River smiled at Jules and then Rozie. She was glad she made new friends. She gave a hug to Rozie and smiled. "I just had an urge to hold." River said, did a little giggle and blushed. She wishes her life was like this everyday. Today was a good day.

Maxis laughs nervously "yea well, I hope im not a disappointment" he listens intently to his offer and thinks it over before nodding his head in agreement "Sure actually that sounds fun" He says before standing up and offering a hand down to Jules helping him up. "Well ladies if youll excuse us" he leads the smaller man out of the bar. "So Jules, tell me about yourself, I must say im interested in cute men such as yourself"

Jules was a little too excited when Maxis agreed to hang out with him. His grin went from one ear to the other and a sparkle of glee glimmered in his eyes. He took Maxis' hand and let the tall man pull him upright. Maxis had some strength in him. Must be all that BMX riding Jules thought, the thoughts that followed brought the blood back to his cheeks. He shook it off, and quickly turned back to Rozie and River. Grabbing a napkin off the table he scribbled his personal number down, folded it up and handed it to Rozie. "Call me if you're interested in working with me. We'll work something out." He gave her a friendly wink, weaved his arm into Maxis' and let his crimson haired friend lead them out of the bar.

Jules realized he was a little drunker than he had originally thought when he noticed himself putting nearly all his weight on Maxis. The poor guy was practically carrying him. Jules tried to straighten out, but his legs refused to do all the work. He slumped back into Maxis' side. Thank goodness he was there. Jules would have been crawling out of the bar otherwise.

Jules looked up at Maxis, a drunken gloss to his eyes, and started filling him in on some of the things that made Jules who he was. " Well..." He paused, catching his breath and attempting to get a tighter grip on the world that was threatening to spin about him in an intoxicating merry go round. . Once he felt back on his game, he started again. "Well...I've lived here my whole life. I was raised by my Grandfather for the most part. I never knew my parents that well. I've got a couple pictures of them tucked away, but i really don't know that much about them. Im grateful though, Pappy took very good care of me and taught me a lot. That's actually how I became the owner of Paperback Jewels. He left it to me when he passed a couple years ago. Ever since I've rennovated the whole store and really modernized the feel of the place. It was lovely and quaint as a dinky old book store, but I wanted Pappy's business to thrive after his death, and so I had to move with the times."

Jules felt like he was babbling on. Really he was just trying to keep his mouth moving and his feet under him. Maybe a walk wasn't one of Jules' best ideas. He did want to get away from the lovebirds at his table though. Jules had become kind of a cynic when it came to finding love. He never showed it of course, simply because he was a nice guy, but watching couples usually made him feel jealous, lonely, and down right awkward. Those girls were lovely, and he was interested in having Rozie work with him, but Jules would never be entirely comfortable around couples until he found someone of his own. It sounded kind of childish to Jules, but he couldn't help it.

"And that's really about it I suppose. Books are my passion, I love kareoke, I don't like sweets and I drink too much!" he laughed at the thought. Absentmindedly Jules spotted a bench along their path. He pulled Maxis along with him and plopped down on the hard wood. He threw his arms across the back, let his legs stretch out infront of him and leaned his head back, letting the stars fill his eyes. He gazed at them for a moment, lost in his drunken wonder, but quickly returned his attention to his handsome escort. "What about you mister BMX star? Tell me about your life! It must be very exciting...far more interesting than mine im sure!" He smiled wide, an expectant look in his eyes. Jules was eager to learn more about Maxis. He seemed like quite the catch.

Maxis walks with him careful to keep in step with the smaller man. He listens intently to Jules story, it seemed like a happy yet mildly sad childhood. He snakes a arm around Jule's waist to ensure he wouldnt fall, careful to keep him pulled in and walking steady. He chuckles slightly to himself as he is pulled to the bench. He sits down next to Jules and puts his arm across Jules shoulders. He looks at Jules with a fond smile, the reflection of the stars in his eyes really was beautiful. Hearing his question he looks up at the sky thinking on how to explain his childhood. "Well lets see, my old man works at honda development and thats how I got into BMX. I have a younger brother Trigger who actually works with my dad in development. Ive been in BMX, since I was young so I grew up riding. I love sweets and trying to new foods. I like karaoke also, we should go together sometime"

((Romeo Im so sorry! My roommate and I got into a hell of a fight and my whole life kind of crumbled underneath me. Im in the middle of packing my s**t up and getting the hell outta dodge. He took the desktop though so the only access i have to gaia is over my phone and i just cant write a good post on this tiny little thing. I tried a couple times and they were simply atrocious...Ill be back to a place where i can post soon though! Ive got a long trip back to Florida, when i get there ill write a post for you! I promise!))
