Twelve days ago Gavyn was hyped, no actually the better word for him would be ripped Gavyn was exceedingly happy with himself and his date for the night. Romeo and Juliette, Ballet style was a mega bonus score on his part! Meeli was absolutely in love with it, she even went as far as creeping her way back stage for some autographs, boy was she smart! Of course the evening for him anyways turned disastrous and not because he didn't want to be with her in exchange for Calista or any girl. Nope Gavyn was one hundred and fifty percent committed to Meeli Kecca, wanna see the effing promise ring on his finger? yeah the f-cker was still there and why? Well why ask? He loved Meeli and it took a few careless mistakes and a few uproars with Calista Cruz to realize this but there he was feeling up his girl and he was ashamed! And not because he didn't like it, dammit the way she breathed on his ear like that was an insane turn on. They were lucky the Limo stopped because if it hadn't by damn her clothes would have been off. But Gavyn wanted to take it slow, he promised Meeli he would, aftet the first time they dated and he royally f-cked that up he promised he wanted to go at her pace. What was odd was the entire time she kept telling him it was fine, that he shouldn't be sorry, well excuse me for being a little cautious! Man Meeli had no idea what Gavyn was capable of, no wait scratch that yes she did, she grew up with him so of course she did. The sexual part, uhmn not so much, but he would tone down for her, for her yes anything she wanted.

I mean come on he stopped the whole drug dealing thing, not like he was doing it or anything, well really if you wanna get technical he was not dealing. He was collecting money and beating the sh-t out of people that were in debt. In a sense he was a more brutal tax collector, in the time he had re-kindled his and Meeli's relationship he had gotten many calls asking for his services, sorry pals that service was closed for business. That was another promise he made to Meeli that he was not gonna break, wow was this guy just full of them or what? When the limo stopped hand and hand he and Meeli went to Dixie's diner, it was rather comical watching Meeli try and steal fries from him, since by now she should know that he bought fries specifically for her benefit. Gavyn really had no liking for them at all, but he consumed the burger that was ordered that was a for sure, I mean come on he was a growing teenage boy. Sue him for being greedy with the meat, once the dinner was over and they were ready to go Gavyn insisted he pay the bill. Once it was paid he escorted Meeli back to the Limo and from then on things just got a little more hot and heavy if you know what I mean. Oh yeah, they went from small idle conversation to completely smothering each other, Gavyn wasn't sure what Meeli did to provoke the animal in him but he seemed to be pushing the right buttons too because she was just as bad.

Before the two knew it the back seat windows were fogged, Gavyns hands were just about around her zipper lowering it, his other hand was slowly trailing up her leg hiking up her purple dress. Dammit! Meeli asked, well she really suggested they stop, Gavyn ignored the first time, when his fingers reached under her dress that's when he heard her the second time, she sounded a little more flustered that time. Or was it breathless he wasn't really paying attention, he should have though! Damn him and his effing male hormones! here poor Gavyn was having boy 'difficulties' and she wanted him to quit, that was like kicking him in the family jewels, literally! But he pulled his hands back and stopped, a low frustrated groan emitting from his throat. The next thing that followed was a slew of apologies, and no not the insincere kind. Gavyn really was sorry for not stopping the first time she asked him too. Would it be like this all the time when they messed around, what would happened if he ignored her all together, the emotion swelling inside him was caused from both of them, but being the gentlemen Gavyn was he was going to control himself.

When they reached her house they entered and everyone gave an expectant look, yes Meeli was fed, yes your daughter had a great time. Gavyn was inwardly frustrated and not at Meeli or any of her family in fact he pulled that grin over his lips letting everyone know things were alright when really he was immensely aggravated in certain area's. Yeah don't act like you don't know! Of course the evidence in question had recoiled thank god, how embarrassing would that be if he went inside the Kecca's household with a, well lets not act completely stupid! Annnyways. Gavyn followed Meeli upstairs to her bedroom, while she was inside the bathroom Gavyn sat down on the edge of her bed and took a few calm breaths and then loosened his tie, man was it getting incredibly hot in here or what. With a shrug and an exasperated sigh he took off his suit jacket and then set it on one of her chairs folded up nicely. He then moved across the room where he found a black duffel bag in the corner, hey old habits never die, ever since they were little kids Gavyn would always leave some sort of bag in Meeli's corner with fresh clothes.

I mean you never knew right? When he might come over, the same went for Meeli, she had a bag in his closet with some of her things for the same purpose. He chewed his lower lip and then carefully after closing the door of course he removed his date clothes and then changed into something appropriate for sleep. Once he was sure things were safe and Meeli was still in the bathroom he plopped on her bed ans started to flip through channels. Now that things had toned down it was easier to relax, well up until Meeli came in and they playfully fought over the remote, hands down Gavyn had this fight all he had to do was tickle her sides. Ohkay now don't take this the wrong way but this always happened when he stayed over, and just like before in came her father. Gavyn tried to contain his laughter behind his big hand as he nodded, Gavyn knew better than to piss off Nicolas so like a good boy he let Meeli cuddle up to him and then averted his eyes to the movie that was purchased. Well all until Meeli said she loved him, Gavyn leaned down hovering over her he moved his lips over her jaw which each gentle kiss he would murmur the same thing, once in Greek and then once in English for good measure.

xoxoxoxoxox at the coffee bar xoxoxoxoxox

Much to Gavyn's dismay he was at the Coffee bar, things were better between he and Cindre ever since they talked. He was in a way cautious about her being around Matthew but hey what was a guy to do. If Cindre liked the guy then fine, but he wasn't about to retrain himself if Cindre got her heart broken a second time, or worse if Matthew was anything like Alex so help him god be better run pretty dayum fast. But that was Gavyn for you he was protective to his family, and whether their dad effed up or not was not her fault. They both just had something in common, their dad was a looser. There he said it! The twelve days seemed to pass by slow, the entire time he was working his a-ss off, he needed time to think about what happened in the Limo, in his eyes he felt like he got way to close. Even if Meeli swore up and down that it was fine, all Gavyn could think about was Nicolas Kecca's words back in the study, yeah a fathers word about their only daughter was far more frightening than anything in the world. So for the sake of not getting attacked by Nicolas Kecca, Gavyn ran off the steam. Somehow in the midst of it all he had lost his cellphone and boy was Gavyn mad about that, when he finally found the stupid thing he had over 1oo missed calls, not to mention he had 86 missed text messages and 40 new voice mails.

Yeah he messed up big time when he lost his phone for virtually nine days, he had already called in a new phone when he found the damn thing. He felt bad an only because a lot of those phone calls were from Meeli! Oh shoot now she probably thought he was mad at her! that was not the case! Before he could do anything though he had to charge the little bast-rd so while it charged in the safety of his room he ran. This was something he was doing a lot lately, running. Man was the doctor gonna be miffed with him, well surprisingly his leg was fine without the crutches. He saw the doctor agaian and found that his leg weas in perfect working order. Thank god for good things huh? Now was for the hard part, things between he and his mother were getting harder, so much so that Gavyn flipped his mother off and packed up his stuff and moved on out of her house and into his jeep he was about ready to peel out of his driveway when he almost ran head long into Nicolas Kecca.

Gavyn grumbled some apologies just as Miss Craven came out yelling at Gavyn and calling him nasty names, she was drunk again which was his major concern, this wasn't the first time Nicolas Kecca had stepped in line and tried to control Gavyn's mother's rage. With Gavyn practically his son in a weird sort of way he stepped in and tried to calm things down. In the end Gavyn was coaxed into his jeep and was ordered to follow him to the Kecca residence. Reluctantly Gavyn followed, like before Gavyn assumed he would be taken in by the Kecca's for a few nights until things settled down with his mother. But Gavyn was surprised to find Mr and Mrs Kecca standing in the kitchen talking softly. The guest room on the top floor across from the boys room was one he always took when his mother got too bad, this time the Kecca's offered a permanent residence. At first Gavyn refused, thank heavens that Meeli wasn't there or she would side with her parents making it that much more difficult.

After an hour of a quiet sit down of rules and comforting the Kecca's greeted Gavyn into their home as a permanent guest rather than a visitor. As gratitude to there hospitality Gavyn did the first thing he thought proper, he got himself a part time job, and even though the Kecca's refused the money he handed some over anyways, telling them to set it aside for Meeli if they weren't going to accept it, thus the 'Meeli' jar started. As a further added adjustment he asked the Kecca's not to let Meeli know just yet he wanted to tell her himself, so for all Meeli knew he was visiting the Kecca's.

