_____Akane Moi_____
User ImageUser Image

Akane reaches her finger out to the microwave and presses the stop button. It shuts off. She turns around and walks out the door, towards the beach. She takes in a deep breath and walks out onto the shore. She sits on a rock and strokes her hands threw her short purple hair.
((Thank you))
He felt the tug of the girl as she pulled him out of town. "Where is she taking me?" he thought to himself. They came up to a tree and he was more confused. "I'm sleeping under a tree. Somehow, I knew this was going to happen." Suddenly he and the girl were surrounded by flames. He was surprised to see that he wasn't getting burned. Suddenly they ended up in a fireplace in an old room. He heard what she was offering him as he stepped out. "Ok, I guess I can use your bed. Where will you be sleeping?" He took off his hood to reveal his face. He had black hair and blue eyes. His pale skin told that he didn't get out much. "Anyway, thanks for letting me stay here for a while. My name's Marthus by the way."

User ImageClair pointed at the fire place, "I will be in the flames, I haven't used that bed for years." Clair said forgetting that humans didn't know nymphs existed, most didn't even know mermaids existed and those were common. When Clair remembered that she hoped that he thought he heard wrong then she could easily make something up.
"My name is Clair." She said and walked over to the fireplace and lit it and grabbed some food from the cupboards, "Are you hungry? She asked.
He saw her starting the fire. "You know, I could have done that for you if you asked." He heard his stomach growl. "Yeah I guess I am hungry. Though hunger was the reason why I ran out of my hut." he said, remembering the spell that went wrong. "But hungry none the less." He took off his cloak and set it aside before sitting on a chair in front of the fire. He was wearing casual clothing.
~Layla Greyspell~
An unknow force...

Layla rocked her head side to side as she quietly hummed a shanty she learned while on the ship.
Not very far from land,
We there did espy a fair pretty maid
With a comb and a glass in her hand, her hand, her hand,
With a comb and a glass in her hand.
While the raging seas did roar,
And the stormy winds did blow...

Her elbow accidentally slipped from it's resting place on a rock. As her face went down into the water, her tail landed down onto the water making a loud smack!
She looked back up and scanned the area to see if anyone had witness her stupid stunt. Reluctantly she couldn't make out any human shapes. Even though now her red markings on her face begain to get seemingly larger as she involuntarily blushed. Layla rolled her eyes at herself. As clumsly as ever your grace, the crew on the ship would recite when they saw her trip or fall but mannage to get back her gracefull imballance. Yeah, but this time I'm not in human form, nor on the ship.

... coming from inside.
αєrα storsмєα User ImageAera frowned and thought. She'd never met anyone with a condition quite like Daniel's. Sure, there had been that one boy she'd met that washed up on the beach that didn't have a memory of ever being a merman, but then again, he didn't have a memory of anything, really.

"That is kind of weird. I'm not entirely sure what happened to you, Daniel. Maybe you'll meet someone around town that can help you, answer some questions," Aera swam on, still pondering. They reached the coral shelf within ten minutes. Aera stopped, ten feet from the wall of corals in exactly the center of the reef. She spread her arm out wide and said with a big grin, even though it looked just like a normal colar reef, "Welcome to Ciceria," in the grandest manner she could muster.

"I hope so. maybe I'll be able to figure out how to turn off this damn mind reading as well." Daniel said, stopping just short of Aera. 'Great, the first mermaid I meet is a lunatic.' He thought, wondering why they had stopped in front of a wall of coral. His suspicions were confirmed when she spoke again, and he decided to humor her. "Wow, this is certainly a nice city." Daniel said, his voice rife with sarcasm.

User Image"Hey since you want to do something for me, would you chop the carrots" Clair asked Marthus. Clair pulled out some fresh carrots, potatoes, and onions. Clair pulled out two knives and handed him one and the carrots before he answered.Clair began to chop the potatoes, "When you are done chopping those I will cook them." Clair said and put her knife down and put some water in a cauldron over the fire. Then she went back to chopping the potatoes.
"Certainly!" he said with a smile. He looked at the knives and took a deep breath before closing his eyes. Under his breath, he chanted a spell in a language not heard by others for years. Suddenly the knives he was given sprang to life and hopped over to the carrots. They began chopping them up in a very quick fashion. Marthus smiled at them, seeing this spell wasn't going to mess up.

Aera smiled mischeviously at Daniel's sarcastic, nonbelieveing words. He sure was acting like a human. Then again, he was raised as one, so Aera left it at that.

"You're just not looking at it the right way," Aera said, tilting her head slightly to the side, brushing away a strand of blue hair. "In an ordinary perspective, this looks like a solid wall of coral. But what you have to understand is that this island is not, in fact, ordinary at all. You won't be able to enter Ciceria until you embrace the magic of our people," Aera smiled knowingly before swimming straight through the solid coral.

User ImageClair heard him chant in the old language, "None of that magic is to be used in my house." Clair said angrily when she had heard it she remembered it was wizards of that language who she blamed for killing her family. She grabbed the knifes' handle and stopped it and lied it down next to the carrots before the last bit was cut and went to cutting the onions.
*~ZUHARA~*

User ImageUser ImageZuhara walked around the ship it was gonna be her first time to go out to see mermaids in four years it was going to be hard not to look sad when she will see the other mermaids. Maybe they will look different they are ocean mermaids Zuhara thought and hoped.
When she we got up there she saw some officials talking one pointed and said "You can leave now." Zuhara looked at the water it looked so foreign to her this was not the water she remembered when she thought mermaids. When Zuhara was about to jump a different official stopped her "You have to bring one back in one month or we send some people to your land." The man said and pushed her in.
Zuhara looked around the ocean was so different from the Amazon it took a couple minutes for her legs to change which was much longer than usual it must have been the salt water. She swam away from the ship hoping this was the right area she would never betray her people so she was just gonna have to trick these new ones. Zuhara swam for a while after a little bit she saw a mermaid on a rock. Defiantly different Zuhara thought as she swam up to the pink mermaid the closer she got the more she began to blend in with the surroundings. The mermaid slipped and looked around.
He stood there and stared at her for a moment after she said that. He kept his mouth shut as she moved on to the onions. The wizard went back to his seat to stay out of her way as she made the stew. He didn't understand why she did that. He never met someone who told him not to use is magic before. Though, he knew that if magic wasn't allowed in her house, he wont do it.
User ImageClair watched Marthus sit down with a puzzled look on his face and finished chopping the carrots that he didn't finish and put the stuff in the cauldron and added some spices and stirred it. When it was done cooking she grabbed some bowls out of the cupboard and served the stew. "Here. I hope you like it I only had a couple spices left so it might taste funny." Clair said as she handed him the hot bowl of the stew. "Sorry I got after you I have had a bad history with wizards so I would prefer it if you don't use magic here." Clair said to Marthus. She didn't want to tell the dreadful story the more she thought about it the more tears came to her eyes, "The stew has to much chili spice." She said "I hope you are fine with spicy food." Clair normally didn't mind spicy food but she didn't want him to start asking questions so she made the remark, after Clair thought about it a moment she remembered that she had no chili spice. Well that was a stupid thing to say he will defiantly notice that there is none. Clair thought.
The wizard sips some of the stew and says, "Eh, it's ok. It still tastes good!" He took some more sips. "Strange. Doesn't taste like chili spice. Oh well." he said with a shrug. After finishing his bowl, he relaxed and said, "As for my magic, please forgive me for using it. I never realized this was a magic free house. I'll try not to do any other spells while I'm here." He looked at the fire. He didn't really care why she didn't allow magic.
