"I'm insulted." Mark said in pretend shock as he removed his hands slowly from Lina's eyes and watched as she turned to face him, "I certainly hope I look better than a random hobo off the street." Markus continued teasing with a smile that matched his girlfriends, he loved her smile. . .actually Mark pretty much loved everything about her that if he started in it was probably annoying how he could just go on and on and on about Angie. . .Ariana usually being the lucky one to hear about all the wonderful audities she probably alread knew about her best friend. He gave an overly thoughtful look after she asked if she got a kiss anyway, although it was all in the spirit of being playful that he did this "I don't know. . ." Mark started still looking as if he were in deep thought about whether he was actually going to kiss Lina even after she called him a dirty hobo. Mark hesitated for a moment, feeling Angie rubbing her thumbs gently along the back of his hands as they stood there in silence for a few seconds before a sly smirk spread across Mark's face and he slowly leaned in giving Angie meaningful kiss before pulling away gradually after a few seconds. To think Mark was horribly nervous to kiss her for the first time and now kissing Angie was as easy and natural as. . .breathing, or so it would seem anyway. Mark wraped his arms loosely around Angie's lower waist and pulled her against him as she talked about hanging out after school, it was a very tempting offer but how would they have time to go on a date AND attend Ariana's party. . .after all it was a requirement for the both of them to show up at their best friend's birthday party. . .not showing was sacralidge.

"That sounds like fun." Mark said wondering what Angie was thinking since she seemed a little anxious about his answer. . .as if his answer would wield something more than just a simple 'yes' or 'no'. Mark furrowed his brow for a second and then spoke "You know." He started after she mentioned that she'd pay "As the boyfriend, it's my job to pay." Mark said with a smile, he always liked paying for dinner and movie tickets whenever he and Angie went out on a date, although he wondered if she secretly didn't like it and just allowed him to pay just to thrill him, but Mark didn't really care, he liked paying for Angie. . .it made him happy and gave him a feeling of satisfaction that he really couldn't explain. "But." He started looking out over the cafeteria for a few seconds before looking back down at his girlfriend, his arms still wrapped around his girlfriend lovingly "What about Ariana's birthday party? I mean it is her birthday today. . ." He trailed off wondering if she had forgotten, it was better to NOT forget her birthday or there would surely be hell to pay, after all Ariana was what most of the students called 'classy' she wouldn't take something like that sitting down. . .even if it was her best friends that forgot. "Speaking of which where is that girl?" Markus stated curiously looking over the crowd again looking for Ariana but saw no signs of her until she spoke way too enthusicastically, causing Markus to jump slighlty. Bemused he looked down to find that Ariana had been there the whole time, he smiled sheepishly "How long have you been sitting there?" He asked with a playful smirk. It was frightening how quiet and sneaky Ariana could be, although it seemed to work quite nicely for her if she ever wanted to make people feel guilty about not noticing her, or if she wanted to spy on you. . .maybe she and Rachel could work together if Rachel hadn't spread that bogus rumor. . .

Mark rolled his eyes at his friend's little charade "Haha, very funny." He teased slowly removing his arms from Angie's waist and sitting down at the lunch table opposite Ariana, coaxing his girlfriend to join him by his side. "No not bad at all." Mark said before kissing Angie on the cheek "But after the party, hanging out is a definite yes." He whispered to his girlfriend before looking back at Ariana for a second "So." Mark started sounding very matter of factly "How many spankins do we get to give you birthday girl?" He asked playfully wondering what sort of remark she'd have for that one. . .he also wondered what Ang would have for that one, but he pushed those thoughts aside and moved onto the party after school "So what's going on with your b-day party after school?" Mark asked wanting to get some solid information about plans and things, after all if he and Angie were going to have some alone time this evening, they'd have to somehow incorporate the party into their plans "Will someone be popping up out of cake? Or do we get to toss you in the pool?" Mark chuckled remembering Ariana's 15th birthday when Mark had somehow managed to sneak up behind her, scoop her up in one swift motion and toss her into the pool before poor Miss. Classy could even register what had happened, ah good times, he thought remembering the days of being a lowly freshman.

======Angelina blushed when Markus kissed her. She still adored the way that it seemed new to her. After all, Markus had been her first crush, her first boyfriend, and her first kiss. Giggling as Markus pulled her to his chest, she placed one of her hands on his chest opposite her. Of course she hadn't forgetten Ariana's birthday. She just wanted time after that to spend with Markus. "Of course you want to pay. . " she thought. Angie loved Markus to death, but she wanted to do something for him every once and a while. She hated him paying for everything. It made her feel like a feel-loader. Sighing she gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. If it made Markus happy, she didn't care.
======Leaning her head against his she smiled when she heard Ariana's voice. Mark had jumped a bit, and so had Angie. It was no big deal though. Straightening her head back upright, she smiled at Ariana and moved her own hair from her face with her free hand, the other still on Markus' chest as she stood beside him. "I was wondering where you were. I can't wait for your party tonight. I talked to people who got you something that will be at your house tonight. Oh! And I got you a few. . small. . presents." she said with a whince at the word small. Of course the presents Angie had gotten her friend weren't small. They were quite large really. And she had also ordered a huge cake and a bunch of decorations to be delivered to Ariana's house. When Markus made a joke about jumping out of a cake or tossing Ariana in a pool, Lina laughed a bit and playfully hit him on the chest. "Be nice!" Lina managed through her fit of giggles. Her friends little act she had put on was laugh worthy. "Oh. Ariana. You and I should do an ID.A. for a drama project!" Angie said excitedly. Ariana was her favorite partner to have in Drama.
======Then remembering they were on the subject of Ariana's birthday, Lina mentally slapped herself. "Oh, and tonight, after the party I can send a couple of mom and dad's maids over if you want. You know. . to help clean up. . I'm tired of seeing them everywhere I look anyways." she said with a slightly upset sigh. It was true. All the maids around the house was killing her. There was practically a maid for everything. Angelina rested her head against Markus' again as she smiled. Markus was like home to her. She had become familiar with him in the last year and considered herself lucky to be with him for so long. Angelina had heard it somewhere that people thought she and Markus were destined to be married and that they acted like a married couple most of the time. Lina wondered if it were true.

