. "Very cool." she said to him. He invited them to come to some competition. Myka looked at Edele, a question on her face. "What competition?" she mouthed to her friend. "Well, see you later." she said waving and hooking arms with Edele and leading her outside. Myka lead Edele to the ice cream shop where they will devour the best ice cream in the state. Myka chuckled at her thoughts and walked into the cold room. A shiver went down her spine and chills ran up her arms. "Brr." she whispered to Edele and walked up to the front. "May I have two waffle cones. One strawberry cheesecake and one chocolate chip cookie dough." she said, looking at Edele slightly. "Both double scooped and drizzled with hot fudge." she smiled, handing the woman the money and watching her make them. Myka then took both cones, handing one to Edele. "Of course ice cream makes things a bit better." she smiled, treating them both to something outrageous. Myka ask for a cup of M&M's, Oreo bits, and sprinkles and gave the woman a five dollar bill for it. Myka went back to Edele then pointed to a table. When they both sat down, Myka knew exactly what Edele liked, so she put sprinkles on top along with the other things. She did the same to her cone and smiled at Edele. "It's not everyday we can go all out on treats like this." she shrugged and licked at the ice cream, smiling at the goodness.

Alex heard a muffled voice beside him and felt the weight shift in the bench. He slid his headphones off and hung them around his neck. He looked to his side to see a girl sitting next to him. He slowly took his glasses off to study the girl closer. "World domination sounds about right." he joked. She looked familiar, though he couldn't quite place it. Alex glanced at the skateboard and nodded to himself. This was the girl known as Auggie who always rode in the hallways at school. He was surprised he forgot a person like this, though he has been in deep thought. "Thank you." he said to her comment on his glasses. "Sweet wheels." he said looking at the skateboard. He once knew how to ride one of those things, though his brother is better at it. Alex leaned back against the bench and stared back out at the pond. He would usually be either freaked or curious of this girl, though he couldn't show much emotion at the moment. He was still deep within his thoughts. Anyone who knew Alex, knew he wasn't like this. He was a bit more talkative and smiled all the time. Losing both your best friends could do hard things on your heart. Alex twisted his mouth to the side and glanced at the girl. She was kind of odd, but he shouldn't judge her by her clothes or vocabulary. Alex at times had a weird vocabulary or way of saying things. He also would say things that most people wouldn't understand. Edele seemed to be the only one who got what he said. Thinking about her made his heart sink even lower then it already was. Any lower and it might slip into his rib cage. Alex shook his head slightly and squinted his eyes as the sun was in them again. He put his hand up to block the rays and shade his eyes. His brown eyes felt relief and went back to normal as he relaxed.

Auggie smiled at the compliment to her skateboard. "Thanks," she said, beaming over at the guy whose name she was now about 95% sure was called Alex. Leaning down, Auggie grabbed her board and set it on her lap. "It's not much, but this board is like, my life." Her hand ran along the edge of the board before she snapped her gaze back up at Alex. "Seriously, touching the board is like touching my soul." Auggie was perfectly aware that she was possibly the weirdest person in the world. But that didn't matter right now, because Auggie just noticed a flash of lavender hair. That was Raynie.

Auggie's lips pulled into a mischievous grin and she set her board down on the ground gently before standing up and jogging over to her friend, yelling "RAYNIE!" the whole way. Once she'd drawn even with the lavender haired scene girl, Auggie threw an arm around the girl's shoulders. Or, did so as best she could. Auggie was short, so it was a little difficult to throw her arms over peoples' shoulders. But that didn't matter. Auggie steered Raynie over to the bench where Alex was still sitting.

"Raynie, this is Alex," Auggie said, confidently taking a guess at his name and sitting back down on the bench. "He's thinking about world domination. And I've half a mind to help him."

{Location, location, location} The park
{Who dat?} That one.. techy guy.. is his name Alex? I think his name is Alex... Oh look Raynie!
{Take a look into my brain} Nice day... Maybe this guy is cool... Oh look that goose just crashed! haha.. silly gooose!

