But in retrospect, he knew he could have just as nice of a summer with Sam only.

But the blond didn't want to appear rude, so he gave the new girl a polite smile and managed to give her a "Hello."

Then he redirected his attention to Samson, smiling at the boy. He thought about Sam's statement for a moment. The answer to it was simple.

Vanessa reached up and grabbed for Nairi's hand, pulling it away from her shoulder. A grin was pasted on her face, despite her trying to remain stone-faced. It was obvious that the boy enjoyed challenges. She made a mental note of this, deciding she would use it later.

"You cheated!"" exclaimed the girl, still clenching at Nairi's wrist, "You know what I do to cheaters? Her grin transformed into a sly smirk. The boy had definitely brought out her flirtatious side, which had disappeared for a while after the incident with Chad. But now, Chad was the last thing on her mind, and the old Vanessa Sanchez was back. Ready for a new adventure. She had certainly missed being able to mess with people. Of course, being a relationship hadn't been too bad. If only he hadn't cheated. But now there was new opportunities, a new boy and a new setting. Things were going to get interesting.

Cree giggled at the brunet. It was cute the way Sam was so shy. She ran to Sam, hugging him as tightly as she could. "SAMMMM! It's been too long." She squealed. "So who's this blondie? And you two are lovers? You and her are so cute." She looked toward the blonde and smiled once more. "Hello I'm Cree, incase Sam hasn't already told you." She extended her hand. "Sam and I were friends in highschool."

Ian stared up at the girl hugging Sam. It looked funny from his spot in Sam's lap. He also felt uncomfortable with her female parts so close to his face. Thankfully, she moved and extended her hand towards him. At least her breasts were no longer near his face. The blond sat up, shaking her hand just a bit too tight out of frustration.

"Let's get a few things straight right now, Miss. One, I'm a male. A male. Two, we're not lovers. He's my boyfriend. Lovers are more of a fling type thing, which I'd like to point out, we're not."

Ian felt angry to say the least. Who was this girl? If she was invited, why had it not been mentioned they were dating? Why didn't she know he was male? He let go of Cree's hand and laid back down in Sam's lap.

"But welcome to my road trip, nonetheless," he added, giving a fake, albeit real looking, smile.

Nairi's blue eyes were locked on the skinny hand that was on his wrist. She was touching him, and this wouldn't be much a problem had the boy liked physical contact. Because of his no-touching policy though, he took his other hand, and with two fingers, he removed her hand from his limb. The male pretended to be disappointed, and exclaimed, "Dammit! Foiled again!" He paused, turned to her, and got closer as if he had a secret just for her. "I don't like touching, Nessa, dear. So don't touch." He smiled sweetly and stood up straighter, remembering what had happened last time he got too close.

The twenty-one year old smirked, and shrugged. "No, I don't know. What do you do to cheaters? And I can't help it, I'm resourceful." Nairi stated playfully. This thing they had developing, it amused him. It wasn't serious, at least most times. After all, how many girls do you meet that ask you about your underwear?

Nessa hated the fact he didn't like physical contact. She hated it with a passion. Being physical was her way of flirting, and now the target of flirting didn't like being touched. That wouldn't do. No, Nessa had to find away to make him like it. After all, who didn't like her touch?

She rose from her spot on the couch and walked over towards Nairi. She positioned herself behind him and leaned up near his ear, bringing her voice to a whisper, "I do this." Her arms made their way around Nairi's neck, regardless of him not liking being touched, and she jumped up on him, making it so they both collapsed on the couch.

"But see, it's not fun with you,"she added, sliding off the boy and sitting next to his collapsed figure on the couch, her fingers snaking through his hair, "But one day, I'm going break your no touching policy. I promise you that."

Vanessa pulled her fingers away from his hair, folding her arms across her chest and smiling.

By now, the brunet was a dark red. He had not only been hugged by a girl he had barely knew anymore, and in high school wasn't that close with her to begin with, but his boyfriend was acting rudely to her. He bit his lip, his teeth scraping against his lower lip ring. Samson coughed quietly, and softly told her, "Y-yeah. H-have-haven't seen you since graduation. Y-your hair's different? Erm. Maybe not. And, uh, this is Ian. H-he's a boy. W-we're not exactly lovers. B-but we do go out." By this, he meant that they hadn't done the deed. Sam, although he loved Ian, didn't want Cree to be misinformed. It seemed too often brought up lately. "And Ian, this is Cree. Met her in high school."

The boy focused on his shirt, fully aware of his ever-deepening shade of red upon his face. 'Oh, what a lovely shirt. It's getting old though.' He thought, pretending that he wasn't completely awkward. For some reason, he felt as if Ian was very unhappy with him right now.