Bonnie looked at Camilla, who had decided to ask her if she was going to eat all of her food. She gave her a look that asked her if she was crazy and then she tossed the soda in the trash. "Either my cheer leading suit is growing, or I'm loosing weight. So I tried to fill myself out, which obviously failed, by drinking and eating fatty stuff," she explained to her friend. She thought about getting home and biting into a nice, juicy apple. "Honestly, how can people eat like that? I need an apple before I die," she complained.
Bonnie heard chairs moving around and saw a bunch of nerds crowding her and asking her if she wanted their apple. She tried very hard not to roll her eyes, and she simply told them that she didn't really mean it. She thought it a bit creepy that these nerds were listening to her and Camilla's conversation. She finally allowed herself to roll her eyes, and she did so, sighing at the stupidity of what just happened. She heard Camilla compliment her and she smiled and said, "Thanks." She looked at Markus and Angelina, nodding in agreement to Camilla. "They're hot," she said and then nodded towards Skylar, "They're not."
Bonnie sighed and looked at Camilla. "I don't know. They're kind of freaking me out, staring at just me and not ever looking at you," she lied to cover up her secret. She wondered how long she could keep it a secret before someone found out. She looked at the clock on the wall and decided to leave for gym, considering it's on the other side of school. "Hey, I should get going, I don't want to be late, even though it's gym," she told Camilla before standing and heading towards the exit of the cafeteria. She hoped that Camilla wouldn't follow her, she needed to catch up on reading her book for book club.
Bonnie rushed towards the door and rushed to her locker before opening it. She spun the combination and popped open the light blue locker and pulled out her purse, which had her book concealed in it. Her purse was no more than a simple, black bag, but she liked things to be simple and plain sometimes. She slammed the locker closed and almost ran to the gym. She sat down against the wall and waited for the teacher to appear. She decided it was too risky to take out her book here, so she left it in her purse, which she clutched protectively to her side. She put her forehead on her knees and sat there waiting for someone to come along.

Travis continued to munch on his Egg Salad Sandwich, not taking a super long time to gobble it all up as his friends chatted amongst themselves. He wasn’t really one to get himself involved in heavy chatter, but he was a listener, and he loved to eat. As he threw out the plastic container for his Egg Salad sandwich, Travis headed back towards the table, hearing Emma acknowledging him. Looking at her and cocking his head a little, he smiled. Travis loved long drives, but he wasn’t so thrilled about this whole cutting down the trees protest they were headed towards. Biting his lip, he nodded, trying to think of how exactly one protested against cutting down trees. You couldn’t exactly stand in front of a huge tree and say don’t cut this down. You were bound to either a) get smashed under the tree, b) get jailed for doing so, and talking back to the workers, or c) get scared shitless as soon as you stood there. Travis figured in his case, it would probably be c, when he arrived. Shivering a little, he laughed at Emma’s comment . “It’s not that you’re freak, it’s more or less that I don’t know how to protest against these kind of things” Taking a sip of the Fruit Punch in front of him Travis felt the sugary coolness sliding down his throat, as he listened to Emma talking about the Popular group.

He listened to her talking about how she wouldn’t trade her life for the fake lives they had, and in a way, he kind of agreed. But he didn’t think all of them were fake, exactly. Sure, the guys had it in for him, but some of them were really nice. He’d always been a fan of Ariana and her friend, Angelina or something. They seemed to be nice to him more often than others, but that didn’t mean he was good friends with them, or even friends with them at all. But he was still interested in attending her party tonight. Raising a brow at Emma talking about getting him in, he smiled. He wasn’t sure if he’d been invited or not, but it was nice to know he had a plus one now. Nodding his head, he gave her props. “Awesome, we’ll go together” he said, with a slight wink. He opened his Gushers and popped one into his mouth only to have it slide down his throat two seconds later. Travis coughed, trying to ignore the fact that he was about to choke, and quickly coughed it back up. Skylar was here. She was here, and she looked nice, and he liked her.

Quickly popping another Gusher into his mouth, he offered Skylar a slight wave and a lazy salute. “Hey, nice to see you” was all he could muster, before quickly shoving the Gushers into his mouth. Him and Skylar were kind of sort of dating, though she had a boyfriend, and they spent a lot of time together. Travis knew they had a connection on some level, but he wasn’t going to start pursuing anything, especially since she was still with the attractive nerd. Giving her a dreamy smile, he shook his thoughts a little as he heard Emma talking to him again. Noticing her little puppy dog pout, Travis laughed a little, nodding his head. “Alright, let’s go check the Auditorium” he laughed, looking back at Skylar, Olivia and the others once more. “So, see you guys tonight at the party?” he asked, giving one more small wink to Skylar before heading off with Emma. No, he wasn’t going to pursue anything, but he could still flirt.

Stretching his arms and looking at Emma, he smiled. “So, what play exactly is Vienna doing?” he asked, heading in the direction of t school’s Auditorium. Travis loved watching plays, and he was hoping maybe him and Emma could catch a little sneak peek of whatever was going on inside.

Even before Olivia had made it to the school's giant lunch room, her thoughts and actions had been slowed because of the lack of food. She may have been one previously, but she surely did not eat like the popular girls who constantly thought that starving themselves was the key to the perfect body. Although, anyone close enough to Camilla new that if you wanted a body like hers, that was pretty much the only thing you could resort to.

