Victor blinked, hearing her small responses to his observations. He felt himself being pulled back on top of her, but in a quick moment he was pushed off and standing, watcihng her toss cushions off of the couch. He then saw the couch become a bed, and Maxi rolling around on top of it. He soon joined her on the bed, one of his hands at her waist as he brought his lips to her. Pushing her gently down, he got on top of her, kissing her passionately once more.
Oh, how he loved her. Yes -- he could not believe that he had gone and saved the world without her by his side. Yes, it was a stupid, sappy thing to think about, but it was the truth. Victor was a good guy, no matter what people thought of him. And not just good as in the hero sense, but good as in a bit of a goody-two-shoes. But he was supposedly really good in bed. Supposedly.
When his 'friends' had done that to Maxi, he had been outside, helping a girl who had fallen off the little bridge that was over a bank, the bridge that led to the parking lot of the place. The girl had fallen over the rail, and he caught her before she fell all the way -- for being over a small bank, it was a rather tall bridge. He helped her to her feet, before he looked around, seeing Maxi, looking rather cold. He made sure the girl was all right before he ran over to Maxi, wearing his stylish tuxedo. "Maxi?" he asked, blinking as he stood in front of her. "What happened?" he asked, not knowing what his 'friends' had done to her.
