Adam woke to the sun boring through his eyelids. groaning, he rolled over onto his side, trying to drift back into the lovely dream he was having. No such luck. So much for his night with the Chippendale's Gentlemen. As he rolled out of his bed, he looked at himself in the mirror. He wore his boxers and he had no shirt on. His hair was a mess. sighing, he made his way into his bathrooom, turning the shower on. He shed his solitary article of clothing and began getting ready for school.

A little short of half an hour later, Adam was ready. He wore faded jeans and his signature, slightly wicked smile. A white t-shirt and blazer coat covered his torso, and he was certain his looks would definitely grab some girl's attention. And, maybe today, it would grab his attention. Grabbing his back pack, he made his way out of the dorm, walking towards the cafeteria, where he always met his "girlfriend".

As the petite, blonde girl walked down the hall, people parted, as if they were the red sea and she was Moses. But she wasn't Moses. She was Leah Van der Locke, and she scared the s**t out of people. It wasn't as if she was particularly rude or evil, but, as most - if not all - the school knew, she meant business. She was dating the most bad a** guy in the school, she stood up to just about anyone, no matter who they were, and she was serious. Not to mention she was hot. And she knew it. She could hear the whispers around her as they talked about some new rumor or another, undeniably about her. They always gossiped about her.

She pushed the heavy door open, walking outside towards the tree where she always met her boyfriend. She had her "materials" in her bag, and she quickly pulled the weed out, along with a rolling paper. She began to make the joint as she waited.

Ashly awoke to the scent of hot pancakes being cooked, her room was cold like it is every morning when she wakes up. She leaves her fan in the window on becuase it gets to hot in there at night. She crawled out of bed and pressed the alarm butten on the alarm clock making it turn off, she didn't have much on for clothing, she had her bra and panties on. Ashly went over to her fan in the window and switched it off. She then walked to her dresser and found her black skirt that she liked so much and she picked out a black top and walked over to her own bathroom that was just by the closest in her room. She took a quick shower making sure not to get her hair wet and then dryed off and stepped out. She grabbed her tooth brush and brushed her teeth along with her hair.


A few moments later she walked down stairs and greated her parents with a frendly hello followed by a kiss to the cheek befor she sat down, they all said a prayer befor eating. She then waved goodbye to her mother and father and head off to school where she ran into her 'boyfriend' in the hallway heading to the spot where they always meet up at. "Ehehe, sorry i'm alittle late this morning." she told him as she fixed her hair.

Adam smiled at Ashly as he wrapped his arms around her in a hug, "You know, you wouldn't be late if you lived on campus, like the normal students, such as myself." he said, letting a smile cross his lips to let her know he was kidding. He then opened the door to the cafeteria for her, with a sweeping gesture of his hand. "Ladies first." he said, and followed her in. He went to a near by vending machine and bought them both one of those Starbucks Frappucinos. Bringing them back to their regular table, he set hers before her and opened his own. "So you ready to play again today?" He said. He asked her this every morning, referring to the charade they'd been pulling for the past six months. They were both trying to hide their affections for other people, and the best way to do so was to eliminate doubt about their sexuality. How do you do that? Get a girlfriend/ boyfriend, of course.

Zeek


Zeek was already up since about 4ish doing the bad guy things he does, he walks with a cool, slick careless looking walk as he walked over to the tree where Leah was already. He looked at her then tilted his shades down and put one arm over her shoulders as he put his other hand in his pocket and leand againest the tree. "Whats you go there?" he asked her with a smirk on his face.

Ashly shook her head, "I dont live that far from here." she said as she followed him and walked in befor him playing the role she was given as his 'girlfriend.' She sat down at the table and opened the coffie drink and took a sip befor saddly nodding at him, "I guess." she said then took another drink. She leand over the table and whispered to him, "This is not right, we shouldn't be doing this. We should be with them." she pointed out the window at Zeek and Leah.