Needless to say his twelve days was not all that pretty, but back to the conversation at hand he and Cindre were laughing about something on his cellphone, the topic of Connor had been avoided and the topic on Alex was ignored. Cindre never had a chance to reply though since in walked Matthew. Gavyn looked up and smiled at the boy, no use in playing off like a jerk, so far Matthew had done alright in his book, he beat the hell outta Alex and he was slowly creeping back into Cindre's life. Well all he hoped for was Cindre was happy, that's all he could hope for. "Oh Hey Matthew...." he said. His tone was friendly and Cindre seemed to be smiling "Hey Cindre when you closing up maybe you can catch that play their hosting at the school...." he called out to her. Cindre waved her hand dismissively as she pulled up a chair and sat down crossing her legs. "Mhnn dunno what Imma do Gavyn....and my shift is supposed to end soon, Hey Matty...." Cindre said as she chewed on her lower lip in a cute sort of way.

Gavyn looked back from Matthew to Cindre and then shook his head shrugging "Well whatever Cindre but seriously Nationals are coming up for your Tennis thing did you ask for time off and stuff....did you decide who is tagging along with you, I won't have enough room where I'm staying...." Gavyn murmured just as a blond girl entered the coffee Bar. Cindre excused herself for a moment so she could talk to the girl, apparently Cindre was getting relieved, and just in time too Gavyn received a text from Meeli, his face lit up and he patted the table. "Welp Matt gotta run...you know you wouldn't be so bad off with someone at your side, It's not all that terrible......besides I learned the hard way the longer you wait the faster they go....call me later yeah" he said and then patted Matt on his shoulder and pointed to his phone indicating the reason behind his leaving.

Gavyn practically hopped into his jeep and then took off without even texting Meeli back, what was the point she was in Ballet class which meant she wasn't gonna read anything because she was busy. After a few short turns and five minutes into the heart of Colorado he was at the Ballet studio and up the stairs. He missed Meeli like crazy, plus he was excited about telling her the news. Once he got to the ballet room he paused in the doorway lowering his shades as he watched Kaius talking with Meeli, his lips pressed down at first and then he calmed himself down and leaned against the door jam. The dancing instructor looked up and then smiled "Ahh Mister Craven such a talented athlete should be more than willing to slip into tights and join us" some of the girls turned their attention and giggled softly blushing.

Meeli was the lucky one, some stared enviously at the blue eyes girl. Others batted eyelashes in hopes to gain Gavyn's attention, Gavyn removed his sunglasses and then shook his head laughing, the light reflected off the promise ring he still wore even now. Some of the girl looked put out, the other hopefuls still tried their luck "A talented Athlete yes but an envious one as well, I could never stand on my tip toes as gracefully as most of you ladies, though your beautiful blue eyed Kecca could possibly offer guidance in that department" he quipped with a smirk when Meeli turned and went scarlet at his words.

Kaius heard soft giggles and heard Madam Renee say Mister. Craven. Kaius groaned slightly and pressed his lips down hard as he had dreaded his corny ways of complimenting Meeli. Besides Meeli knowing he was in ballet, Gavyn knew. Kaius honestly didn't really have a huge fan club for Gavyn. 'Ugh..' Kaius turned around with Meeli and stared straight at the star athelete. Kaius breathed deeply and looked at Madam Renee. She knew exactly about his feelings about Gavyn.

His hands clenched into fists and his face serious. Kaius strongly disliked Gavyn and he was pretty positive Gavyn didn't like him either. In Kai's opinion he thought Gavyn was a slight egocentric jock who put on some sort of act for Meeli. Who knows. He just didn't like him. But Kai steered clear of him for Meeli's sake. He wanted to make Meeli happy since now he kind of saw her as a little sister. Kaius sat paitiently and placed a grape in his mouth. Atleast something was positive

CONNOR 」「 BARRETT

╚════════════════════════════╝

At around eight in the morning, the redhead carefully slipped out of bed, so that he wouldn't wake up Maddie as he left to fix themselves a breakfast. Goosebumps formed along his skin as his body was removed of the blanket that had been protecting him from the cold drift coming in through a crack in his window; he needed to fix that soon. Kneeling over Maddie, he pulled the blanket up to her chin before kissing her forehead, his hand smoothing her hair back. She shifted slightly in her sleep, her lips pulling back into a small smile; she looked adorable. Connor turned and on his way out of the room, he picked up the hot chocolate that had been left in his room over the night. As he moved down the stairwell, he was greeted by a hungry Sherbert at the very last step. "Good morning, princess. I'll have your food ready soon." He set the mug aside and looked through the pantry for a can of Friskies that he could heat up for her. Peeling back the cover and dumping the contents into Sherbert's cat bowl, it was placed in the microwave for several seconds as he went through the refridgerator for eggs. By the time he had the stove top heating up and an egg sizzling, the microwave went off. Opening the door, the aroma of hot cat food filled the room which certainly caught the attention of Sherbert. The cat began to meow even louder and pawed at her master's legs when he didn't set the bowl down right away. "I know, I know but it's too hot right now." He told her as he sprinkled a little salt and pepper onto the frying egg. After two minutes of allowing it to cool, he finally set the bowl down and chuckled as Sherbert practically pounced at it.

With Sherbert's meows now silenced as she ate her cat food, the only sound that could be heard was the sound of the oil popping and sizzling as the eggs over easy cooked. Moving away from the stove for a moment, he pulled out the toaster and began to toast several slices of bread that he would then butter and smear with strawberry jelly. The stove was turned off when all of the eggs were cooked and placed on the two plates set on the ktichen table. Connor then set the plate of toast at the center of the table as well as a pitcher of his grandmother's naturally squeezed orange juice and a bowl of strawberries and grapes. Milk was also set at the table in case Maddie didn't want to drink orange juice. Returning back upstairs, he quietly tip-toed into his room and gently sat besides sleeping beauty. "Psst, rise and shine, Madeliiine," He sung her name as she gently rubbed her back. When she did wake up, he greeted her with a bright smile and the usual light blush on his cheeks. "Care to have breakfast with me?" The breakfast he cooked wasn't what she usually ate. It was probably as fattening as it looked but he figured that maybe she was still the same sweet Maddie from last night. The carefree girl that wouldn't hesitate to take a bite into the jelly-smothered toast. He was right! The blond happily agreed to having breakfast with him and he waited patiently for her to get out of bed before leading her to the first floor of his apartment for a delicious meal.

A few hours later after having her by his side as they watched movies together and anything else that would keep her mind off of last night's events, she was finally ready to head back to her house. Her parents were home waiting for her and according to Connor's mother who had called earlier, they were worrying over their daughter. They got her clothes and put it inside an extra duffel bag he had in the back of his closet and set it inside his car. During the drive to her house, Connor explained to her an option she would always have. "If for whatever reason you don't feel safe or you need help call me or you're welcome to crash at my place. That punk won't find you there and even if he knew where I lived, he wouldn't be able to get to you." That was one of the perks of living in an apartmet complex. Everyone was always looking out for each other and whenever a suspicious person was walking around, someone would report it and alert the others in the complex. Pulling into the driveway of her house, he escorted her to her front door and there he gave her a long, comforting hug. "Stay safe, Maddie. I'd hate to see you get hurt." He murmured into her hair as he held her closely. Pulling back with a smile, he gently placed a spare key to his apartment into her hand and kissed her forehead good-bye before jogging back off to his car. Inside of his car, he watched as Maddie knocked on her front door and waited for someone to answer. He stayed behind a bit to make sure that it was her parents who answered and not the creep who attacked her. "Don't be ridiculous. The guy is in jail, he can't get to her." The front door swung open and it was Maddie's mother who answered; she was safe. Connor smiled and began to pull out from the driveway, looking at the rear-view mirror to catch one last glimpse of his Madeline.

                                                      _____________________________________________________________________________________________________12 d a y s later

The rough, bumpy relationship that once existed between Connor and Maddie for several years has been smoothed out after that traumatizing night Madeline had experienced. That day Maddie finally realized just how good Connor always treated her even when she was bitchy towards him. Because of this and many reasons more, she appreciated him now more than ever. Also, she doesn't see him as a lapdog, she sees him as her childhood best friend and a true friend, unlike the fake ones that followed her around because of her high status in school. He was the friend she could always confide in. As of late they have been spending more time together than ever before. They would hold sleepovers at each other's houses, go to the movies, the mall, and other activites they enjoy doing together. When they did hang out, Maddie reverted to the sweet young woman that she was deep down inside. He just wished she would always remain like that but after all, she was the Queen Bee. It made Connor really happy to know that Maddie wasn't using him anymore. At least not in ways that made him feel pathetic or worthless. He was the security blanket that made her feel safe, the rock that she leaned on, and most importantly he was the person who made her smile. These were the good ways a man could be used by a woman. There were other reasons but it depends on the kind of woman she is. For instance, Maddie didn't need Connor to open a can of soda for her after she has had her nails done. The girl was strong and could manage for herself. Another admirable trait.

