Chapter One- Rumour Mill

So our tale begins in this large school that holds, all kinds of people. Going from your simple closeted gay or lesbian to your mid-class student and to your queen bee. This isn't going to have some major plot no it's simple highschool in all it's glory. Both the pain in the a** and the amazing moments. This is highschool act the part the queen b***h is a b***h all about her self. The geeky losers are stuttering or just plain out deep down hot fools. Some girls grow breasts others, have braces. Some guys get acne, others get taller and more athletic. It's life and will always be this way. Lets cause some drama...

Rumours The very thing that drives school, be it college, middle, high. It doesn't matter what year or how old, everyday something new is spoken of and someone else over hears and spreads it like a rapid river. Often mixed with the unsettled truth, yet the distasteful untruth. In this school a rumour could be of you petting a cat, and turn into you getting off in the bathroom stall. A rumour is as wide as someones imagination lets them go, and believe me so this school has some wide imaginations. You get told you shouldn't believe everything you hear, but how do you tell the truth from lies and simple gossip?

↿◊↾The Literacy + Images-----------
This is not one of those roleplays that you can come into, post once and leave. This roleplay requires commitment and devotion to keep it going. Please be considerate and if you're going to be away for an extended period of time-- three or more days-- let me know or I will assume you've given up and do away with your character. I am not looking for helpless scene kids or anime pictures either. Furthermore, I require you to be able to post a minimum of two full paragraphs. Writer's block does occur even to the best of us and that's fine but if you can't rebound in another post or two, I will have a problem. Be able to contribute to the storyline and add your own two sense and twists, utilizing the thread's OOC discussion in order to discuss and debate ideas.

↿◊↾The Posting + Profiles-------------
So as for posting- I don't want huge fonts, or bright colors. I see huge fonts, or brights colors being the king of this thread I will ask you to either change it. If you don't you will be kicked from the roleplay and replaced. I have done it before I am not afraid to speak up about something so don't test me. Profiles are easy.. When posting I expect, a picture.. Hell give a hot layout, with lyrics, pictures and icons don't be lazy. I don't mind cussing, and it adds to the drama. No over doing it with the blinking pictures of gifs. It causes the page to load slow and the pc wont be able to handle that much. Come on people when you are in gym and hot and sweaty be it a girl or guy and if you are about to poor water on your self work it! Add some comedy, slip or possibly play some slow motion in that. Put on a show for wondering eyes, the boy or girl of your characters dreams walks in the door add in some slow motion staring.

Don't b***h and complain that this lesbian girl likes your straight girl character. That's what adds to drama and heartache it makes the roleplay better. If you don't like it, you are just showing you don't like Same sex- Which right now you should probably leave. There will be no "love at first sight" nonsense. I can't stop you from forming pre-existing relationships but I would prefer you to keep the unrealistic formations on the low. There will be no auto-hitting of that sorts or God-modding. I can and will reign my wrath on you for disobedience. No killing, unless it calls for it, you know someone going over the limit breaking down bringing a gun and BAM- A student is dead. Yeah that might happen later in some plot twists. I want no over goths, scenes or anything like them. I understand this is a highschool roleplay, but not everyone dresses dark, not everyone wants to die or think life sucks. Just like not everyone has some perfect life and walks on sunshine all day.

I know you wont read all of these, I expect you to but I know you wont. Oh follow gaia's rules.. I guess, I will allow kissing, touching stuff like that but sex just fade to black. Minor detail nice, a lot of detail not needed.

The school is large in size, holding things from a huge gym, a nice indoor swimming pool, to a workout room, a massive lunchroom, the classrooms are set up nicely and many decorated to the teachers pleasing. The school it self has funded a lot of money, and is one of the best leading schools in the district and also one of the finest in money.

Sylar Underwood will be holding a party at his place, tomorrow night inviting just about everyone. He sent out a massive text, via getting into the schools system and linking the numbers. Music, Hot Tub, Alcohol and of course no parents. The party will start at eight and end when everyone passes out.

In two weeks a winter ball is being held, a dance for the students. It was recently announced and posted up on the bulletins around the school. Get those dresses out and find those dates, the theme is masquerade, on a stary scene with lights along the back gym opening up to a nice gazebo. Maybe it's time to ask that special someone out, even send a secret admirer?