Edele almost giggled when Myka couldn't remember what Ashton competed in. Of course, Edele being a quiet person often knew things others forgot. But, Edele didn't get a chance to answer Myka's question because they were out the door and headed for the ice cream shop. They walked into the cold shop and Myka took charge of ordering the ice cream. Edele let her. This was what made their friendship work. They were opposites, and Myka was comfortable doing all the things Edele wasn't. Like talking to people. When Myka ordered the ice cream with hot fudge, and splurged on the toppings, Edele was a little shocked. Was she really that bad off? Edele knew that she'd been mopey and complaining as of late, but did it really warrant all of that?

And of course, that question was lost as soon as the cone was in her hand and she was sitting down and Myka finished putting the extra toppings on the delicious snack. Edele gave a small smile to her friend. "You know you're the best friend ever, right?" She then took her first large bite of ice cream, wincing a bit at the little brain freeze. "Oh, Ashton's in some sort of martial arts thing. I think that's the competition he was talking about.' Then, Edele dug into her ice cream again.

Ashton

Ashton put his keys down before flopping on the couch in his apartment. it wasn't big but it was big enough for him. it only had one bedroom a living room/kitchen and a bathroom. it was all a faded yellow color probably because the last people that lived there were smokers. he looked up at the ceiling knowing he needed to move but didn't want to.

he eventually convinced himself to move and he packed up his Kendo stuff. he looked at the worn equipment and thought of all the long days he had spent training, all the bruises he had received and given in return and the broken arm he had gotten from the sport. dispite all of that he enjoyed it. it was challenging not only physically but mentally too. he threw all of his stuff into a gym bag and headed out to his car and began the short drive to the gym that the competition would be held at. it was only 5 but he knew people would be there practicing for it already.

It was, in fact, a busy afternoon. Though noneo f her actual friends came in , Nicole wasn't surprised by the outcome. Busy working the coffee machines, she let her freind and co-worker work the register. The girl just wasn't in the mood to talk with people. But as she had her back turned to the seated customers, she couldn't help but hear a voice that made her snarl. The sole person she loathed dared walk into the cafe in wich she worked? Bad idea. Trying to act casula, Nicole went on with creating the girl order. "She couldn't get more specific with it either, huh?" Nicole muttered under her breath. And without even a second thought, she cleared her throught and spit right into the girl's coffee. Capping the lid, she smiled to herself and placed the drink on the counter for the cashier to handle and went on with her work.

Having Starlie come into the coffee shop sort of put Nicole in a bad mood. It made her think of the girl's boyfriend. Who in fact, was the reason Nicole's boyfriend was no longer with them. And it infuriated her. Of course, not before she started thinking of Keith. He was amazing, perfect in every way. He did nothing to deserve something like this, so they only people who should suffer for his loss is Starlie. And eye for an eye, right? That poarty boy didn't deserve anything worth a dime. But honestly, Nicole was sick and tired of feeling upset. It was a moodkiller, and she needed to move on. It was a practical thing to do. Instantly, and idea popped into her head. Secretly, she pulled out her phone from her apron pocket and created a new message.

To: ALL CONTACTS (everyone in rp.)
                                    From: Nicole
                                    New year, new life. It's a brand new begging for a lot of us, and we need something to start off the year happy and lively. So, if you don't want to spend this perfect friday night alone, be at my house by 8pm, and we'll party until monday, or when the cops come. Whichever comes first (;

Nicole really didn't give a crap who the message was sent to. If people wanted to come, they will come. And she needed something like this so badly. And what better day then her parents leaving for the weekend for a press conference and her sister sleeping over at the neighbors? Her house was perfect for a party, what with it's capacity. She lived a expensive life, she wasn't going to lie. And considering her summer, fun was something the whole school was looking for.

Filling up an order that had something to do with hazelnuts, Nicole perked up to the sound of her name by a familiar voice. Turning around, her dull frown turned into a full smile. "Haechul! I'm so glad to see you!" she said, putting a lid on his drink before handing it to him. "Hold on." she said, putting a finger up, and untied her apron whilst running around the counter to stand by him. "Real quick, I'm having a party tonight. You're going, end of story." she said with a genuine smile. Haechul had become one of Nicole's good friends ever since he transferred. It was odd, since he wasn't in her immediate group of friends, but she instantly clicked with him, and those are the kind of friends you should stick by. And, plus, his fashion taste wasn't half-bad. "So, what's up?" she asked, smoothing her top of any wrinkles the apron may have given it.

ooc;links in the bottom three pics.. well, hell everybody.