                                                      To: Maddie
                                                      From: Connor
                                                      Hey there, sunshine!
My sister is coming home from college, remember?
Your welcomed to join us for dinner at my mom's place.
If not you can stop by for coffee at the Fluid Coffee Bar

Pressing the send button, Connor set his phone aside and proceeded to pull on his clothes. That's right! Today, his sister was coming home from college for the first time in three months; too long in Connor's opinion. Unlike most siblings who can't tolerate each other and are always at each other's throat, Connor and his sister were as tight as a professional bodybuilder's muscles. The doorbell rang as he finished his outfit with a little spray of his cologne along his chest. With a big smile on his face, he raced downstairs and instantly threw his arms around the redhead on the other side of the doorway. Adele hugged her younger brother tightly, smiling brightly. "Hey kiddo, long time no see." Adele was indeed older but Connor towered over the short girl by six inches. She was also very petite compared to her brother's larger build. Ironic how the younger child was the much larger one. They pulled away from the hug, Adele getting on her toes so that she could reach his head and ruffle his cinnamon-red hair. "You ready to bounce or what?" She asked him. "Oh yeah, just hold on a second." Connor raced back upstairs to retrieve his cell phone and returned back to the first floor, grabbing his jacket from the coat rack on his way out. The door was locked behind them and he followed his sister to her car. Once inside, they made their way to the Fluid Coffee Bar and discussed what has been happening in their lives. Jokes and teases tossed around in the conversation every now and then.

Adele and Connor arrived at the cafe with arms linked and heads tossed back as they laughed over an incident that had happened during the weeks she visited during the summer. They took a table near the windows, each seated across from each other. As Adele looked through the menu, Connor searched for someone to serve them. Then his eye fell on beauty herself; Cindre. Since when did she start working? Oh what did it matter. She looked so cute in her uniform! Something about the colors really brought her face to life more than usual. He waved her down and smiled brightly whenever she began to walk towards them with a smile. "H-Hey Cindre! I didn't know you worked here. You look adorable by the way." He added, Adele watching them with a sly smile on her face. Clearing her throat, Connor snapped out of his trance and smiled apoogetically to his sister. "Sorry about that. Cindre this is Adele, my older sister and Cindre is a good friend of mine." He introduced them to each other, watching as his sister shook hands with Cindre. "Hey Cindre, it's a pleasure to meet you. Are you almost on break? If so, have some coffee with us. If not, care to take our orders?" Adele asked with a grin, Connor chuckling and shaking his head; she was just as silly as he was. Maybe even more. Looking up at Cindre, a dorky smile broke out onto his face as well as a light blush. Was it possible for someone to grow prettier by the day?

Ever felt like you were being watched, better yet ever felt like you were being summoned to participate in a naughty game? Maybe it was a game of Chance, Cindre had avoided the question about Connor simply because it was in front of Matty what could she possibly say? Oh sure yeah Gavyn I am aware that I have invited two boys and I am unsure of who I really want to be there with me. Cindre was bitter for a moment as she pressed her lips down together, she had seen Madeline with Connor a lot during school, well so much for that then huh? She was clueless as to what she was going to do with herself. On one hand there Matty was looking sexy and he came! That was the main point that needed to be stressed he actually came. Usually he had some other things he was doing, was it because she was letting him breathe? Even if she stayed away for whatever reason her heart still slammed against her chest when she saw Matty sitting there in the flesh saying her name in that way that made her want him. Wow where the hell did that come from? She actually wanted Matty now. Before she had been trying her darnedest to escape him, well from they way she was with him back at his house so many many nights ago she was only confusing herself. Cindre chewed at her lower lip as she waited for Matty to say something else to her, she wanted to get that image out of her head. It was bad, really, she was pressing Matty against the wall. Damn her and her mind right now, she was thankfully relieved of embarrassment when Daisy walked in.

She was one of the new girls that her mother had hired on, she was more or less sixteen or something like that. She couldn't remember, all she knew was she had to train the girl to be less of a flaunt that was for sure. The girl had no regard for any male that was for sure, or maybe it was everyone in general. Daisy popped her gum obnoxiously as she came up to Cindre, her nose scrunched as arms were crossed. Man why was it every-time she dealt with this little twit she felt like she was playing the 'mommy' role. "Ugh Daisy I thought I asked you not to chew gum, not I need to show you where the--" Cindre was cut off what Daisy purposefully popped her gum and then giggled in an annoying sort of way when she spotted Matty sitting at the table. He was alone, Gavyn had exited the Coffee bar probably to meet up with Meeli, poor Matty. Daisy crept up to Matty and then sat down in Gavyn's spot and flashed Matty a grin "Here there Cutie you gonna stay here all night and keep me company?" Daisy asked and then smirked before popping her gum again. For some reason Cindre was seething when Daisy sat there getting herself comfortable. "Ugh Daisy you are at work which means stop flirting with the customers!" Cindre snapped as she moved forward.

Daisy lazily looked up at Cindre and then gave her a wink "Oooh I get it this is your boyfriend and you don't want me to have him is that it?? Man is that cruel or what Cindre you know you should not leave such a gorgeous man sitting here un-attended....he could get swept up" Daisy answered darkly as she leaned across the table towards Matty she was inches from his lips "Commere sugar you can have loads more fun with me than that prude....." Daisy said with a loud giggle and the she did the impossible, she kissed Matty square on the lips. Cindre's jaw dropped as Daisy pushed aside the table between her and Matty to get a better kiss out of him. It took her a moment to register what was actually happening, she felt herself move but she wasn't sure what she was gonna do, in every sense of the word Matty was hers she had him the longest.

There was no way she was going to let this little brat do anything to damage what she had semi-patched up with Matty, in one swoop Cidnre broke up Matty and Daisy and then she smacked the girl across the face hard. The giggles stopped and the girl was holding her cheek. "Let me stress one thing before I tell you to get the hell out of my store, girls that whore themselves around like that will be mothers far before they are finished with High-school, is that what you want? Matthew is way out of your league....now get out of here your fired....." she hissed as she pointed for the door. Daisy glared at Cindre and then started for the door, the apples of Cindre's cheeks were bright red because she was angry. She huffed softly and then tapped her foot "And Daisy do not forget to turn in your shirt...." Cindre said darkly.

Juts when Cindre thought that things were going to get better they got worse, Daisy stormed across the room and then grabbed Cindre's arm and spun her around and then took off her shirt and shoved it in Cindre's face. "You know for someone close to my age you sure do act like and old lady it's no wonder Matthew isn't with you right now, your probably too uptight to let him huh?? Oh wait....I know what it is your that girl that Alex messed with aren't you.....well jokes on you you probably weren't good even when forced, I'll be sure to let Alex know where you are....." she hissed and then shoved Cindre out of her way and ran out of the Coffee bar. The shirt Daisy was wearing went limp in Cindre's arms, something was building inside her again, kinda like that night when she almost cut off her hair. Cindre's lips parted and she felt her brows knit together, she could have sworn she felt someone's hand reach out and barely touch her hand, her breath hitched and she started to move towards the exit/entrance when the bells jingled and in came Connor and a very pretty red head, their arms were linked. Had she been in a better state of mind she would have noticed the resemblance's. "H-Hey Cindre! I didn't know you worked here. You look adorable by the way." Cindre froze in place she was unsure of how to react to that, something inside her wanted to take over her vocal cords and ask him where his precious Madeline was.

But rather than doing what she wanted to do she stood there oddly the shirt that should have been on Daisy was still clutched in her hand, why was Connor doing this? Why was he doing this now? "Connor I...." she stammered. Connor was looking at her she could feel his eyes on her, that fluttering beneath her chest started up again, she was blushing now because he was blushing "No Cindre don't let him trap you!" she thought as she fought the urge to bolt out of the place. "Sorry about that. Cindre this is Adele, my older sister and Cindre is a good friend of mine." Cindre nodded but she wasn't really listening something else was jolting her, someone was causing her to make her lips part a look of anguish in her features. Alex stepped into the Coffee Bar looking smug, Daisy was right behind him now in a black shirt and she was shaking her head laughing. "E-excuse me please Connor.....Adele..." she said softly as she let the shirt in her hand fall to the ground. "Well, well Cindre news travels fast.....I told you I was going to get you back...." Alex said slowly as he stepped further into the Coffee bar. How unfortunate for him that he failed to notice that Matthew was still in the room. Cindre didn't dare move, that threat that Matty had made was still valid.

