Roxanne blinked at Dayton's French. Although the redhead was of French decent, she knew only the simple things and thought 'we' was French. And most would be embarrassed to know that the girl had only known this because of the Rugrats movie. But that didn't bother the twenty year old in the least, the only thing she was thinking about at that moment was, 'What in this continent are they talking about?' She was curious; so curious in fact, that she decided to ask. "Now, now friendlies, what are you two croissants talkin' bout? 'Cause even if my last name is French, I'm about as French as those crunch crunch sticks at Mickey D's."
The girl's dialect was odd, she knew. By 'crunch crunch sticks', she was talking about fries, but often times people didn't understand what she was talking about. It took a bit of time to get used to the short female's way of speech, and sometimes even Nessie and Niko hadn't a clue what she was saying. She glanced towards the new group of people entering the bus and grinned welcomingly. She hadn't a clue where everyone was going to sleep, but figured they'd deal with that later. "Hola, que pasa?" She called their way, stretching out the words to make it sound more like, "oh-laah, kay poss-uhh?" And as she greeted them, her head wiggled to the left and tilted up at the end.

Dayton gripped his hand and gave it a polite shake and returned his hands to his sides. The Canadian's gaze drifted over to Jin, Hei's cousin. He had met her a few times previous to this encounter, but wasn't aware that she was coming. The boy figured that he simply must have not been paying attention properly. He gave a small wave to her in response, and replied, "Hello Miss Jin. And you are confused, I am guessing? Miss Hei and I are best friends, nothing more." He pointed out the status of their relationship politely. Although, when the boy mentioned it, somehow, he wanted to eat his words and take them back. He didn't know why, and figured it wasn't really all that important.
And as he was thinking of Hei, he suddenly realized that he was not hugging her anymore. Wiping his head around as he told Annie, "Nothing, Miss Roxanne. We are just making introductions.", he scanned the room for his friend. Seeing her with her friend, he sighed a breath of relief and turned back to view those in the front of the bus.
Do what you want,
But you're never gonna break me.
Sticks and stones are never gonna shake me.
No.
