Story

The Rogers' family. Your typical American Family. Both parents went to the same high school, she was poor, shy, and unnoticed. He was rich and popular. Yet it was love at first sight. They dated for a while then got married around the time they graduated. They moved in together and soon had a set of twins.

That was 20 years ago. Through the years they had 6 children. two daughters, four boys. The two oldest being a girl and boy, the second oldest being the second daughter then the rest being sons. Somewhere along the 20 year marriage, the love started dieing. She was out all the time and he had a mistress. One day Mrs. Rogers found out about the mistress and soon filed for divorce. That was a few months ago. Mrs Rogers took the the youngest daughter, the oldest son and the youngest son and moved across town. Leaving Mr. Rogers with the oldest daughter and two middle sons. Now that their family is ripped down the middle, how will the children deal. And with the two oldest soon getting married, will they make the same mistakes that their parents made, or will they dance to the beat of their own drum.

Well my brother and I were born twenty years ago, and then a few years later our sister was born and then our three younger brothers came next, each a couple years apart. Anyways after awhile my parents’ marriage began to fail and then hit rock bottom. They divorced and my mother moved across town; I stayed with my father and two of my brothers, while my mother took my sister, twin and youngest brother. Most people would figure that since my parents’ marriage turned out bad that I would be afraid to get married, but I’m actually quite the opposite. I know that I love my fiancé and that I always will.

Syen was never the same after his mother and father splitting up, he was gone a lot working. People didn't ask why, they never cared much about it, but whenever they went on the search for him they always knew where to find him. At the auto shop working on a car. That was what he was always doing, but he stopped doing that as much when he got a girlfriend. He would spend a lot of time with her, and with time he needed to kill he was at the shop, trying to forget about the past, but on some nights you'll find him crying, because he was thinking about the past that happened, not knowing why his family split up, but soon that will not matter because he was making a family of his own with the girl that he loves.

I was born two years after my older brother and sister. I was rather close to them too. Then a year after my little brother came then three years later my other brother. One after that my youngest brother was born. I was always closer to my older siblings and my year younger brother. My parents then started having trouble. My mom decided to leave. When she left she took me, my older brother, and my youngest brother. I missed my other three siblings so bad. I never understood why I never got to see them. I now hide all my emotions about it. I never even talk about it now. When my mom and brothers talk about it I leave the room. It just hurts me way to much. When I met my boyfriend though I was a lot happier. He is one of the best things that have happen to me.

Life was pretty well before the Great Family Disaster. I was born with something of a bad case of asthma, and so I was constantly watched for attacks or whatever. Besides monthly trips to the hospital, I do pretty well. But still, being checked on is pretty annoying. Thank god, a year later then me, and our birthdays so close, my younger brother was born. He became my bestfriend, too, and we did everything together, including getting in trouble. So, I guess it hit me pretty hard when they split us, and I'm pretty quite now more then anything. I just don't get why they split us apart. But I still have some of my siblings, so, hell, I guess that's fine...But I do everything I can to stay in touch. I guess I'm not really the same anymore. I mostly stay to myself because I hate being babied, and I hate being around people for too long. I also might be...well, experiencing new feeling towards my same gender. But that's nothing I'm worrying about right now.

Born March 23rd in Scotland, to Mary-Ann McGrey and Leo Rogers. My parents got married shortly after my birth. My first ten years of my were hell. My father was an Alcoholic. Thankfully my mother got a backbone and eventually left him. We moved to America and lived with my rich grandparents. After that, life was awesome. I met my future wife, Lynnette, in high school. We got married and had six children. We were happy for a while, but then the love ran out. I made the mistake of having an affair and me and Lynn soon got divorced. I was born October 31st, on my favorite holiday. I live with my mom, while my dad lives a few states away. I met him for the first time when I was turning 7. Mom works a lot, being a dispatcher for the police and all, so I’m home alone a lot. I kinda like it actually, but it is nice having some people around. I’m a tomboy and have been known to act quite hyper and random sometimes. Many say I’m childish, but motherly and sometimes alittle too kind. I was born 20 years ago, the youngest of 5 children. I had a older sister and 3 brothers, one of them being my twin brother: Hayden Luke Mathew. I don't remember much of my time as the youngest child of the Webster house-hold, part of me is glad I don't. My father was drunk one New Years Eve when I was five and went on a murderous killing spree, killing my mother and my siblings. I was the only one to survive: my sister gave her life for me. I grew up the middle of three boys. We have two very loving parents who are still together. As far as we can tell on our dad's side, they've been mostly military men. Both my older brother and father are Air Force men, my younger brother who just graduated high school is going into the Navy to become a doctor. I'm the odd one. I went to school and become a full fledged police officer. I'm currently only a Sergeant, but I still go out all the time, and I'm actually training to be a Canine Patrol. I have a dog I'm working with now, but we're not allowed to bring them home. Thankfully my fiancée understands that I'm gone a bit more now for that training though..

Syen is sitting on the edge of the bed with Lee waiting on the test. They had been thinking for sometime that she could have been pregnant, but was not sure. So they were taking a test to find out if she was, because they finally found the time to do it together, after making things ready for the wedding that is in the following week. Syen was taking in light breaths, wanting to know if he was a father. It had been his dream to be a father, he longed in fact to hear the words daddy. At this point in time he was bouncing up and down on there bed waiting for the test. He didn't like waiting, he wished it would tell them the second, or five seconds after using the damn thing. A single bead of sweat rolled down the side of his face. Feeling the slight squeeze of Lee's hand he knew it was time. A smile grew on his face as he waited for her to move her finger to see the result.

Haylie was sitting on Syen's bed, waiting for the results of the pregnancy test. She had been jittery with nerves all morning, from waking up, to the drug store, and now, to Syen's room. But now the nerves were just about to kill her. She was sitting beside Syen, about ready to have a heart attack or something, waiting for the small screen to turn from a hour glass to words. A word actually. Haylie had a suspicion all along these past few weeks while planning her wedding. But the nerves were still killing her, along with the deafening silence. She could hear her heart beating rapidly. To have her suspicions confirmed, that would be her dream. To be a mother. To have a family. Then, through the silence, she heard the beep. The test was done. She held her breath. Her heart stopped. Haylie removed her finger to reveal one word: Pregnant.

Syen heard the beep and looked at her finger with such focus that you would have thought that he could see through them. Once her fingers were out of the way he seen the word, Pregnant. He was going to be a dad. Falling off the bed Syen quickly bounced back up and hugged her tightly, his dream had finally came true, he was going to be a father. " I love you....." Saying that as he let go of her and lifted up he shirt to show her belly. Kissing her belly he cried, he was not one to cry, but he was crying. " I love you too..."

Once Haylie could breath again, she started hyperventilating. She was going to be a mother. Haylie hugged Syen back as hard as she could. "I love you too." she said through the tears. Not tears of sadness, tears of joy. Haylie had become cold in her childhood. Syen was the one that had warmed her up, slowly, over the years of dating him. She rarely ever cried out of sadness, let alone happyness, and now she was crying along with Syen. She giggled as Syen kissed her belly. Haylie then wrapped her arms around him, her Teddy Bear, and kissed him.