Olivia snagged the whole bag and drug it to her side of the table before Emma could manage another chip. Sure, it was a generous donation- but she had to see this theft coming. Olivia dug her hand into the small opening at the top of the miniature bag and ripped as many chips as her hand could hold. Pretty much just leaving a chip or two and some crumbs in the bag. Though the rest of her body was a tad small, Olivia's mouth was big enough for two people- literally and figuratively. She fit about two thirds of the chips in her mouth at once, and it only took her about a minute to get them down her throat. With longing eyes she stared at her hand, holding the remainder of her measly lunch. She frowned at the chips and took little nibbles off of one, waiting for the initial 'bite' to have effect on her stomach. She cast guilty eyes up at Emma and she chewed, her back hunched over in almost a protective crouch. "This is why I love you. Thank you," she said in a small voice, taking a bigger bite of the chip.

As Travis and Emma talked, she could almost feel the intense friendship burning her skin. Of course the two had been friends long before she'd made her heroic entrance into the group, but it was almost sickening how close they were. She flinched when she heard her name, looking up from her daze.. She covered with a cough, and composed herself, sitting up straighter and setting the chips down on the hopefully clean lunch room table. Sir Travis, I happen to be doing much better now that something tangible is in my stomach. And you? she responded, trying to sound as dignified as she could. She often envied Travis for his calm composure and easy-going attitude. Sometimes, she just wanted to see him let loose- she even tried at times, to get him agitated. Nothing serious, just some sarcastic comments or a dirty look, all joking- of course. Her train of thought crashed into a related topic. Actually, not related at all. Mr. Sarcasm had yet to even shown his face... next to hers. She was slightly distracted by his absence, knowing the all the others had their match-made-in-heaven sitting a few seats over, and she was left with a fleeting hand of chips.

When Skylar walked in, Olivia gave an over-friendly wave to the silent blonde. She was another good friend, as much as no one believed it, her and Skylar were actually pretty close. In fact, they were close to sisters- at least in Olivia's eyes they were. Skylar was one of those girls who didn't mean 'Compliment me' when she said 'I like your hair.' Olivia could just vent to Skylar and she knew that she wouldn't be hearing about it from someone else to the next day. Her eyes wandered down from her flawless face to the lunch bag she was clutching her hand. Somehow, she could only think of food at the moment.

╭♥╯I love you. I really do . . .

                        Dear Diary,
I know something is going on with Class Clown. He's keeping something from me, I can't explain how I know, I just do. It's killing me not to know . . . I love him. I really do. I know, I also said I loved Tyler, but, this is different. I swear. There's just something about him, I mean when I know I'm going to see him, I get butterflies and I get all jittery. If he doesn't call me at night, I stay up for hours wondering if I did something to make him mad. The other day, he asked me why I've been flirting with Mark, I told him I wasn't and that it was him and him only that I loved. Saying it was only him I loved was true. Telling him I wasn't flirting with Mark? A lie. I have been flirting with Mark. Everybody thinks it's because I like him and want to steal him away from his girlfriend, but they couldn't be more wrong. I'm doing it because I need Class Clown to show me he loves me. I can't take it anymore! I feel like I'm losing him and I don't know why. I need to know that he loves me as much as I love him. I need to know he wants me as much as I want him. I just need to know . . . I know I sound stupid and I know I should probably just confront him, ask him straight out if he loves me as much as I love him. But I can't . . . I only have a way with words when no one knows it's me talking.
                        Love,
                        Ray

Closing the small leather bound book, Ray stood from her bed, cradling the book in her arm. She knelt on her hard wood floor and lifted up a loose floorboard. Sticking the book inside, she rested the board back in place and stood up. Ray's diary was her everything. She wrote in it day and night. Without it, she was lost. It was the only place she could vent. Yeah, she had friends she could vent to but in high school you had to be careful what you said to people. In her diary however, she could be completely honest."Ray! Hurry up!"that was her older brother, Eric. He wasn't her real brother. He was adopted . . . Long story. Rolling her eyes, although he couldn't see, she walked to her door and peeked out"Hold on! Geez, can't I get a few minutes to get ready?!"Ray walked over to her closet and quickly grabbed her outfit, which she'd picked out last night. It consisted of a smokey gray off one shoulder top, skinny jeans, and heels that matched her shirt. Once she was dressed, Ray looked herself over in the floor length mirror, that stood in the far right corner. She quickly did her make up and brushed her hair, before grabbing her bag and rushing out her bedroom door. She ran downstairs and into the kitchen"Finally!"Eric complained, Ray smirked playfully"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't complain, you offered to drive me, remember?"Eric muttered a 'whatever' under his breath, before walking to the front door. They walked to the car and Eric got in the drivers seat while Ray got in the passenger seat.

The whole car ride, Ray couldn't stop thinking about her latest diary entry. What was Class Clown hiding from her? Why was he hurting her like this? Didn't he even know how badly he was hurting her? The other day she actually asked him what he wasn't telling her and he just said "Nothing" then he kissed her and told her he loved her before going back to kissing her. She'd let it drop because he said he loved her . . . Now she was wondering if he meant it or if he was just trying to shut her up. Thinking about it, she bit her lip and stared out the window. Ray pulled out her phone, needing to be reassured that he loved her and she needed to talk to him. She really did have to ask him what he was hiding. She quickly typed out a text to him, keeping her phone in her hand, even after it was sent."Hey, you okay?"Eric asked her, actually sounding concerned"Yeah, it's just Class Clown . . ."she replied glumly."What'd he do? Do I have to kill him for something? I swear to gawd if he touched you ---"While the two did fight, Eric would kill any guy that hurt Ray"No it's nothing like that . . . It's-it's something else Just don't worry about it."Ray didn't want him getting mad at the Class Clown. She was probably just being paranoid . . . He said he loved her. She should believe him. Most girlfriends believe their boyfriends when they say that. Don't they?"Mhmm, just tell him he better watch what he does to or around you."Ray nodded, knowing she really should warn him because Eric really would hurt him if he did anything to her.
                        To:: Class Clown <3
                        From:: Ray
Hey, just wanted to say good morning(:
Meet me at lunch? I need to ask you something.
                        Love you.