Alex moved across the room and then grabbed Cindre by her hair and dragged her towards the exit, Matty heard Cindre cry out and instantly he was turned around, Alex smirked and then pulled out a knife and pressed it to Cindre's throat "Don't worry Matty Pratty just gonna loosen her up for you that's all...." Alex said laughing. Cindre raised her hands up defensively and then closed her eyes, a million things raced through her mind at that moment, some of which how she could escape from him. She felt the blade dig deeper into her neck and she flinched, she was not about to beg for him to stop. Nor was she going to cry, it would only cause her to become more tense, once again she blamed herself in all this. If she had just stayed home maybe she would not be in this predicament, if she had just avoided meeting up with Connor maybe she would be outside. But then she would be outside with Alex regardless, only difference was is she would be alone. Daisy giggled and then skipped over to Matty and blocked his path "Your gonna let my brother take care of her....kay.....want me to take care of you?" she asked as she bit her lip.

Running his tongue over his lower lip as he watched Gavyn leave him, he shook his head. He leaned into the chair, feeling the soft cushion against the chair. He looked around, he wasn’t sure what to say to Gavyn, mostly because the friendship between them was based on him being nice to Cindre. When Matt was being the nicer side to him, Gavyn wanted to be his friend. When he was being his flaw self…Gavyn didn’t want to know. You either liked the whole of Matt or you didn’t and everyone knew Gavyn didn’t. So, the awkwardness between them would of got worse if the other hadn’t left. Wait, had he said something to him? “Hey.” He said back to Gavyn and skilfully the male tried to give him a prep talk. Then he skilfully left, well it was a good job he actually spoke to the male. If he didn’t…it would have been all the more awkward. Wouldn’t it? He was told to call the other and Matthew had simply nodded. Wasn’t he good? He smirked slightly and looked around the coffee shop.

So, he finally ordered a hot chocolate…since he wasn’t all that much of a coffee drinker. He sipped it carefully as not to burn those lushness lips of his. He ran a hand through his hair and tilted his head to the side. He smiled at Cindre and looked back to his hot chocolate and looked into the cup for a moment. He looked up he had heard some of the conversation between Cindre and Gavyn before hand, apparently she had to decide who she was taking…what the hell did that mean? Did she no longer want him there? He shook his head, drama once again within Cindre’s company he was being roped into drama. When would it end? When would this stop being a bloody badly put together TV show and start slowing down? When was this gonna end?

The popping sound almost made Matt jumped, it was so close to his ears that he was pretty sure it made his eyes pop. He looked up, his eyes falling on the blonde as Cindre spoke to her and for once…Matt didn’t imagine the female naked. In fact, for a couple of days now…the girls he had seen had kept their clothes on…at least in his head. His eyes went to Cindre and her clothes…they didn’t stay on…it was like an on going sex movie in his head. He looked back to his hot chocolate…at least he couldn’t imagine that naked…huh? Soon enough the blonde was sat across from her, her voice was somewhat annoyingly cute. He looked up at her, his eyes meeting hers as he arched an eyebrow. “Erm…Hi.” He said in an awkward tone of voice. “Unfortnately…I…” He was cut off, as Cindre spoke to her. He looked up at her, smiling slightly a thankful look in his eyes. He heard the words between them and Daisy leaned closer Matthew leaned back…only he couldn’t lean back anymore. He was almost flat against the back of the chair. “Daisy I…” Once again…he was cut off. This was getting annoying!

This time however…he was cut off by Cindre. He was cut off with Daisy’s lips on his, within seconds he had his hand on her shoulder, pushing her off him. It wasn’t working, as the table moved she was climbing onto his lap, pressing herself against him more. Rubbing on his lap as he struggled to remove the clinging girl from him. He felt someone else pulling at Daisy as he was pushing. Anything to get the girl off! As she was unlashed from him, he wiped his lips harshly. He shook his head and straighten his top out. Was he that good looking? He stood up and looked at Cindre as he tilted his head slightly, he had no idea what to do with himself. She was a girl! He couldn’t exactly hit her!

He sighed and looked up as Daisy spoke…did she just say what she thought she said? Matthew frowned deeply as he stepped up towards Daisy. The look in his eyes was dangerous as he stepped up near Cindre. Before he could say anything, Daisy was gone, he looked down at Cindre and looked around as Conner came in. He sighed and walked back to the table, picking up his phone…moment after he picked it up…the door went again. Within moments Alex was within the store and things went WAY out of control. He was speaking and within moments Matt was back on his feet. He stepped towards her…but stopped as the knife came out of his pocket. Alex’s hand was still in Cindre’s hair as he held her, the knife was being pressed against her neck. Matt knew he couldn’t advance on him…in case he did it. He looked down at Daisy as she smiled at him, putting a hand on his chest as she whispered into his ears. Matt looked at her, eyes blazing as he looked at her.

He swallowed the rising lump in his throat, made his jaw line relax slightly. His body was tease and so as she touched his chest, she felt his muscles. She giggled and looked up at him, he took a step back. “Please Daisy, I wouldn’t touch you if you were naked on your knees and begging me to give it too you. You’re not my type and you’re his sister…so…unless you can somehow make yourself look like Cindre and be Cindre…I’d get out of my face!” He said…okay so maybe the male wasn’t good at keeping calm. All the while, his hand had rung the police…knowing they’d track the call. He looked at Cindre and looked around the coffee shop. Matthew looked at Alex. “You need to put the knife down Alex. You’re making this worse for yourself and you have placed yourself in a coffee shop with witness. Just let her go.” He said…a force calm in his voice as his body pulsed. He would of advantage on him but that would be stupid. Simply because he had a knife to Cindre’s neck, he looked at Cindre and into her eyes. Nothing in his eyes said fear, he was telling her to be calm. That he’d save her…one way or another.

As Daisy started to paddy Matt took the chance, as Alex’s attention was on Daisy for a moment and he was shouting at her to shut up. Matt moved slowly, within moments he was around the back of Alex. He moved Alex’s hand forward away from Cindre’s neck, without touching her he moved her forward and out of the way. He’s apologise for pushing her later. Matthew and Alex were fighting, the knife in his hands kept coming dangerously close to Matthew and each time…he pushed it away. Siren’s blazing and Matthew fighting…as usual Matthew wasn’t pushing. He was keeping the other’s knife away from him. There was no fist punching from either of them, just a battle Matthew was trying to keep the knife away from him and Alex wanted the knife to Matthew. It was dangerous and yet Matthew didn’t care. No one was hurting Cindre, the police came in and pulled Matthew off him. Within moments he was wrestled to the ground and hand cuffed.

Matthew got from his restraint and he went to Cindre, helping her to her feet. He held up close, hugging her and kissing her forehead. Matthew had a few cuts from the knife, nothing major just where the tip caught him. He didn’t care, he looked up and around the café. He looked at Conner and nodded slightly.

All if the ladies and all of the young men lined up along the balance rail that ran across the mirrored walls. Meeli gripped the rail with one hand and looked back, smiling to see Kaius taking his place behind here. Looking forward, she began to bring an over her head and to the side, stretching her side and arm. The same was repeated with the other arm and now they held their arms in front of them and stretched the triceps. Feeling Kaius tap her on the shoulder, she looked back at him and grinned to find a silly expression on his face. "Better be careful, you might get suck like that." She teased him, snorting a laugh. Kaius' face suddenly became very serious and her laughter was cut short. Hey, she was only kidding! "Kaius, I..." Following his gaze, her eyes met the soft brown ones of none other than Gavyn Craven. A bright smile lit up her face and she listened as Madame Renee attempted to flatter her way into having Gavyn join them. The other ballerina giggled as Gavyn graced them all with a flash of his charming smile. A bright blush appeared on Meeli's cheeks when he began to compliment her and she turned away shyly as he smirked, her lips playing into a small smile. "Go on ahead Meeli but quickly.
Nodding, she left her place at the balance beam and closed on the several feets between her and Gavyn. Her arm circled his neck and as he wrapped his arms around her, they kissed and the sound of many disappointed sighs filled the room. Meeli pulled away from the kiss with a breathless smile and looked into his eyes as she ran her fingers through his hair. "I missed you so much, Romeo." She looked at him from head to toe and grinned. "You are handsome as always. Practice should be over sometime soon, so wait for me. Okay?" With another loving kiss, she pulled away and returned to her spot in front of Kaius. "Yes and my offer is still up for the taking. Join us whenever you'd like." Renee said with a wink before instructing them to work their leg mucles.

