Dayton hadn't a clue what his friend was saying. He wasn't one for more than two languages. A while ago, he tried to learn a bit of Korean to communicate with Hei in her native language but it ended in disaster. To cut the story short, the Canadian couldn't speak English let alone Korean without a French accent. So, with the Korean lessons gone to waste, he wouldn't know what she was talking about. Shrugging it off as nothing of importance, the boy nodded eagerly and responded, "Of course. Ladies first, Miss Hei." The boy gestured towards the bus, which had opened it's doors. A cheery redhead stuck her head out of the window and called, "C'mon slow pokes! The world isn't waiting on you, no matter how cute you are! Plus, Sammerz made us some grub." This was pleasing news to the boy, as he was already becoming hungry from the morning's activities. He laughed lightly and steered her gently near the bus. "Let us get going then."

"Oooh food!" Hei ran almost top speed toward the bus, jumped happily up the steps, and stopped when she smelled french toast. She closed her eyes and sniffed the air happily. "Ohh that smells so good!" She set her stuff down in an out-of-the-way spot on the first floor of the giant double-decker and walked slowly toward where the smell was coming from. When she stepped into the kitchen and saw Samson cooking, she hurried over to watch. "Woooow you're a really good cook by the smell of it!" Blinking, a synapse in her brain fired off. French toast.. French.. French people.. French friend.. Dayton... No.. DOMINIQUE! she thought, and dashed back out of the kitchen up to the front of the bus. She smiled at Roxanne. "Heyy Roxanne.. I just remembered that I have this amazing friend Dominique who wanted to come on the bus with us. He lives just a few blocks away. Think we can stop for him?" She smiled eagerly at the redhead.

Ian reached out on the bed, feeling sleepily for the male that was supposed to be there. Not feeling anybody there, the blond's eyes shot open. He pulled himself up, resting sideways on his elbow. His other hand made its way through the strands of blond hair. A yawn escaped his lips, and he looked around the bed. Sam was nowhere to be found. Ian was curious where the boy had run off to. He sat up completely, stretching his arms out as he did.

The smell of coffee filled his senses, and instantly Ian knew where Sam was. No surprise there, really. He slid his legs over the edge of the bed, and he climbed out of the bed. Briefly, his mind wondered where they were or what time it was. They had been traveling far too long, and it felt like the tour buses all over again. Only this time, he didn't have to play the minute he got off the bus. There was a tee shirt on the floor next to the bed. Ian scooped it up, not caring if it was his or Sam's, and tossed it over himself.

The blond made his way towards the kitchen area of the bus, where he found Sam making a cup of coffee and Nairi sitting at the table. He sneaked behind Sam, wrapping his arms around the boy's waist and resting his head on his shoulder. "Good morning, love. Why are you up so early? You usually never wake up before me."

A rather tall young man with black hair and quite a few piercings stood on the porch outside the apartment complex he lived in. A fully packed old suitcase sat beside him on the floor, the handle threatening to throw itself off the suitcase in a suicidal plunge onto the lawn. The boy's name was Dominique, and he was waiting for a double-decker bus that his friend Hei had told him about. She said she'd put a word in for him and see if they couldn't stop for him. Hei was an adorable girl, even though technically she wasn't a girl at all. Dominique loved her, but no more than a friend. She just wasn't really his type to date. Blowing a few strands of black hair out of his face, he looked down at the cell phone in one of his hands. Should he call her? Nah. "I just hope she shows up.. If she does not show up today, then I shall call her. There is no reason to annoy her." He sat down on the porch, settled himself, and waited.

Vanessa had been sleeping on the top section of the bus. She had been awake for hours. Why? She wasn't exactly sure. Something had woke her up. She was pretty sure a bird had hit the window to the bus or something like that. But once she was awake, she had found it impossible to go back to sleep. Her mind spent hours drifting subject to subject. Home, clothes, her brother, her sister, Ian, Nairi, music, dancing, the club they were going to for Sam's birthday, Nairi again. And now she found herself wide awake.

The girl tossed on a button up shirt over her underwear but left it unbuttoned and opened. She was simply going to go downstairs and get a drink. It was early, nobody would be up. Or so she thought.

Upon getting downstairs, her eyes fell upon three people who were definitely awake. "What the hell are you guys doing up?" she questioned, forgetting that both parts of her underwear were visible.