Eric parked in front of the school and Ray quickly got out of the car. She waved before hurrying inside the building. She was already late so she was going to be in major trouble. She made her way down the deserted halls, to the office. She'd already missed first period but with any luck, she could get out of the detention that she was more than likely to be receiving. She walked into the office an looked at the lady at the desk"I know, I'm late and I am soooo sorry."The lady at the desk held up her hand"Save it Ms. Montgomery. Saturday detention, end of story. Now get to class."Ray sighed and walked out of the office, thinking that the lady was a total b*tch who's just cranky because she was old and was most likely gonna die alone. Now, Ray, had to spend Saturday morning in detention when she was gonna hang out with Class Clown. Ugh! Ray sighed and made her way to Algebra I. She should be in Algebra II but she sucked at Algebra, so yeah, you get the point."Thank you for joining us Mzzz. Montgomery."Ray nodded, ignoring the way Mr. Rosenburg said Ms. with a 'z' sound instead of the 's' sound. It always annoyed her but at the same time made her curious. She couldn't help but wonder why he said it like that. She took her seat in the back of the room and pulled out her notebook. She might as well copy down what notes she could at the moment.

The rest of her morning classes went by in somewhat of a blur. She just went to class, copied her notes, tried to stay awake, and try to avoid being called on. She couldn't even remember what she learned. Ray could barely remember the new rumors she'd thought up, as well. As she made her way down the hall, heading to lunch, she pulled out her phone to see if Class Clown had replied to the text she sent about two or three hours. Nope. The screen said 'No New Text Messages'. Ray groaned in frustration and shoved her phone back into her pocket. She hadn't seen him at all this morning and she wasn't sure if she was gonna see him at lunch. Why was he doing this to her? He was making her crazy! And, she didn't really have anyone to talk to about any of this. She had her friends Mark, Angelina, Party Boy, and The Hopeless Romantic but she didn't know if she could talk to any of them. Before, she used to be able to talk to Ariana, but Ariana now hated her guts for reasons, Ray didn't want to go into. She already felt bad enough for spreading that rumor . . . She still wasn't even sure why she spread it in the first place. Sighing, she pushed open the double doors to the cafeteria. She quickly looked around and saw where Mark, Angelina, and Ariana were. Maybe she would apologize to Ariana again and try to win back her friend, for about the millionth time since Ariana started hating her."Hey guys,"she tried to sound cheery and happy, but her heart just wasn't in it after thinking about what was going on with Class Clown all morning and then thinking about how she lost one of her closest friends because she was stupid and had to spread a stupid rumor about her"Happy birthday, Ariana . . ."she said, thinking back to freshman year when they were all friends and Mark had thrown Ariana into the pool at her party, so naturally, all the girls tried to push Mark in. In the end they all got soaked. Ray wished it was all still like that.

. . . I just want you to want me as much as I want you╰♥╮

The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about.

“Alright chickadees, take a seat and we will begin your test shortly,” a short lady with brown hair said rushing around the science class as everyone groaned in dread. One girl sat near the back tapping her purple mechanical pencil nervously and lightly biting her perfectly painted nails on her right hand. The girl decided to not bite her nails, but instead twirl some of her brown hair. And she did so. As the teacher began to pass around the answer sheet, the girl’s brown eyes nervously looked all around the room, trying to find that she wasn’t the only kid ill prepared. Sadly, everyone seemed to be ready, or at least really good at hiding their nervousness. Moments after, a paper with seventy-five blanks appeared on her desk. The girl quickly wrote her name. Now the paper read Debra Suntken. She let out a quiet sigh before reaching the test, neatly stapled together, and began to read the questions feeling sick to her stomach. If she failed this test, she had a possibility of being kicked out of the school! That could not happen. It would not happen. Debra could not go back to her old school. The girl’s old school was a nightmare. Well this school could be, but her old school was worse. Okay well she hadn’t actually been to the high school in Kentucky, but she had heard it was terrible and Debra would believe almost anything you told her. Yes she was very gullible. Well, is very gullible.

Quickly, Debra went back to the test still lying on her desk. She lifted the papers back up and read the questions. Her spirits lifted as she realized she knew most of the answers. Setting the test down, she set to work on her test. Carefully, she wrote all of the answers on the answer sheet, making sure she kept up with the time as she went along. Debra hated being rushed. It made her get answers wrong. Plus, if she finished early, she would have time to do as she pleased. Usually that was either doodling or reading a magazine. After around thirty or so minutes, she finished the test and went back to her seat and took out a piece of paper. Debra smiled at the fact that she still had ten minutes to doodle. And Debra did so. At first, the doodle was just a heart. It then developed into a heart with the name Michael in the middle. As she finished the picture, she let out a slight sigh. It wasn’t a sad sigh, rather a dreaming sigh. Debra had a huge crush on the new boy, Michael. Something about him just got her going. He was just so cute and sweet, and Debra could go on for days. Sadly though, Michael didn’t like her back. She had no idea what she was to do though. It seemed to be that Debra’s constant gossip was driving him away, but Debra didn’t know how to stop it. She could –beep- the bell rang interrupting Debra’s train of thought. She quickly packed up, and then headed out of class.

Despite being let out of class, Debra still felt a little weird. She had never really had boy trouble. Not like this anyways. ‘I’ll just ask my friends for advice later,’ she decided. She smiled a bit as she headed off to lunch. At least now she could hang with her friends for a good hour and fifteen minutes. She loved free period. It got her mind off of school and helped her relax. There was a problem with it though, usually she heard some sort of gossip and couldn’t stop herself from spreading it. Spreading gossip was like a habit of Debra’s. It did come in handy at times though. Seeing her friends sitting at lunch, she smiled and instantly was in a good mood. “Afternoon everyone,” she greeted loudly and happily, sitting at the table and setting down her things. She then pulled her lunch out then looked back at the people sitting there. Even though she sometimes blurted out secrets about them, she was still pretty loyal. It was just at times the popular people would trick her into telling the secrets. Other than that usually the secrets she spread were just around her group of friends. “How are you all today? I’m so happy its Wednesday. This week seems like its going by slowly, doesn’t it? Well maybe it’s just because of all of the tests we've been taking. Have you noticed how in every single class this week we have taken a test. Isn't it weird? I think it is” Debra said rather quickly. She also had a bad habit of talking really fast. Half the time no one could understand what she said. But, oh well.