Not only was Kaius bothered and jealous but there was also Cassandra or Cass for short. The blond watched through narrowed eyes as Meeli acted coy around Gavyn, spiteful thoughts running through her mind as the two embraced each other. "That little twerp thinks she's so great. She can't have a hot boyfriend AND be the called the "best" ballerina." Her jaws clenched and her grip on the rail tightened as Gavyn kissed Meeli back. Cass has been jealous of Meeli since the day the brunet enrolled in Madame Renee's classes when the were younger. The teacher always praised Meeli but never her, who has been attending Renee's classes long before Meeli even arrived. At first it upset her but as the years went by, that upset feeling turned into something ugly. And as if being great in ballet wasn't enough, she just had to go to the same school. Not only does she get an earful of Meeli praises during ballet but during school, too.Meeli is soooo great! Oh, look at how stunning she is! Meeli this, Meeli that! It made her sick! Cass quickly let go of the rail before the blood vessels in her hand burst, the palm of her hand a dark shade of red. The muscles of her face relaxed and she looked at Gavyn longily, subconciously biting down on her lower lip. Another reason why she couldn't stand Meeli was because of the fact that the brunet stole Gavyn away from her. Cass has had the biggest crush on Gavyn since middle school and even then, before Meeli was his girlfriend, she was jealous of her because Meeli was able to spend a lot of time with him. She was planning on asking him out but Calista Cruz would allow no such thing to happen and just when former Queen Bee was out of the way, Meeli stepped in. Next thing she knew, Gavyn and Meeli were madly in love with each other. "That should have been me...b***h." She spat silently, as she rested a leg on the rail.

Resting one leg against the balance rail, Meeli stretched forward to it and glanced at Gavyn's direction, blushing brightly to see him watching her with a smirk on his face. Looking away, she stretched that leg for another minute before switching out to the other leg. There were many other attractive young women in leotard but Gavyn stared at her and her only. She could practically feel his eyes tracing every inch of her body and to be honest, she liked it. Meeli liked knowing that Gavyn found her to be...irresistable was it? Putting her other leg down, she began to do very low squats. Everyone was then instructed to stretch any other part of their body that needed to be stretched. Meeli stepped away from the wall and bent backwards, feet still on the ground, and stretched her back for a moment before straightening her back. She then spread her legs by a few feet before reaching for the ground. When that stretch was finished, she approached Kaius with a bashful smile and he gave her a grin. They both sat across from each other on the floor, their feet touching. Kaius gently grabbed her by the hands and pulled her torso forward, towards him. Then after it was his turn. After five minutes of stretching, Madame Renee paired one girl with one boy. Guess who Meeli was paired with. "Alright, gentlemen. Give me thirty push-ups then we'll do some lifts. Ladies, give me twenty consecutive fouettes." All the boys dropped into positions and all of the girls moved across the other side of the room, closer to Gavyn. Of course, all of the girls were more than eager to take a chance at impressing Gavyn but their tries would be in vain for Meeli was the best. Turning on the iPod Home, they girls quickly got into position and immediately began to turn as the music began to blast.

With a delighted smile on her face, Meeli turned and as she did she was only able to catch a glimpse of Gavyn, but she could still tell that he was smiling. On their twentieth fouette, the music was paused and the girl's stopped. At the same time, the boys finished their push-ups. Meeli looked back at Gavyn, hair beginning to spill out from her messy bun and her bright blue eyes sparkling with joy. "Okay girls, triple fouette then run towards your partner. When you're lifted, pose." First up was Cass and Jordan, then after several other pairs went it was finally Kaius and Meeli's turn. Kaius waited at the opposite end of the room from where Meeli stood and they exchanged a bright smile as the music began to play. Meeli got onto pointe and drew in her leg, beginning her set of three fouettes. As she finished the third, she gracefully ran towards Kaius and leaped. His large hands took a good grip of her sides as she began to leap and fluidly they worked in sync. Now in the air, Meeli curved her arms gracefully above her head as he feet froze into a gorgeous formation. "Brava! You two work so well together! I'm glad that you two chose to perform together on this year's recital." Renee clapped her hands as she spoke and faked a proud sniffle before turning quickly to face the other students. "Okay! Now we go through who is doing what during recital so we know what to practice for next." As she went off to find her clipboard, everyone began to mingle. Meeli excused herself from Kaius and excitedly approached Gavyn. Taking a seat on his lap, she wrapped her arms around his neck and took notice of how he relunctantly held her close; he was still being cautious when it came to touching her. "How did I do, did you like it?" She asked him in a sweet voice, eager to hear his opinion. Certainly he wouldn't put her down and even if he did, he was lying. Her smile widened as she listened to his praises, which naturally, earned him a sweet kiss. "Thank you, Gavyn.." She murmured, trailing soft kisses along his jawline.

"Meeli?" Hearing her name called out, she pulled her lips away from Gavyn's cheek and turned around on his lap to face her teacher. "So you're performing La Esmeralda, Don Quixote Kitri Variation, and what else?" Madame Renee asked as she chewed at the end of her ink pen. "I'm also doing Desafio de Kitri. As fo my fourth performance, Kaius and I are still deciding on what to do." Her teacher arched a brow and pulled up a seat besides her and Gavyn. Yes, she did notice that the two were a little too close but the woman could care less. Just as long as her star pupil didn't get pregnant. Desafio de Kitri? You already have La Esmeralda which is a pretty fast and I do need longer performances from you." It was true. This year's recital wasn't based on a play unlike the years before. Instead they were taking pieces from numerous places and putting them all into one show. Some of these pieces were less than two minutes and the recital was an hour and a half long. "You're right. Okay I'll dance La Cigarette instead of Desafio de Kitri and Carnival de Venise rather than La Esmeralda...oh but I really wanted to do that one. To show..." Oh she was so close to giving SAB away! That would have been bad considering she already had one little issue to deal with. "To show that I am able to transform a dance into something greater." A smile appeared on Renee's face and she jotted something down on her clipboard. "We'll have it as an opening act considering that it's only a minute or so long." Now it was Meeli's turn to smile. The woman stood from her seat and proceeded to ask her other students the dances they were performing, so they could continue practice afterwards. Once she left, Meeli returned her attention to the flustered quaterback who's groin was currently being pressed against by her soft, round bottom. "After practice, we should go buy some hot chocolate and go to the park. I need to talk to you about something important, too." She murmured against his lips as her forehead was pressed against his, her fingers fiddling with the collar of his shirt.

As they were called back to practice, Meeli kissed Gavyn's cheek before joining the others. "All right, I have everyone's performances written down and seeing that we're all doing something different, we can't practice at the same time. Unless you can practice without music. So this is what we're going to do." Madame Renee went on about how they would come to practice like normally then she would assign certain days to certain people. One would practice upstairs and the other downstairs. As for those who can't practice, they had the choice to go home, stay and watch, or practice off to the side in silence and without music. Meeli nodded when the woman asked if everyone understood and she listened as they were assigned days. "Today it will be Meeli and Kaius practicing. Wherever you choose to practice is all on you two." Meeli glanced to Kaius and silently they knew who would be getting the floor they were currently on and that would be Meeli. Walking over to her duffel bag, she pulled out her iPod as well as a tamborine before walking over to where the iPod Home system sat. Plugging hers in, she scrolled through songs and asked Kaius to press play for her once she was ready. As he took his place besides the iPod Home, she walked out to the middle of the room and faced Gavyn with a smile; she didn't need the mirrors to see what she knew her body was doing. Everyone stood aside, anticipating for the magic and passion that Meeli exhibited as she danced.

With the tamborine in one hand, she got into position and nodded to Kaius, signaling that she was ready. As the music began to play, her body began to move with the melody and thus she's brought La Esmeralda to life. A smile of joy was on her face and her eyes sparkled; this was her passion. Though this wasn't what she wanted to perform. There were a few moves that she wanted to change up and enhance, to make her variation of it. She already knew what she was going to do but she was about to give it away just yet. Not until the night of the recital. Sliding to the floor, she posed and then stood up to give a curtsey as her peers clapped. "Brava! Meeli, brava! It seems that you already know the dance, good for you. Then there's no need for you to stay. Kaius, you can practice up here then and Cass, you practice downstairs. Meeli you can go off on your little date." Meeli was too busy kissing Gavyn to respond. The second she stood, Gavyn made his way over to her and gave her a body-wracking kiss. This was also another passion. Pulling away from the kiss with a soft smack, she looked up at him with a bright smile. "I love you Gavyn Craven." She whispered before embracing him. Again, there were those sighs again. "Sounds good to me but I'd like to watch Kaius dance before I leave." Meeli gave Kaius a supportive thumb up and smiled sweetly to him. Her iPod was put back into her duffel bag and her ballet slippers as well, but she remained in her ballet clothes. Pulling on a pair of Converse and her jacket, she took a seat besides Gavyn as Kaius prepared for his dance. Meeli always enjoyed watching him dance since his style was so interesting and definately entertaining. His every move made her want to jump up and dance along with him which she would do pretty soon when they worked on their piece together. As his dance came to an end, she stood and began clapping. "Sick in the best of ways!" She laughed, running up to him and giving him a big hug. "I'll text you later once I know when we can practice our dance. For now, I have to bounce." Hugging him once more, she told everyone good-bye before following Gavyn out, hand in hand. "Now my handsome Romeo, care to buy us some hot chocolate?" She asked with a giggle. Today felt like it would be another one of those amazing days.

ooc: I godmodded, a lot Dx Hopefully nothing too major.