Nairi settled himself on the couch, sitting Indian-style and placed his chin in his hand. His face faced forward, but his eyes were on the female. The icey blue eyes were under raised eyebrows, yet he kept his comment to himself. He had been 'cured' by a few psychologists already, each not making any impact. The boy just didn't like to be touched. He found his skin crawling if he so much brushed hands with someone. This was the reason why the Dadian child very much doubted her success. But he couldn't help but think she wanted to touch him because she fancied him. But then, who didn't?

Aloud, he voiced, "Oh. I'd like to see that. You'll be the first to succeed, Ness." It would be true, though. Nairi thought it'd be easier to seduce someone if he could have contact with them without finding himself disgusted. But, he doubted she could do such a thing.

Cree let go of Sam, she was a bit flustered by being mistaken. "Yeah, I dyed my hair do you like it? I'm sorry, Ian was it? I thought you were a girl. It won't happen again. So you two aren't lovers? But Sam is your boyfriend. Ok, I understand. Well, congratulations to you both, I'll just leave ya'll alone now. It was nice seening you again Sam." Cree didn't want to interfere with their relationship, Sam was her friend, and she had already made a bad impression with Ian. She went to where she had laid her belongings, and pulled the ipod from her bag. She found herself listening to sad songs, but quickly changed to a song more upbeat.

Vanessa glanced over at the boy, giving a simple smile. She wondered why he was so afraid of people touching him. He was gorgeous. It wasn't like anybody would hurt him. She knew she wouldn't. It would be a challenge getting him to open up to her. She had realized this, but it was a challenge that was worth it. After all, they were going to be sharing a bus all summer. He would have to give in eventually, especially considering the sleeping conditions.

"I don't get why you don't like being touched, to be honest. It's not like people would hurt you, you know?" Vanessa wasn't sure why she had said it, but she knew she had meant it.

Nairi sighed, it was kind of pointless to explain. He didn't exactly know how to say it, at least not without giving his past away. And to do that, the Armenian mix would look vulnerable to the female. And due to his enormous amount of pride, the male would let himself do no such thing. So instead of exposing that sensitive side that some people might have found adorable, he stuck to his over confident, flirty ways. They were so much simpler, and plus, it was kind of natural. Although, the boy wanted her to realize that he wasn't scared, necessarily, he just wasn't used to the whole touchy-feely environment.

So instead, the twenty-one showed her the only way he could- by physically showing her. Nairi brought his hand over to her face and brushed it gently. As he did so, he explained, "I'm not afraid. I just feel disgusting whenever I touch someone." He pulled his hand away from her, wiped it against his shorts and folded them behind his head, leaning on the back of the couch.

Nessa frowned once his hand withdrew. She had enjoyed his touch, albeit, it didn't last very long. Of course, she liked being touched in general. Even more so than her friend, Ian who thrived on attention.

"Maybe you're not doing something right?"she suggested. It seemed like a stupid remark to make. However, she had a reason for saying it. Vanessa knew what she wanted to do, but she wasn't quite sure how to go about it.

Ian laid in Sam's laps until he was sure that Cree had left. He wouldn't say he didn't like her per say, they just weren't getting along that well just yet. She seemed to be too attached to Sam for his liking. That was their only problem. However, she realized now that Sam had a boyfriend, so the problem very well might pass on its own.

The blond sat up, reaching up and running his fingers through his hair. To his surprise, there were few tangles in it. He allowed it to fall back down, and he rested his head in hand. A small yawn escaped his lips. The effects of staying up all night for this trip were beginning to wear on him.

"Hey driver! Let's get this show on the road!"We have to be on the other side of the country as soon as possible. They had to be in New Jersey for Sam's birthday. Ian had already made the plans. It had been difficult to do without Sam knowing, but Ian hoped he had pulled it off.

Ian redirected his attention back to his boyfriend. He couldn't believe he had been with Sam for almost a year now. A part of him was shocked that Sam still put up with him. Ian knew himself pretty well. He knew how much he loved physical contact, but he also knew how uncomfortable that made Sam at times. His mind drifted back towards the pool incident with Malibu Slut Bucket Barbie. Sam had been about eighteen different shades of red that day, not to mention on a girl's hit list. Yet through all the embarrassing things Ian had put Sam through, unintentionally, Sam had stuck with him. Ian was thankful for that too. He loved Sam far too much to let him go like that.

"Hey Sam," The blond said, snaking his arms around Sam's neck and pulling himself closer to the boy, "I love you." He knew there weren't really any people paying attention him and Sam now, so he took this as a perfect opportunity to steal a kiss from the brunet.

Nairi hadn't the faintest idea what the girl meant by this. Nairi Dadian, a ladies man, a man's man for that matter, an overconfident, cocky boy, had done something wrong? He would not even consider this as an option. Although, the male did want to know what she meant by this. In response, he snorted indignantly and shook the hair out of his face and turned to face her properly. "And what," the Armenian mix questioned, "is your meaning behind this? Because right now, I don't see any faults in my technique." He removed his hands from behind his head and used them to adjust himself in the seat.