The Queen's Assistant

Mary watched as a woman in black sneaked out of the pool hall. This woman was one of the three that her father was sleeping around behind her mother's back with. She had known about his affairs and its the main reason that she isn't as close to him as she was before. Her poor mother didn't ask for his disloyalty. Mary certainly was not going to tell her and break her heart more than it was trashed already. She didn't deserve the things her father was doing to her but Mary wondered if it was part her mother's fault that he needed attention of other women instead of going to her. They where once a loving couple but now, not so much.

Mary rolled her eyes in degust as she turned away from the hiding woman. She looked down at her phone to see if Cam had replied, which she hadn't. Oh well, She was starving and it was time to leave if she wanted to get back before lunch was over. She put the car in gear and spun out of the driveway as her father stepped out of his hiding hall. She wanted so bad to hurt him but knew that no matter what, he was still her father. She pulled in to McDonalds with little time to lose. She ordered a Number one/Big Mac and a number seven/grilled chicken sandwich. One had a water and the other had a Dr.Pepper. One was for her and the other was Cam. No matter how much she denied liking McDonalds food, Mary knew that she loved it just as much as her. That wasn't saying much though. She paid the ten fifty five to the cashier and telling her to keep the change. It was amazement that crossed the woman's face when she looked down to see a twenty. It wasn't much but it might have been the largest tip she would receive working at McDonalds.

When she pulled into the parking lot she was sure that everyone knew she was there. So, she liked to drive around with her music loud, even if it was the winter. She locked her doors shut while she made sure that she had her purse and food in hand. Mary frowned as she looked at the sky, please let this be a good day. She walked carefully towards the school. She didn't want and accident to happen. She was good at getting into accidents. She grabbed the door handle and smile as she saw the others in the cafeteria in the normal seats. "Soo, Who missed me?" she asked jokingly as she plopped the bag down on the table in front of Cammie and herself and handed her the water. She wouldn't be insulted if she didn't accept the food, that just meant she had food for after cheerleading practice. She sat down and placed her feet in the nearest empty seat. She didn't have the most amazing manners but who cares, it was high school. "So what is the convo?" she asked as she took a sip of her soda.

She looked around in search of her boyfriend but her eyes became hopeless as she didn't spot him. This made her remember her dream. It made her shudder with fear. What in the world was going on with them that would make her dream toughs type of dreams. Yes, she was one of those people that believed that her dreams meant something. She wasn't weird because of that, she just knew that it had some meaning to it. She looked at the rest of her friends. Angel and Mark made her smile. They were a cute couple. She envied them at the moment. It made her upset that her guy wasn't here to greet her. Then again he was probably practicing so she didn't bother with being upset for more than a minute. It would be stupid to get upset about something so small.

"Ugh..." was all the boy could manage to moan as his 4th period teacher began to drone on and on about. Honestly, Lance couldn't really give a rat's a** about government and economics. To him it was just another credit for his way out of here and on his transcript to college.Mr. Rimler, the government teacher, shot him a cold glare as he heard the boy sigh in boredom. Lancelot quickly lowered his head so that the evil teacher could only see the top of his adored hat. Silently drumming his fingers on the desk, the boy was antsy just to get out of the h-ll hole of a class and hurry off to lunch.

It had been a long summer vacation for Hemmingway, and he was anxious to see his friends again. True, he had seen them once or twice during the summer but that was no where good enough. He scratched a few notes down on his paper about today's lesson and then zoned off. His sanctuary began to play before his eyes. It was if by magic, he saw himself at a piano playing one of Beethoven's movements. A smile crept upon the dreaming lad's face as a book was slammed down in front of him. "No dreaming in my class Hemmingway. No let that be a warning to you." Rimler said with a sneer. With a quick nod, the boy began to focus back on his work and started wishing he had never signed up for this course.

It was ten minutes before the next bell and Lance could barely stay in his seat. Frequently, he asked to sharpen his pencil or go to the bathroom just to get out of the class. A second up from that dreaded seat was like heaven and once he sat back down the ecstasy drained from his blood.

As he slowly started to put his things away the bell began to ring. Finally it was over. The torture is at it's end...for now. After the room cleared, Lance walked out of the doorway and into the crowded halls. Weaving through random faces he had finally made it to the lunchroom. With a small smile on his face, his brown eyes scanned the cafeteria for familiar faces.

She took a while to look at Olivia-when she saw her all she really saw was Mr. Sarcasm. She closed her eyes and looked away. Emma blushed at Travis, he wanted to go together! Don't get too excited, Emma. She nodded and smiled at Travis. Finally Skylar came in, Emma moved in her seat. "Why are you doing homework now? Home to the Work. Home... It's in the word. Gosh, Skylar. Live, woman live." She smirked and looked at how Travis acted around her. Emma knew how Skylar felt about Travis and she knew how Travis felt about Skylar-the only thing that kept them apart was Skylar's boyfriend. Emma never told Skylar about her feelings. It might make it a bit awkward around each other and especially around Travis. And awkward is never a good thing for our girl, Emma. She would flip out and do something completely retarded and ruin friendships, just to end silence.