Those dark penetrating brown eyes instantly shut tight, she didn't want to see anything or hear anything, as the knife pressed against her throat all she could think about was how wrong this was panning out for her. Was she the tease is that why Alex had this un-wavering obsession with her, she wanted to know what it was that brought on Alex's obsession. Did she act this way around Matty? Was that why he was so uncomfortable sometimes, because like Alex she pushed herself on him in some ways? She opened her eyes when she heard Daisy and Alex going at it, the feel of his hand in her hair still made her whole body crawl, she hated this. She hated the way Alex breathed in her ear telling her it was the end, she hated the way he pulled her close against his body and inhaled the sweet scent of her perfume. She made a mental note never to where this perfume again. In fact what the hell! Lets just stop trying to be pretty all together huh? Why not, here she was in the coffee bar trying to be a normal teenager, she had a slight infatuation with Matty whom was across the room trying to calm her down with his eyes. Connor was in a seat across-ed from his sister Adele both with horrified expressions, both had their cellphones out.

                                  User Image

She felt her teeth press down on her lower lip, those dark penetrating brown eyes fell on Matty and Daisy, all behind dark full lashes. Daisy was trying to push herself onto Matty by saying she was gonna take care of Matty, her fingers reached out and she could of sworn she saw Connor try to reach out for her. “Please Daisy, I wouldn’t touch you if you were naked on your knees and begging me to give it too you. You’re not my type and you’re his sister…so…unless you can somehow make yourself look like Cindre and be Cindre…I’d get out of my face!” something stirred within her, was he saying that because he wanted Daisy to back off or did he mean it.

No no he had to be saying it to back her off, I mean this was Matty, he couldn't be all the sudden falling for her in the way she wanted him too, could he? Her face contorted into a pained expression, her fingers dropped at her sides "Ma--" she tried to say but Alex must of caught her stare because he pressed the blade harder causing her to choke back the rest of his name.

“You need to put the knife down Alex. You’re making this worse for yourself and you have placed yourself in a coffee shop with witness. Just let her go." Alex laughed at that one, she felt his whole body shake with his laughter. She was cringing back as she felt him smell her again. What the heck! She felt dirty all the sudden, she closed her eyes once again oblivious to what was happening next, all she knew was that in a matter of moments there was a nasty exchange of words and then she felt herself being pushed, the knife was away from her throat and she gasped as she fell down onto the tile, she turned just in time to see Matty and Alex in another tussle, the scrap of a chair caused her to jump, she was being gathered into someone's arms, she fought at first until she realized who it was. What was Connor saying? All she knew was she was on her knees and someone was touching her back, a scuffle was behind her, Connor pulled her across the room away from the dangerous scuffle. Meanwhile the sirens outside seemed to be getting closer, she turned away from Connor tears in her eyes as she called out to Matty, Connor merely held onto her for security purposes.

"Matty!" she cried out and then everything was a blur, the cops somehow came in and pulled the boys apart, for the moment she was allowing Connor to hold her, ease her. Her body was numb though, completely numb, the look in her eyes were blank filled with a a nothingness that was scary, could she not catch a break?! Nationals were coming up and here she was her body was starting to sink into that depression from before, she didn't even feel Matty when he lifted her from Connor and pulled her into a tight hug, his lips were on her forehead, his hands were slowly smoothing out her matted messy curls and in that moment she felt nothing, absolutely nothing. Her body was upright only because Matty was holding her steady, if he hadn't been holding her close her knee's would be buckling. "Miss.....miss are you going to be pressing charges? came a soft male voice. Cindre looked up from the crook of Matty's neck and then blinked, what did he say? She sniffled as she wiped the apples of her cheeks "I'm sorry what was that?" her voice was barely above a whisper. The officer repeated himself and Cindre nodded her head.

Time must of been on her side, it wasn't not but ten minutes after she had the conversation with the officer when her mother came into the Coffee bar looking hysterical, she was crying out in Italian, she ran to her daughter and then pried her away from Matty. Cindre was smothered in her mothers kisses, with each kiss something Italian was rattled off. All meaning the same thing. 'Are you okay' 'It's gonna be okay' Cindre just stood there unmoving as she was practically attacked by her mother. Once She was certain Cindre was alright she moved to Connor and Adele expressing her thanks and gratitude, that was in English of course, in a swirl she was kissing cheeks and then moving to Matty, his thanks was different, his was in Italian, not only was she expressing her thanks she was asking him to stay with Cindre for the night, she had to be in Atlanta by nine in the morning or she was going to blow her job. Cindre found herself moving towards the coffee machine. She paused behind the counter and then found herself sliding down against the wall behind it, her hands were covering her eyes, now the water works started.

She could hear some of the conversation between Matty and her mother, she turned and then gasped when she found a set of blue eyes staring back at her, it was Connor, he was crouched on the floor next to her looking sympathetic. Cindre blinked, the two of them just sat there exchanging looks at one another, Cindre scrunched her nose when he gave her a goofy expression. She was trying her hardest not to laugh at him, she looked up when she say Matty hoovering over Connor, Matty stretched out his hand and Cindre took it. He gathered her into his arms and then he did what her mother asked of him. The Coffee bar was closed down and Connor and Adele were given free drinks on the house. Once the Coffee bar was closed up and Cindre was taken to Matty's car everything started to slowly become a blur again. Matty actually had to pull over three times and comfort, either she was in hysterics or he was unable to get a response out of her. Even though it was severely against the law Cindre found herself resting her cheek against his leg as they drove on. Her knuckle was between her teeth, one of Matty's hands was slowly moving through her hair every now and again.

As they pulled up into her driveway Cindre slowly lifted from his lap and then pushed her hair behind her ears. Matty stopped the car and offered his assistance but she held her hand up shaking her head. She wanted to be a big girl, they moved quietly along her pathway to her front door Matty was close by. When they reached her front door Cindre fumbled with her purse trying to find her keys in the end her purse fell to the floor, Cindre sighed and then bent down to get it at the moment Matty bent down for the same thing, when they came up together Cindre gasped at the closeness between them. She swallowed looking un-comfortable, Matty seemed to shift a little too. Cindre slowly leaned forward awkwardly Matty made the same attempt but it was hesitant on both sides. Cindre laughed awkwardly "This is sad huh....I can't even kiss you.....and were not even trying..." Matty had this look in his eyes. She wasn't sure what his eyes were telling her but in that same moment those words he had told Daisy came back "......so…unless you can somehow make yourself look like Cindre and be Cindre…I’d get out of my face!” Cindre lightly took the strap to her purse, Matty was watching her quietly.

With a light tug she pulled at her purse, in the same motion she took a step forward and then lightly pressed her lips against his cheek. It started off with just his cheek, her lips lingering there for a few moments, then her lips were slowly moving down his along his jaw. Matty let go of her purse and so did she, it fell with a soft thump against the concrete "Wait..." she heard Matty say softly. She paused and then looked into his eyes and nodded knowing where this would lead too if she continued. But she wanted to be with Matty at that moment "I can't....not anymore" she whispered back and then kissed him full on the mouth. Somehow the two managed to get into her house and up the staircase and into her room when they reached her bed Cindre paused, her body was racked. She put a finger to his lips and then slipped away from him, Matty sounded breathless but he stood there, the look in his eyes were missed because she was in the bathroom.

She had to take a breath, a deep breath after all had she just kissed Matty again?! she swallowed the lump in her throat and then quietly changed out of her uniform into her bedtime clothes. She exited and then moved across the room back to Matty "Com-mere Matty" she whispered as she pulled him against her, she wrapped her arms around his neck and then just stood there hugging him. "Matty....." she whispered softly against his ear and then slowly dropped her arms from around his neck, she was looking into his eyes. Her eyes said it all, she took his hands and them placed them on her hips "Did you mean that.....did you mean what you said to Daisy?" she asked softly as she slowly moved her finger over the tops of his pants. "Matty I know you don't like when we talk about feelings but I think we needed to breath......and I just want you to know I appreciate what you do for me........but I can't tell you no anymore....." she said and then brought her lips to his again.