"Hey baby. Let me introduce my friend." She said, kissing Zeek on the cheek before tucking the blunt between her lips and lighting it. As she inhaled deeply, she held it out to her boyfriend. "Zeek, this is Mary, Mary, meet Zeek." she said, smiling, as smoke poured from her lips. She let him take the marijuana, smiling as she felt the familiar sensation in her chest as she exhaled all the smoke. She immediately felt the edges blur, however so slightly, and it felt great. It was high grade stuff. She'd bought it off her room mate, who had gotten it from his dealer. Running her fingers through her platinum blonde hair, she looked at Zeke. She smiled, shifting her eight and leaning into him, kissing him on the lips briefly. "I didn't get my good morning kiss yet."

Adam followed Ashly's gesture, watching as the couple out by the tree interacted. He actually winced when Leah kissed Zeke. He looked away, lifting his drink to his outh again to wash away the thoughts. "We can't, Ash." he said with a sigh. "Do you see how happy they are together? I mean, they've been dating for how long? They're made for eachother." He grabbed her hand, looking at her intently. She really was his best friend. "Please. Just..." he thought about his dad finding out about the fact that he was gay. Looking out the window again, he sighed. "Just try. For me." He said, squeezing her hand and releasing it. He took another drink of his coffee, looking at her with pleading eyes.

Zeek

Zeek laughed and took the joint and put it on his lips and inhald and held it in then blew it out. "Mary seems to be kinda cool." he said as he took another hit then looked down at Leah, and moved the joint away from her and kissed her on the lips lightly. "Theres you good morning kiss." he said then brought the joint back to his lips and inhald yet again. He holds it out to her to give it back. "This is some good stuff, who gave it to you?"

Ashly laughed alittle, "Of coruse, I was just thinking outloud again. There's no way I can be with her...My parents would forsaken me." she said as she let go of his hands and picked up her coffie drink and took a drink from it, watching them outside the window. She put the drink down and bit her lower lip lightly. "Lucky..." she said quitely to herself.

Leah smiles and tokes again, blowing out a bit of smoke just to breathe it in again quickly. She nodded at Zeek's comment, letting the smoke pour from her mouth. "My room mate, Blake. He's tall, got blonde hair. He's pretty col." She said, toking again. She tried to be vague as possible, not act like she was into him. She really wasn't but she didn't want to make Zeek jealous. "Remember, he;s got that really cute girlfriend. A little taller than me, red hair, really sweet." she gushed a bit. She figured bringing up the fact that he had a girlfriend mught help, but she realized he might realize then that she might be a bit into her She immediately inhaled again, thinking of a new subject to talk about. "How's your room mate? Haven't seen him around lately. What's his name again?" She asked, exhaling.

Leah looked around, seeing the window to the cafeteria. Looking, she saw Adam and Ashly. One of the school's cutest couples. Leah sighed a bit. She'd actually hated it when they started going out. Yeah, she was dating Zeek at the time, but she still had hated them. She tried to convince herself it was because she sort of liked Adam. But she couldn't fool herself. After a while, she realized it was Ashly she liked.

A smile spread across Adam's lips as Ashly caught herself. He looked outside again briefly. "Huh, looks like she's looking at us." He said, scanning Ashly's face for any recognition of this fact. There had been a few mornings when Leah had looked in on them. He'd always hoped that she was checking Ash out. If that were the case, then there was some hope that Zeek and Leah would break up. As he looked again, the bell rang. Draining the last of his coffe, he stood and waited for her to follow him. His least favorite part of the day was approaching. The kiss. As much as he adored Ashly, he didn't like pressing his lips against hers. But when they didn't people got suspicious. He walked her to class, chatting pleasantly along the way, then, at the door, he turned to look at her. "Love you, Ash." he said before leaning down and kissing her goodbye. It was obviously convincing, though Adam had to refrain from giggling. It felt like kissing one of his friends in a truth or dare. He turned away from her then, walking off to his own class. Zeek was in it, but he knew he wouldn't be there.