Emma looked up at Travis and slid her bag of chips towards Olivia. She didn't take a second look at the girl. Emma got up and patted Skylar's head and whispered something in her ear before leaving, "I'll talk to him" She smiled and jogged next to Travis. "Literately I have no idea. She just came home and said 'I'm in a play' and that's all I knew from then on" She sighed and looked up towards Travis, her eyebrows raising. "So you and Skylar, are you eventually going to talk to her about these 'urges' to take her in your arms at lunch and kiss her like there's no tomorrow? She laughed and bumped into him playfully. "Nah, you don't need to answer that." Emma bit her lip and walked strangely, something was on her mind. Tell him you slut. You're going to get in trouble with Skylar anyway-plus your little 'friendship' deal wasn't meant to last. Get with Travis already, break a heart. It doesn't matter anymore when your own heart is broken.

Emma sighed and stopped Travis. She walked in front of him and shrugged. "I'm not over him, I am not over Mr. Sarcasm. It's been like a couple of months now and it's not going away. I think it's Olivia, it's probably her that's keep this Mr. Sarcasm ship afloat and I hate it, truly. I like this other guy and I really, really, want to be with him but he's in love with some other girl with a boyfriend and that girl's in love with him and not her boyfriend. And I want to tell him that she likes her but I just don't want to let you get away." She looked down and caught herself giving it away. She looked at him with depressed eyes, she did not like how she feels. "So, yah. Um, don't be weirded out though-small crush. And plus Skylar likes you! Yeepee, right?" She smiled and punched him playfully. "Don't make it awkward?" Her eyebrows reached each other and she sighed. Finally, they reached the auditorium and Emma turned around and walked normally beside Travis.

It was a warm, sunny, cloudless day. Birds were chirping, and there was a light, crisp breeze in the air. Perfect weather. Inside a rather large and rice school in room N229 was Vienna Marie Revien. The young actresses was scribbling notes down furiously, trying to keep up with her Government and Economics class. Sure, she hated the class and found it rather difficult, but she made sure to do her best. She wasn't excepted into Hermosa Beach Prep High School for nothing.

"Ugh..." came a quite voice to her left. Vienna automatically knew who the voice came from. Lance. Vienna knew the boy despised this class and even more their teacher Mr. Rimler. Vienna didn't like him much herself; he was just an old man going on and on about how he hates the government. Vienna stifled a laugh and glared playfully at Lance for distracting her from her notes. She then went back to her feverish note taking. Soon enough, she began to zone off, thinking about a few days ago. She had been hanging out with Mr. Party Boy a lot lately and on Monday he had asked her to go to homecoming with him. She couldn't believe it. A popular asking her to homecoming. Of course, she had said yes, though she thought about it for a while before giving him an answer. She had yet to till anyone about this, least of all her sister Emma.

Emma...her beloved older sister. Vienna couldn't stand her sometimes. They didn't exactly get along, but they weren't constantly fighting either. Mostly, they remained indifferent. Vienna supposed they had gotten closer ever since they moved out of their parents house and moved into their loft, yet the arguing had also grown as well. Without their parents there to stop them from their arguments, they went at a lot. But they never stayed mad at each other for long, at least, Vienna didn't. Although it may seem like Vienna could careless about her older sister, she secretly really admired and looked up to her. Of course, she would never admit this out loud.

Vienna snapped out of her thoughts when she heard Mr. Rimler's deep voice chastising Lance. "No dreaming in my class Hemmingway. No let that be a warning to you." Vienna smirked at Lance. Before she could make a comment, the bell rang. Vienna breathed out a sigh of relief. Putting her notes neatly into her binder, she got up from her seat and followed everyone out the door. She made her way through the crowd and to the lunch room, scanning the people for her friends. Upon spotting them, she made her way to them and took a seat beside Skylar.

"Hola chicka," Vienna said to Skylar. Vienna tended to talk in Spanglish when she was with her friends, a habit she picked up from her sister. Taking her phone out of her purse, she noticed a text from Emma.

                                  To: Em
                                  From: Tu Hermana
Message: I just sat down at the lunch table. Skye's right next to me. Where'd you go? I am starving.

Putting her phone down on the table and looked around the table. Across from her was Oliva, who was hording down a bunch of Doritos. Vienna wasn't really close with Oliva, but she could say that they were friends. Smiling at her, Vienna said, "Hey, you wanna share?"

Ohohsee: Hey sorry for the crappy first post. ><

Skylar examined her sandwich as her ocean blue eyes looked up and happened to find their way across the cafeteria, but unlike everybody else’s eyes, her’s landed on Cami—wait. You can’t say her name, not even once, she turns into an evil monster that is out to get everyone in the school, except for her ‘fake’ monster friends. Skylar rolled her eyes as she glared at her for only a few seconds and then turned her eyes back over to her friends. Her friends may hate that girl as much as she did, but she wasn’t sure..Skylar hated her. Skylar wasn’t a fan of people who thought they were better then everyone else and then talk crap about people they didn’t even know, just for fun, like said before..monster or a hag, you pick one. Okay fine, the little nerdy Skylar would never say any of this outloud, the inside of her mind was quite a bit different then the outside. Skylar was an introvert more then most she knew because she didn’t trust easily..not even all of her group of friends.
User Image
Skylar’s eyes looked around the table at her friends, ah, they were such great people..even if some considered them “nerdy” or “socially challenged,” she still loved them. She sighed, her boyfriend wasn’t at school today, probably sick as usual. Yes, miss nerdy girl has a boyfriend, they’ve been dating for about a year and a half now..and it’s a wonderful relationship, for the most part. Skylar then looked over at Travis, a guy that had been one of her closest guy friends since freshmen year when they accidentally ran straight into each other on registration day. Skylar watched as he somehow started choking on some sort of food and she grinned as he commented a small ‘nice to see you.’ She nodded in regards to that as she watched him shove some more fruit gushers into his mouth. You know how I added the “for the most part” as I talked of Skylar’s relationship, well..that’s because of this boy right across from her.