Her body relaxed as she continued to move her finger over the tops of his jeans, her heart was hammering the entire time. Like before twelve days ago in his bedroom her fingers were slowly slipping into his jeans, this time she pushed her hand further into his jeans. If there was ever a moment in which Cindre was breathless it was now, she was touching him in a way she hadn't in a while. She moved her lips from his and then pressed them to his neck "Matty p-put....put your hands on m-me...." she breathed into his neck as she pulled at his belt undoing it. Last time they were ever this intimate it always lead to Matty hesitantly touching her, in the end they initiated foreplay but this time Cindre's words were different. This time she was initiating it, her lips moved back up to his as she slid her free hand over his shirt bunching the fabric up, the other hand was still deep inside his jeans. She could feel his 'frustration' it was natural, he was a guy. What he chose to do was up to him, her breath hitched against his lips, at this point she would have either told him this was enough or she would tease him a little more. This time she grabbed his belt and jerked at it and then undid his button as she started to move backward towards her bed.

[OhOhSea: Sorry for the slight modding Iri but I assumed that was something Connor would do, as for Jess if there is anything that you think is too far let me know and I will fix it. When Cindre kissed him at her door, how they got to her room is up to you too, that way you have some things to write about. What he does is up to you, but it should be very clear what she is allowing. You have my permission to mod Cindre no matter what you chose to do]

Kaius smiled slightly as he watched Meeli go run off into Gavyn's arms. She was happy, so he was happy. Kaius looked over at Cassandra. She seemed, tense? "Hey Cass..." He whispered. She whipped that death glare at him. Kaius gasped and turned away. "What no who said your name not me wow." He mumbled quickly and quietly. He noticed at the girls, still drooling over Gavyn. He shook his head in dissapproval. 'Girls are so, not smart." Kaius wiggled his nose. Uh oh. His crazy sneeze. Kai had those regular sneezes and then his crazy sneeze. He gasped. Cassandra turned around with some of the other dancers. He gasped again and sneezed making his head bump against the mirrior wall. A little boom echoed through the room. "Owie.." He groaned as some of the dancers laughed at him.

"Mr. Morse, Please try not to be the class clown," Kaius' head whipped to face Ms.Renee. "I'm sorry, I had to sneeze. He whispered quietly. "Well try not to sneeze, look at the light. Prevent that psycho sneeze of yours before you kill someone by accident with it!" Kaius chuckled and hated the words at Ms.Renee said after that. "Mr.Craven would try his best to not sneeze, so why dont you?" Kaius groaned and looked at Meeli, still showing her affection for Gavyn. He sighed and looked at Ms.Renee. He had so much respect for that lady it sickened him. "Ms.Rennee je promets, je vais faire de mon mieux pour ne pas être si bête." He said loud enough for Renee to hear. He whispered quietly to himself. "Mais je vous promets que je ne serai pas comme ce garçon Craven, toujours .." No one heard that..

Kaius' feet were against Meeli's and his hands held hers. As he slowly pulled Meeli towards him he turned and looked at Craven. 'Stupid ungrateful jock..' He thought but started to feel Meeli pulling him now. His eyes met hers for a split second, his eyes were filled with sadness and a hint of hatred. He knew that she knew that he didn't like Gavyn one bit. PUSH UP TIME!
Kaius rolled his shoulders back a little and got down in push up position. The blonde's smooth movements were easily recognized since the others had some trouble with it. He smiled and let some sweat drip from his face. The boy felt a foot on his back. "Heyy." He groaned and turned his head slightly to see Renee's other foot planted on the ground. "Come on Morse, you can lift more weight. Cant you?" Kai smiled and spoke proudly. "I suppose I can." "Good, I'm tired of standing." "Wait wh---" Madam Renee sat on his back. Kai groaned a little and began doing his push ups. "28, 29, 30.." He groaned and layed on the floor.

As he heard Renee's next instructions he shot up and ran to the back waiting in line for the others to finish. When Meeli began running, Kaius smiled and caught her. His hands were gently around her waist. He held her up for a bit and heard Renee complimenting them. He set her down and messed with her hair and watched her run off to Gavyn. Kaius sat on the ground and stretched out his arms. "You, Kaius." Kai's head looked up to find Madam Renee. "What are you doing for the show?" Kaius smiled and whispered quietly. "Well I managed to make some songs flow into each other smoothly so I can make one large routine then the two others will be choreographed by me." He saw the smile on Renee's face. "Good, we need some originality around here." Kai laughed and stood ashe heard Meeli's name called. He walked around and shortly after his little walk Renee called out the whole class. "Hm." He turned and saw Meeli. 'Go Meeli!" He thought happily in his head.

Kai sat near the iHome and held Meeli's iPod in his hand. As soon as he got the okay from her to press start, he did. He watched as her body moved fluently with the music. it made him smile brightly. As soon as she was finished he clapped loudly and reieved instruction from Ms.Renee. Kaius handed the iPod to Ms.Renee and got to the middle of the floor. He nodded and began his first routine He connected his moves to be smooth and clean. As soon as he was finished with his first dance another song came up. "Ms Renee!?' He called out to her. "Improv Kaius Impov!" Kaius paniced a little and looked at Meeli. "Uh." Kaius heard the song and groaned. He never even listened to it that much! he just danced. Once the song finally finished he breathed heavily. "Good job." Kaius laughed and recieved some pats on the back from friends. He smiled and heard Meeli's voice but someone else's voice caught his attention too. He turned his head and watched Cass walk down stairs. "He--" He was interupted by a hug from Meeli. He gasped and felt her small arms wrap around him. "Yeah, we can practice anytime you wanna. i don't do much." He laughed and hugged her back. "See ya. He smiled and looked at Renee. "Go home, you've worked too hard." Kaius nodded and thanked her.

His fingers lightly brushed over the new cuts, not once flinching as his finger tips touched the inside of his skin. He hadn’t minded for a second Conner being there, it was weird. He was almost glad the other had been there to comfort Cindre. Otherwise she would of put herself right back into danger, would she not? He hadn’t seen what happened between them, only knew when the sirens arrived. Everything was forced to a stop, Cindre had felt lifeless against his chest. If it wasn’t for her breathing and her soft sobs, he would have been sure of such. He had looked at her neck too, carefully and with those gentle giant hands he had seen the red marks. He had forced himself to stay there, stayed in the place he was. Made himself stand still and not go after him and kill the bas-tard. He felt someone pulling at him and for a moment, he hadn’t let her go. Hadn’t allowed her to go from the safety of his arms. He then clocked on to who it was, her mother. He slowly let her go and took a step back. His arm was grasp and he had to speak to a police officer. They took his details and phone number and told him to come down to the station to give a statement. If Cindre didn’t press charges, he would. He was in every right to do so. The male would go be hide bars! Even if he had to be the one to put him there!

His arm was being pulled again, her mother was now speaking to him. Rambling off in Italian sometimes too quickly for his mind to translate. He was trying, he was numb himself. He could have been killed and for what? Feeling he didn’t understand, feelings he wanted to flee from at every given moment? Matt was getting better, he was coming around. But he wasn’t sure he wanted to give up Wednesday. The girl interested him and she was so different from Cindre, he wasn’t sure why she did so. He looked up, finally it all clicking into place. He was being thanked, being asked to be the hero…for just a while. She needed him, or so her mother said. He had seen the other laugh at his words and Matt couldn’t help but smirk. In the mix of it all…Matt would be the one left laughing. When he was jailed for life and he was with Cindre. ‘Wait what?’ So, maybe he was getting a lot better? But how would he test when someone else came onto him? Someone he knew how they were in the sack? Time would tell, would it not? He hadn’t seen Wednesday in a while.

He had seen Alex over and over again smelling her neck and all he wanted her to do with slip from his grasp. He couldn’t remember feeling so helpless, feeling so lost, feeling like a child. He hated the feeling, hated it for a very strong reason. He had promised himself as a child, he would never feel like that again. Helpless. Alex had not been able to make him appear so. He saved her, good oh. Now what? Matt watched as she moved towards the wall, watched as Conner was right by her side. He smiled slightly and looked around, looking back down at his cuts. He sucked in his own feelings and issues, he caught himself up and walked over to Cindre and Conner. Outstretching a hand, he helped her to her feet. Held her for a moment and thanked Conner, smiling at true smile at the red headed male he lead her towards his car.

The male who asked Cindre if she’d like to press charges had of course got a dirty look, the rest was mostly a blur. Matt had concentrated on Cindre as well as his driving and had to stop on the way back to her numerous of times. In the end she ended up in his lap, he tried not to change the gears too much so her head wouldn’t keep moving. He pulled into her drive, and slowly got out. After she did, he offered help but she shot it down. This was why being a gentleman sucked, aha. He walked a step be hide to her door as she fumbled with her bag and dropped it, they both went down to pick it up. He stood back up, she was so close to him she could smell her. The perfume no longer held fond memories. She leaned in slightly and slowly so did her, he wanted to erase the memories of Alex and create their own. But the kisses were leading him on more and he knew the effect she had on his body, the fact his body lusted hers. It wanted her, needed her…would it still need her afterwards?