Roxanne had returned her head to the inside of the bus by the time the other female entered the driver's area. To Roxxie, the place where you stayed most was yours and usually named it after that person. For instance, the driver's seat and usually the passenger's seat was called Roxxie World by the redhead. And now, Hei was entering Roxxie World; it wasn't as if she had a problem with that, in fact, she was glad to have the newcomer visit her. Grinning widely, the girl replied, Welcome to Roxxie World, duckie! Home of the lovely driver of this bus, Roxanne.Take a seat, become my TomTom. The more the merrier. But Nickie might have to sleep on the floor."

The girl patted the seat next to her as she said this and pulled the lever to close the bus's door once the pair were inside. She switched gears from park to drive and looked up at Hei expectantly.

"Haha! Yay! Okay so we're on 14th street right? Head straight two blocks then take a left down Blackburn. He said he'd be sitting on the porch of the big red brick apartment complex." Hei took a seat and pointed out the windshield down the street. Blackburn Avenue was visible, the traffic not too heavy. A few cars went by across it. Hei kicked her feet and remembered to buckle the seat belt. She planted her hands on the edges of the seat and watched the scenery intently. She hoped Dominique remembered to be waiting on the porch this morning. If not, she'd just call him. Humming, she smiled over at Roxanne. She was so nice. It made Hei happy to have a nice person driving the bus.

The boy nearly spilled coffee on himself, surprised by Ian's sudden appearance. Swallowing his mouthful, he set his mug down and turned around to face the other male. "You seem to like sneaking up on me, Ai. Nairi tricked me-" At this remark, Samson averted his gaze from the dark eyes of his boyfriend and glared at Nairi. The Armenian just smiled a surprisingly pleasant grin, and shrugged with an "oops?". The twenty-two year old continued on, looking back at Ian, "- and said you were gone with all the coffee. I made food?"

He bent down a bit and pecked Ian on the lips before offering, "Want some?" He noticed Hei's entrance and mumbled a bashful thank you, and nodded his greetings to Dayton. More people that he hardly knew, more embarassed blushing moments. This wasn't something he was going to enjoy, but he'd make the best of it.

"Gone with all the coffee, hmm?" Ian replied sleepily, grabbing the mug of coffee and taking a small sip. Another yawn escaped his lips. He hadn't fully woken up just yet. He noticed quickly though that there were new people on the bus. He blinked a few times, trying to remember who else had been invited. He ran through the list of people in his mind, shaking his head. It didn't matter.

The male glanced down, observing his shirt. Cadii Camp. He tugged on it for a moment. It was slightly long on him, and Ian guessed this was due to the fact Sam was almost a foot taller than he was. "Heh, I have your shirt on I think. I don't know. I just grabbed one off the floor." The blond was still tired. He kissed Sam quickly on the lips and fell into the couch. "You guys like starting early, don't you?"

Looking away from the couple, Nairi was audience to Nessa's entrance. The boy didn't fail to note that not only was her underwear showing, but her bra as well. His eyes surveyed her body momentarily before snapping up to her face. He couldn't look there, it was too perverted for him to think about. However, the twenty one year old couldn't help but feel a bit of heat in the face, clearly he was turning a light pink. He pictured his ex-girlfriend and that immediately went away. The boy couldn't have Nessa thinking that he fancied her or thought of her at all. That was unacceptable in his mind. Of course, touching was too, so how normal could it really be?

He shrugged and merely offered, "I made Sammy here make me food. I get up early. And lovely ensemble, Ness. Really, you ought to get into the fashion business." He was being mean, he knew it. The dark haired boy wanted to be a bit cruel to Nessa, he didn't know why. He just didn't want her coming too close and discovering that he too had a mask.

Roxxie nodded and steered the bus down the street. A new addition was brought to the group when Dayton wandered into the front of the bus. He looked a bit lost, the redhead realized before quickly checking back on the road. Glancing back, she saw the boy's face immediately brighten as he laid eyes on Hei. The Canadian grinned and slipped his arms around Hei, saying happily, "There you are, Miss Hei! I did not see you come in here, and was a bit worried."