Okay, here’s the deal, around summertime the two of them had gone out to just hang out in the park, because Skylar’s beau was out of town for a couple of weeks. Skylar has never really shared the entire story of her father and her family to anyone, except some of it to her boyfriend..it wasn’t something she liked to share..being someone who can’t trust easily doesn’t help her sharing the worst story of her life. Somehow, Travis shared stories with her and she shared some stories with him..and then he basically knew what happened to her family. And Travis listened, something she doesn’t get very much because she is known to be the friend you talk to not the friend who talks. After that, something clicked and ever since..they have kind of been ‘talking’ and ‘almost dating.’ He’s the type of boy who could easily woo a girl over, and he did that..but the only thing keeping them from being together, is Skylar’s boyfriend..she doesn’t want to admit to making a mistake because then she’d feel like she was being her father, and she is also a giant chicken, she’s just going to keep things going the way it is..practically dating two people.

Skylar had zoned out but then heard Travis mention a party, “A party? Um, I don’t know.” She shrugged her shoulders, but the boyfriend was sick..so maybe she’d go..just to go? Skylar watched Travis get up and saw his small gesture and she bit the inside of her cheek a little bit as she turned her eyes to Olivia, whom she was happy to see, “Hola Liv! Como Estas?” Skylar chuckled, “I mean..how are things going?” Skylar was practically best friends with Olivia, and then Emma spoke up about her doing homework, “Um, because I understand everything in AP history, so I do the homework in there.” She smiled nonchalantly and took a bite of her sandwich and Emma spoke something in her ear, “But I was going to..nevermind.” She tried to protest but she was gone too soon, talk with Travis? What in the heck did that mean? Emma knew their secret..and Skylar would rather her not get in the middle of it, Skylar liked her business..well to stay between her and Travis.

To: Travis
From: Skye
a party, srsly?
I dun recall being invited to this party,
you shall explain it to me more and maybe I will go, since the bf is out. (:

Skylar texted this to Travis because she wanted to know a bit more about the party to see if Travis was going and if it was a good idea for her to go to, and talk a bit with him or something. No, she wasn't happy that he boyfriend was out of school, but it was better that way because she could go to the party alone. Skylar didn’t recall being invited though, and if the she-devil was going to treat her like an animal, she would not go there.Vienna sat down not long after the two left and she waved kindly to her, “Hi Vienna.” She muttered through a bite of her sandwich and then she sighed lightly as she looked up to see Lance at the door and she smiled lightly and waved for him to come to their table and join them.

A small vibration was felt in the boys pocket. Lance fished for his phone and finally pulled it out of his pocket and looked at the message. It was from his brother.Rolling his eyes, he put his phone in his backpack and continued to search the crowded room.

He weaved his way back into the hall and stopped at the vending machines and shoved a dollar into one. A bottle of water dropped and was retrieved then at another one a bag on Lays was dispensed. Lance hurried back into the cafeteria and spotted a table.

A couple of his friends were sitting in a small group. He could see Skylar was waving him over and with her was Olivia, and Vienna sitting and making small chat. With a few quick strides, Lance helped him to a seat at the table a smiled. "Man, could you believe Rimler today?" he smiled at Vienna. He laid his bags of chips on the tabled and unscrewed the lid to his water. After a few quick sips he began to drum on the table. This boy just couldn't help himself. His eyes scanned the table.

He leaned back a little and opened his bag of chips. Placing one on his tongue, he could taste to saltiness and quickly pulled it into his mouth. True, Lance was the best one to take to a five-star restaurant, but hey he was someone to take to during this small break. He chewed on the chip a little and smiled. Mmm...chips... The smile soon faded as his eyes drifted when they landed on Rachel. Yeah, the rumors were true, Lancelot's tongue would hit the floor when he used to spot her. His body would shoot up into flames when she would even glance in his general direction. He thought she was an angel...and pure,sweet,gossip-y angel from above. But....that was over now. He gave a small huff as Lance turned his attention back to his friends, you know, the kids that actually had lives. Yep, the "socially challenged". He loved his buddies no matter what. Actually, I think I would shoot myself if I turned popular...

ARIANA JANE WILLIAMS

miss classy has arrived...

time to crank up the tunes and start the party!

User ImagexxUser ImagexxUser Image

a best friend is someone who pushed
you to say your secret, didn't say
anything, hugged you, wiped
your tears, and still never said anything.

Ariana sat watching as her friend's finally realized that she was sitting there, well it sure took them ages to figure it out! Anna folded her arms gentley across her chest and tilted her head to the side as Markus asked her how long she had been sitting there watching them, "Oh, believe me, it was long enough." She made kissy faces at them and smirked as she killed her salad by using her fork and making the letuce break apart. She smiled and took a bite, looking around the cafeteria at the people around them. It was so strange how there could be such a large seperation between popular people and the not-so-popular people. Oh well, what could she possibly do to change that? Anna swallowed calmly and began to mess with her jello. She didn't really like jello, she kinda just got it for decoration. She remembered the first time she had jello. She was at someone's wedding and she was wearing this really cute white dress, well after eating the purple jello, it wasn't white anymore. She even had purple hair. It was that day where she got the lecture about being lady-like. Hey, it wasn't her fault someone was stupid enough to give her that junk.

Ariana looked up to see Markus whisper something to Angelina then looked back to her. Secrets, huh? She raised an eyebrow but dropped it when her best friend mentioned something about 'spankings'. She rolled her brown eyes and tried to hold back from not throwing her fork across the table at him. She didn't have good aim anyway, so that was probably a bad idea. "Hmm. How many slaps across the face do you need, Mister Taylor?" She grinned and threw a piece of lectuce at him, sticking her tongue out as well. She took a drink from her water and thought for a moment, her plans for the party were pretty simple, her mother was on it. Ariana was just the star of the night, her mom was the host, and the rest of her family was to stay out of the way. Last year, on her sweet sixteenth, it was one of the biggest parties of the year, and she was planning on having it bigger this time around. "Well, it begins at 6:30, if that's what you're wondering. My mom planned practically everything, you guys BOTH know how she is," Ariana shook her head at the memories of her mom bossing around both of her two best friend's like they were part of the family.