Cho Hye Mi laughed softly, a faint blush could bee seen on her face. She hated that about herself, it was one of many things. She blushed way too easily and about stupid things too. She covered up her insecurity by being outgoing and talkative and hyper. She was a pretty good actress if she did say so herself.

"It's not for me, it's for my brother, but it is?" Hyemi said, lifting her hand up so she could see the cover. She then flipped it over and saw that Lee Joon was in the movie. Oh, well it had to be amazing then. She watched as he then proceeded to grab a movie off the wall, 'Green Hornet'. "I know for a fact, that that's a good movie." The dancer pointed to the cover with her free hand.

"Yup!" Hyemi said, nodding when he mentioned Alexander. She wasn't going to lie, they were a good looking bunch of boys, he and his brother. "Your brothers pretty awesome, but I'm sure you are too." She said, smirking slightly. He's pretty hot too, and so are you. Hyemi added in her mind. She most certainly didn't go for younger guys though, she didn't waste her time crushing on them unless she knew for a fact that they liked her for her, not her money or body, and she really liked them back. Never happened before. She didn't think it ever would.

Hyemi took her phone out when she heard her favourite MBLAQ song come on. It was her ringtone, of course. She checked it, and saw that the text was from Nicole. Odd. They weren't the best of friends, but she didn't have any problems with her that she was aware of. Except for the fact that Hyemi was jealous of her clothes and looks, though she did have nice things and looks as well. There was always someone to compete with though. The brunette nodded and shoved her phone back into her pocket. She'd be there, and hopefully many other people would too.

[ooc: Sorry it sucks so bad >.> ]

Lee Hae Chul's heart skipped a beat--no, more like two or three when Nicole spoke his name, then told him she was so glad to see him. His smile grew bigger, revealing his perfect white teeth. He nodded when she told him to hold on. He was holding. He most certainly wouldn't go anywhere, that was for sure.

He watched as Nicole untied her apron and made her way over to his side. Haechul let out a small, nervous laugh as he rubbed the back of his neck. "If you say so!" He said with a quick nod. She had personally invited him to her party? Even if she wasn't 'forcing' him to go, he would have been there anyways.

"Nothing, the usual, you know." Haechul said, shrugging slightly. He averted his eyes every so often, so it wouldn't look as if he was staring at her, but he couldn't help himself! Over the years, and after so many times of coming to English speaking countries, he had just grown even moreso attracted to non-asian girls. Girls of all ethnicities. And besides, Nicole was just so beautiful in his eyes--in anyone in the right minds eyes too. "Just stopped by for a coffee, I didn't know you worked here." He added, still smiling brightly.

[ooc: Sorry it kinda sucks again, my brain died today Dx ]

Raynie knew it was going to happen so she let herself be dragged toward Alex. Smiling at him she said, "Hey you're in Mr. Snyder's Sociology class right? What did you think of that test today?" Glancing at the ground, she knew full well that her make-up was smeared and that her face was stained with tears. Hoping both of those factors would go unnoticed, Raynie put on her best poker face and smiled as best as she could. Then she felt her phone vibrate in the depths of her backpack. Taking the spot next to Alex, she opened up her purple zebra backpack and dug through it till she came across her phone exclaiming, "A-HA!!! I found you!!" Raynie glanced at the name and noticed it was Nicole. Huh.. I haven't talked to Nicole since Keith's death.. Man I am a horrible friend... I am surprised she even remembers my name. Looking at the contents of the text Raynie was surprised to find that she was throwing a party. "Huh.. Sounds fun. Alright why not."

To: Nicole
From: Raynie
Subject: Count me in! Oh and sorry for being such a douche and not talking much.. I feel terrible.. But if you ever need someone to talk to just look for the lavender hair, should be that hard to miss. See ya then.

Shutting her phone, Raynie put it in her pocket and then rubbed her face trying to get the make-up off, but knowing full well it wasn't going to happen. Giving up her efforts, Raynie glanced at Auggie and Alex she attempted to be cheerful,"So anyone else get a text from Nicole about the party?"