The twenty year old looked ahead smiling at the cute displays of affection. 'They'd be such a cute couple if they woke up and smelled the daisies. After all, they practically are a couple already. They're in l-o, l-o, l-o-v-e!' She hummed the song as she went down two blocks as she was instructed. The girl came to a group of apartment buildings and looked around, slowing the bus down as she did so. Spotting something that looked like a young male, she exclaimed pointing excitedly, "Is that him?" Swiping the loud speaker's handset up Roxanne hit the button and announced, "We have a new kid, loves. Now let's show a little r-e-s-p-e-c-t and all that jazz. Enjoy breakfast!" If they weren't awake already, they were now.

Hei smiled widely when Dayton put his arms around her. He was warm. Vaguely, she heard Roxanne humming as the bus pulled over. What song was that? She'd look it up later or something. In the mean time, her friend Dominique was sitting on the porch outside the apartment building. "Yeah, that's Dominique!" She waved madly through the windshield of the bus at her other friend.

Dominique looked up as he heard hydraulic brakes kick in. There was the double decker, with Hei waving madly from the windshield. Oh god, she wasn't driving was she? Upon closer inspection, she wasn't. Instead, a pretty redhead was driving. Dominique smiled and waved at Hei, leaning over to grab his suitcase by the good handle and standing up. Stumbling slightly - one of his feet had fallen asleep - he walked down the path to the sidewalk where the door stood open on the bus. Taking a deep breath, he walked on and spotted Hei's suitcase. He set his own nearby and walked to the front of the bus to greet Hei. There were other people that he didn't recognize, but he passed them by for now. "Hello Miss Hei. It has been a while since I have seen you. Thank you for having me come along with you and your friends on this trip. I appreciate it." He smiled pleasantly to Hei and the young man who was hugging her. Boyfriend? Possibly. Best friend? More than likely. He sighed and looked outside. There wasn't much elsewhere to look without seeming rude.

Sam shook his head fiercely. If it was something that he could give up in his life it'd be mornings. They just were not useful, no one did anything great in them anyways. However, he didn't exactly think that the blond was talking to him on that matter. The boy examined the shorter boy's tee shirt and nodded in affirmation, it was indeed his shirt. "Yeah, it's mine. I thought I cleaned up after myself though." He trailed off thinking about it.

Samson was a fairly neat person. He didn't like when things were disorderly and messy, and usually picked up after himself immediately. The Searle child had cleaned up after breakfast as he went. The boy sat down in a seat at the table, taking his coffee along with him. He pulled a plate over to him, and following suit, he buttered the pieces of bread. Pouring syrup onto them, he began to eat.

Dayton pulled away from his embrace with Hei and stood up straighter. He knew that accent, it was so familiar he couldn't stand not recalling exactly where it was from. His own accent was a bit different, but their speech patterns were so alike. Then, it hit him. Dominique was French. Even if the Peterson boy was not from the country, merely from a country that spoke the same language, he was fluent and much more comfortable speaking it. With his excitement he proclaimed in his native tongue, "Le plaisir est tout l'à moi ! Vous êtes-vous français, n'êtes-vous pas ? Je suis Dayton, il est gentil de vous rencontrer, Monsieur Dominique. Je suis un ami de Hei aussi bien."

He grinned crazily, just glad to speak his language. Although he was fluent in English as well, the boy liked speaking French more, it was as simple as that. Dayton just felt it sounded so much prettier and overall flowed much better.

Roxanne glanced between the two parties and giggled. She held out a hand and introduced herself, "Hey Nikki, the name's Roxanne. I'm the person that makes this bus go vroom. Nice to have you aboard." The redhead smiled and shrugged, shutting the door again.

Jin tossed her bags over her shoulder, frantically making sure she had not forgotten any possessions. The bus was already outside, and she knew she was late. It was peeve of hers to be late, so for the moment, she was a complete wreck.

"Sekkie, hurry up!" exclaimed the Korean to her roommate, before running outside. She hoped that Sekkie would remember to lock the door and set the alarm. After all, they were going to be gone a while. Her mind ran over everything they had to worry about for the summer. Mrs. Reynolds was to check on their apartment occasionally. All the utilities had been paid for the summer. She certainly didn't want to come home to find that their lights had been shut off or anything like that.

She ran towards the bus and knocked on the door, praying that Dominique or Hei answered. They were the only two on the bus that she was fully comfortable with. She reached up and twisted some of her pigtail around her hair nervously. As much as she loved meeting new people, first impressions were always nerve-wrecking. "Hello?" she exclaimed, just loud enough to be heard on the other side of the door, "Anybody home?"