The brunette took another bite of her salad and tilted her head to the side when Mark brought up yet another memory from a couple of years ago. Oh god. She remembered when she got tossed into the pool. Most people thought she would've exploded on him, when really she just started laughing like a hyena. She didn't even get embarassed, since tons of other people got soaked after her. Ahh, those were the days. "No, and I swear if you throw me into the pool again, I will drag you in with me," She pointed her fork at him and narrowed her eyes in a threatening way. Keeping a straight face wasn't really something she could do for very long. Ariana turned her attention to Lina, finally, and smiled, "Great! I'm excited to see what is inside." She said honestly, then shot a death glare towards Markus. He knew what that meant. A few years back, Mark had forgotten completely about getting her a present so when he showed up to the party with nothing, Anna tore into him so bad, but then he decided to go buy a card with a one dollar bill inside..thoughtful, huh? Anna shook her head at the memory. She used to be such a spoiled brat, but that was when she was ten or something..so it was alright.

"Yeah! That would be AWESOMEE!!!!!!" She responded back to Angelina with a grin, and looked over to Camilla who was looking over at their table with her two other friends. Anna smiled kindly over at them then looked back to Angelina, "Sure! That would be great, I don't think my mom's really going to be so excited about cleaning up, anyway. So yeah, that's fine." She took another drink out of her water bottle and then put the cap back on. She looked around the cafeteria curiously, but then was shocked when she heard another voice. She quickly looked up to see who it was and was a little disappointed when she figured who it was. Rachel. Rachel had made a rumor about Anna when she was dating the class clown, who was at the moment dating ray, well the rumor said that ariana was pregnant, and once the poor girl heard that rumor; ariana and rachel weren't the best of friend's anymore. "Oh, thanks, Rachel.." She said softly, looking away from her and pursing her lips together. Rachel was invited to her birthday party, yes, but she didn't know if the girl was even going to show up. Ariana didn't really care anyway, trusting that girl was something she regretted, and even know Rachel apologized a million times, things were never going to change, at least that's what Anna thought.

She's the queen bee - the star. She's fabulous, but she's evil.

Cammie bit her lip, chewing ever so lightly as she looked at the clock in front of her. It was almost time for Lunch to be finished, and Cammie wasn’t exactly looking forward to Gym. She hated sweating it up in a pair of tight little shorts in front of her perverted male Gym teacher. Most people thought the Teacher’s here were Gods or little angels and Debbie Do Gooders. Cammie knew otherwise. She was convinced that the Gym Teacher was out to molest her, and probably half of their all-girl Gym Class. Sighing and shaking the disgusting thought out of her head, she looked at Bonnie, who she knew was in her Gym Class as well. She wondered if she thought Mr. Gross, yes, that was literally his name, was checking her out in class as well. It was disgusting. Maybe that was why she was eating all that sh*t food. In order to bulk on the pounds so the Teacher wouldn’t be able to call her pretty. Of course, Bonnie was a gorgeous girl, but Cammie was obviously the prettiest in the whole school, and she made that really clear.

When Bonnie told her that she was starting to lose weight, or that her suit was growing, Cammie smirked. She didn’t see what was so wrong about losing weight. Bonnie was a thin girl, but she could have lost a few more pounds. It looked good when the Cheerleaders were curvy and thin. Not that Bonnie wasn’t, but Cammie always managed to find one flaw in everything so she could make herself look good. Cammie listened as Bonnie made her excuses about everything she was eating, and commented on the apple. Pulling a fresh one out of her bag, she handed it over to Bonnie and winked. “You can thank me later” she said, looking back over towards the Book Club. What Bonnie said next made her scowl, because it was true. Why the hell would the Book Club be looking at Bonnie and not her? She was gorgeous, after all and every guys desire. Sure, the Book Club was nerdy, but didn’t nerdy guys drop dead at the mere sight of her? Of course, Bonnie had gotten around. She was Miss Promiscuous and Cammie knew the girl didn’t hide any details about her sex life.

Raising a brow, and turning away from them, she noticed Bonnie had gotten up, giving another excuse to leave her side early. Cocking her head to the side, she shook it, wondering why Bonnie was starting to make up at these excuses. Maybe she was doing a Book Club boy? About to get up and go sneak around and follow her, scoping some sh*t out for Rachel, Cammie sat back down as soon as Mary finally approached the table. Smiling at her best friend, she twirled a lock of hair around her finger and smirked. “Hey baby!’ she said, kissing her friend on both cheeks. “You didn’t miss much, just the fact that the Book Club has decided Bonnie is more attractive than me” rolling her eyes, she thought about Bonnie getting around with them. “Sometimes I think she’s a slut” she said, sipping her Perrier Water. “I mean, I love the girl, but I wish she didn’t sleep with every walking guy in Hermosa. That’s my job” Looking down at the McDonald’s bag Mary had just plopped in front of her, Cammie thanked Mary with her eyes, shoving it into her bag before anyone could see. She knew there was a reason she and Mary were so close. The two could practically read each others minds.

Finishing off her Perrier Water, Cammie stood up and looked at her friend. “Anyway, Mare, class starts super soon, and Mr. Gross always makes us run laps if we’re late” Rolling her eyes, she thought about the teacher staring at her a s s as she did so. She finally knew why he loved that so much. “But I’ll catch you in Language Arts after, right?” Mary and Cammie had all classes together but Gym and History, and they both did Cheerleading after school. For the most part, the two were attached at the hip, but when Gym Class came, Cammie was always anxious to get in there and get it over with. Just like a bad needle.

Throwing her garbage out, she shook her head, wandering off to Gym Class, wondering if Bonnie would even show up. Her steps quickened as she walked towards her locker, grabbing her Gym equipment. Once she did, she headed to her class. But not before sneaking in a McNugget and three French Fries. Cammie would definitely have to thank Mary later.