A yawn escaped from Jay's mouth, just as the bell rang for the end of school. With a grumble, he stood and quickly got out, not wanting to spend another minute in this Hell. He heard the principal yelling at someone, and he realized it was his cousin, because she's the only one who would get called on every single day for riding her skateboard in the halls. The moment he stepped out of school grounds, his right hand dug into his pocket until he felt a box. Pulling it out, he opened it and popped out a cigarette, placing it between his teeth while putting the box away. A lighter quickly setting the cigarette's end on fire, he flicked it shut, making a loud clinking noise. A puff of smoke exited from the side of his mouth, smoke sizzling from the end of the cigarette. Jay's dark eyes lazily drifted up to the sky, thoughts racing through his mind. Just as his thoughts came to the death the football team's star, he felt his phone vibrating in his pocket. Taking it out, he looked at the text who was, surprisingly, from Nicole. Confusion first took him, wondering who the hell Nicole was until it finally clicked in his mind. "The Star's girlfriend, huh? How the hell did she text me?" Jay thought before finally reading the message she sent. An amused chuckle escaped from him, slightly muffled thanks to his cigarette, before he clicked out of the text and put it in his pocket. "Interesting. Why not?" He muttered, releasing another puff of smoke.

Jay decided to take a stroll, maybe head back home after looking around a bit to see if anyone he knows is around. Again, his phone vibrated, but a ringtone sounded with it. Quickly taking it out and accepting the call while still walking, he placed it by his ear. "Yeah?" He replied after a brief 'Hello?' "Aye, Jay! The boys and I are gonna hang and 'borrow' some stuff from some stores. You in?" A voice asked, a mischievous tone to his voice. Jay was silent for some time, a grin on his face. He loved messing around with his friends, since there really was nothing else to do, and they were there when he needed someone. Then Jay passed by the park, seeing three people talking to each other on a bench. He recognized his cousin, Auggie, among the group. He thought Raynie might be one of them, although he wasn't sure. "Sorry, bro. I'll call you later." Jay replied, hearing a disappointed mutter before a farewell.

Another puff of smoke was released before he headed down to them, their distant voices becoming clearer the closer he came. He glanced over at the girl, then realizing that it was Raynie. The other guy, well, he saw him sometimes at school, but he's known for fixing messed up computers and stuff at their school. "Hey, guys!" Jay greeted them, his grin returning to his face around his cigarette. "And if it isn't my troublesome little cousin. Heard the principal yelling at you again for riding your skateboard in the halls." He said, running his knuckles over her head, messing up her hair. "Didn't see you at all today, Raynie. Where've you been?" Jay asked, before giving an awkward nod of greeting to the tech guy, whose name was unknown to him.

Raynie looked up at the familiar deep voice. s**t! s**t s**t!! The very person I was trying to avoid.. Not only am I ya know tear stained.. He will be the first to notice.. GAH! Not good!... She smiled and said, "Yeah... Sorry about that.. I just... Idk.." Raynie looked away knowing that the water works were going to start again. Man if I start crying here I will have to explain myself.. What am I supposed to do.. She looked down at the ground and tried hard to avoid Jay's eyes. Raynie had no clue what to do with herself. Not only could she tell him she loved him, she could also couldn't tell him that she got into the very college that will help her with art. Without thinking she let a tear slip and then another. Gahdammit... Good going Raynie.. Way to be discreet..

Auggie heard the greeting from her cousin, but she hadn't needed it. She always could find her cousin, and of course she'd noticed him as he walked over. And of course, a cigarette hung from Jay's mouth. Auggie hated what Jay was getting into. Sure, she herself looked like she'd be into that kind of stuff, but she wasn't. Auggie liked to play it straight and only get in trouble for riding her skateboard indoors. And he thought she didn't know what dirty deeds he got himself into. Auggie knew about his friends and what kind of trouble they caused.

