- Shilynn stood there a bit awkwardly looking at the others in the room with her. A whistle sounded through the room as one of the girls looked over her. The guy, Rivers whom she had met in the kitchen, besides her was looking over her as well. Ari commented on her cleaning up well and Rivers looked to completely agree. A slight brush darkened her cheeks, not used to the attention at all.
Soon the news was coming on and was going on about a missing person. Her heart thumping harder and faster at the sound of it. They weren't looking for her already were they? Surly her father was looking for her but would he go to the cops and the new to run a missing persons report. Soon it was starting to talk about a girl named Sage and describe her. Her blue eyes shooting to one of the other girls that it was describing perfectly and the same name. Shilynn stayed silent not wanting to upset the girl. It was obviously her even with her trying to brush it off as someone else. Did she think they were that naive?
The blonde eventually mustered up enough courage to move deeper into the room instead of just hanging out in the doorway. She sat on the couch letting herself begin to relax being around everyone. The mention of food caught her attention. Food sounded amazing at this moment. Her stomach grumbling making her that much more aware of the emptiness of it.