Regardless of all this, Auggie loved Jay. Even when he messed up her hair. Usually, Auggie wouldn't stand for anyone messing with her. But this was Jay, and they were close. More like siblings than cousins. "And if it isn't my troublesome big cousin," Auggie retorted after Raynie had stopped talking. Was she crying? No, she wasn't crying? Was she? Oh well, that's a question for after my comeback. "You know those cancer sticks will kill ya, right?" Okay, not the best, but she'd been distracted by Raynie.

And then Auggie remembered the text messages. She pulled out her phone, beat up and scratched from the many times she'd dropped it while boarding, and checked her messages. Sure enough, a text from Nicole. "Anyone know how the former future Mrs. football star got my number? Dont recall anyone but family and friends having it. And the only one who ever even texts me regularly is Joe." Auggie stared at the message. A party. She did love to party. "You goin' to this shindig Jay?"

{Location, location, location} The park
{Who dat?} Alex, Raynie, and hey, Cousin!
{Take a look into my brain} hrm.. how'd she get my number? And I wanna party! But not without one of my peeps.
{I wear clothes} See?

Alex watched Auggie go to a lavender haired girl. She was also familiar, though he couldn't match names very well. They had gone to school since they were younger, why couldn't he remember her name? He listened closely to the two girls. He suddenly jumped a bit and stared at the man that joined them. Alex knew who he was. Everyone knew. He was the schools "bad" kid. The druggie, or gangster. Alex wasn't quite sure. Maybe it was both? Alex looked at the three then noticed he was then sucked into their conversation. Alex nodded at the guy and stood up. Raynie. That was her name. An odd name for an odd girl. Like Auggie, though...more calm. Alex scratched his head and looked around. He then was curious where Damon was. Alex bit his lower lip a bit then looked back at the others. "Hey, I am going to go catch up with my brother." he said, giving them a small wave. "See you later." he added, turning on his heels and slowly walking away. That area was getting too crowded and Alex needed space to think. Though, he really was going to find his brother, it wasn't the complete truth.

Alex slowly walked down the sidewalk, his hands in his pocket and his headphones back over his ears. His eyes stared at the ground, glancing up a few times. He walked passed the ice cream shop, not looking inside. He then came to the video store. His eyes happened to glance up to see a familiar young boy inside. He smirked slightly and stopped walking. He backed up until he was parallel with the door. He pushed on the glass door with his side and walked in. His eyes at first searched the area, but then landed on Damon. He saw a girl with him then. He smiled a bit and walked up beside Damon. The girl's face came to view and he smiled at her. "Hey." he said to the two. He saw the movies in Damon's hands and smirked a bit. "Movie night?" he asked, already knowing the answer. Damon nodded and held them up. "Wanna join me?" he asked his older brother. Damon then looked at the girl. "You can come too if you want." he shrugged, being friendly. She was nice to him at school when they bumped into each other, so he wanted to be nice to her. She was pretty too, which was a plus as well. Alex looked at the girl then back at his brother. His eyes saw the mound of candy at the counter and chuckled. "He has enough food to feed a party." he said, shrugging a bit. His eyes seemed hollow, like he had gotten little sleep, though the humorous side of him played in the chocolate brown eyes. Alex smiled a bit more and nudged his brother a bit. Damon groaned quietly and handed the two movies to Alex. "I was thinking of getting a couple more. I am in an action mood." he said to Alex and walked down the aisle a bit. His hands grabbed two more movies. X-Men: First Class, being one of them, Immortals being the second. Immortals was newer and he had been wanting to see it. He heard it was really good, though violent. Violent wasn't in the Choi boy's nature, though they loved watching the movies that had violence in it. Damon walked back, smiling cutely at Cho Hye Mi. "Just walk down if you wanna join the movie night. We will provide snacks." he smiled brightly. Damon remembered she lived a few houses away from them. Both boys then jumped slightly as their phones both buzzed. Damon's ringtone went off, playing Pikachu. He blushed a bit and quickly got his phone out and read the text. "Oh?" he said to himself quietly. He looked at his brother's screen and saw the same text. "I am invited?" he asked, then smiled a bit. He then frowned a bit, "A party sounds fun. Maybe movie night can hold off for a day?" he said, looking between his phone and brother. Alex shrugged then nodded. "Might get my mind off of things." he said to the two, "You wanna come Cho Hye Mi?" he asked the girl.