He muttered a wait, she broke him off. Oh she could kiss him, she was lying. Those small kisses lead to his lips, his body tensed. He wanted to pull her close, hold her close. Protect her like he knew he shouldn’t. The kiss had broke and her hand wrapped around his collar, pulling him into a walk she let him go, taking his hand they walked upstairs. He knew what was going on, knew he should stop it. But he couldn’t. How many times could he say no to her? He was kissing her, his kisses full of passion, his body wanting her. As her hand slipped into his lower region, he did nothing to stop her. The moans coming from his lips only egged her on, her lips against his was enough to soften them, at least slightly. As she moved her hand from his, his immediate reaction was to step back towards her. She moved to the bed, he followed shortly after. His hands wanting to feel her skin, her skin under his finger tips. His ‘frustration’ only fuelling the feeling of want, of lust…of pleasure. As she lay down on the bed slightly, he slipped next to her. He was near to her now, half over her half not, his kisses placed perfectly of her neck, places he knew that would get a reaction. Having sex was a hobby for him, a hobby he was good at. He couldn’t do that as a job, now could he? His fingers running down her neck as he did so, gently stroking her neck line and working its way down. Slowly it slipped under her shirt, his hands soft on her bare stomach as he continued to kiss her. Continued to work his magic on her as his body pulsed. Egged him to just go for it, but there was things he needed to do first. Sex wasn’t all about the males needs after all.

Then everything came to a stand still, his thoughts came rushing in all at once. His needs were lost as he pulled away from her, gently pulling down her top as he looked into her eyes. For a moment the look within them was uncertain but one thing was for sure. He wasn’t going to have her tonight. He took a deep breath and rolled on his bed, not at all embarrassed by the effect she had on him…downstairs. “It sounds stupid, but I can’t.” This wasn’t what a male usually said when he clearly could. He looked back at her and saw the questionable look. “I know you said you can’t wait any longer and I know I can’t either. But Cindre, you may want this now. May think this is what you need, but what if it isn’t. What if we go all the way and you regret it? For our first time, it sounds cheesy but I don’t want it to be after your life is held at knife point. After you have been throw so much. I want you to be able to feel like you did it for the right reasons. You may think you want this, but once it happens. I can’t take it back and I don’t want you to remember it like this.” He said.

Did she even understand? She could think she wanted him, could think her body wanted him. But was she ready for this? Was she ready for this level of intermisy? If she started again, he would continued. He wouldn’t stop, but he was giving her this choice. He was giving it to her now, whilst she had the chance to change her mind. “If you truly want me, then I want you and if you don’t…well I still want you…but I can wait.” He said with a small smile. “And Cindre…I meant it.” He was talking about what he said to Daisy. He meant it, he meant every word or he wouldn’t of said it…right?

[[Ooc: Hope this is okay, didn’t god mod that much actually. =D
                                          Cheesy Chadwick Matty there. =3
See! He does have a sweet side. Aha.
I decided to put it on hold, for obvious reasons. He cares and wants her to be doing this for the right reasons. =D]]

Still tired and stumbling on his words and nearly his own two feet from exhaustion, nonetheless Cam continued to push himself and work hard. After all he wanted to earn his paycheck by the end of the week, with a family to take care of who can afford sleep now’ a days? Certainly not this smart a**, who would love to do anything besides work. Damn the economy taking a major toll on his already poor family. As if they were barely able to get by before, now they really needed to get their act together. Seeing as how everyone ran off to go about their usual business, Cam focused on his job at hand. He hadn’t the time of day to go socializing with his fellow peers. Nor did he want to do such a thing in the first place. Friendship is to never be taken personal, and everything else went above that. Call him a b*****d, but the man truly is a hard worker with great ethics and logic that tower over most of his pleasures in life. The way his life went, was basically Emmi, school, Emmi, work, Emmi, family and the cycle went on in that fashion.

Another table taken care of and orders ready for serving. Looking at the clock his time at the diner almost seemed endless. Once again checking up on Cindre who seemed to be pouting away caused for him to shrug. Why had he even bothered to look in that direction in the first place. For growing up around each other the two were never all that close, if anything him and Gavyn have always been the close ones. From out of the corner of his eye Cam saw as Connor sat himself at Maddie‘s table. He couldn‘t help but chuckle to himself as he over heard their “flirting“. Oh gosh is Connor pathetic in that category. Walking past their table, he couldn‘t help but taunt the two love birds.
”Get a room.”

Snickering as he approached the table of his next customer, Cam cleared his throat adding a more overrated smile than the one before. The bags underneath his eyes from lack of sleep showing clearly for all to see. In a way the pale skin also added to the sketch look of his tired appearance. ”Oh my do you look tired young man. Don‘t you get enough sleep?” With a smile still on his face Cam replied to the elderly woman. ”Sleep? Psssh what‘s that? Unfortunately due to my schedule sleep doesn‘t exactly exist for me.” his tone sounding sarcastic and yet friendly enough for him to not sound like a complete smart-alecky b*****d. In the midst of completing his order Cam felt his phone go off. Waiting to finish and send the order then, Cam then searched through his phone. Smiling softly as he read the message to himself, he stashed his phone away to wait on another table. After the couple placed in their order, Cam went back to the kitchen to get the elderly woman‘s order and hand in. In the mean time while the couple‘s order is still off being cooked up, Cam typed out a message to Emmi.

To: Emmi
From: Cam

Oh really, shall I punch that b*****d in the face as well?

And don‘t call me a softie….because I‘m not. Damn it!
I‘m hardcore.
;]

Hitting send, Cam then went back to working. Looking at the clock, he then realized that he had another job to get to after this one. Letting out a deep sigh, he fetched the order of the impatient couple. Luckily he isn‘t that much of a b*****d, or that couple what of ended up scarfing down a loogie in their meal. If anything Cam couldn‘t stand impatient people, it made working a lot more difficult than it actually should be.

TIME SKIP!

The morning of Monday came and went. Cam found himself working away, tired once again. But when wasn‘t the male tired? He never did really get to sleep…ever. Except for about an hour or so. The pale complexion worsened, the dark circles underneath his eyes turned a shade darker than before. His over all stature appeared to be meek and sickly. While walking back and forth in circles going from table to table, Cam nearly fainted. After a sudden pause he shuddered and went back to waiting on tables. Just when he thought that he‘d be okay the sudden urge of fatigue overcame him yet again, and before he knew it his eyes grew heavy and suddenly his body hit the floor. Everything in his vision blurred, and his blinking grew less rapid each time, until his eyes finally shut. The last thing he could recall seeing were a few figures rushing over toward him as he hit the floor. After waking up moments later not knowing what time it is Cam found his mother by his side. Where had his sister and father been? Most likely at some kind of recital and the other at work. But Cam respected that. Glancing at his mother, he felt remorseful as if this was all some how his fault. She is after all missing work because of him, which would be something that his family could certainly not afford. Trying to sit up brought a sharp pain rushing to his head.
”Well I guess it‘s true, the bigger you are the harder you fall.” Trying to make light of the situation, Cam smiled sheepishly after his awkward attempt at a joke. His mother returned the smile, walking up to the bed and gripping his hand firmly as if he had suffered a near death experience. Leave it to mothers to worry their heads off.

”I tried calling Gavyn, Cindre, and Emmi to let them know that you‘re here.” Cam nearly laughed at her broken English, but then frowned as Emmi‘s name became brought into the conversation. ”Now why on earth would you do that? Ma it really wasn‘t a big deal, you didn‘t need to call her.” The look Cam got from his mother nearly broke the small heart that he had. When it came to his mother he is indeed the world‘s biggest softy. ”Well she is your friend and Gavyn and Cindre are family after all, so I thought it would be right to tell her. Don‘t you think they would want to know?” ”Yeah maybe if I was dying or something, but I‘m totally fine.” Trying to prove his mother wrong, Cam attempted to stand up from the bed. Just then a wave of dizziness came washing over again, and he nearly toppled over. ”See, see you are not fine! The doctors told me that it was from exhaustion. I want you to quit your job Cameron, because we both know that you can‘t handle having two of them. Plus with school….Cameron I‘m just doing what‘s best for you.” Lying back down on the bed, Cam let out a loud sigh. He really didn‘t like to argue with his mother, but he really couldn‘t afford ro quit working. ”Ma, you know I can‘t do that.” ”You are so stubborn. I am the adult and you are the child, I am your mother Cameron, and you will obey me.” As he looked into his mother‘s eyes, Cam could see that she is almost on the verge of tears. Her thick Italian accent and broken English grew even worse as she began choking on her words. The moment between them growing more awkward as time continued to pass. What is he supposed to do now? There is no way in hell that Cam could just quit both of his jobs like that. What would his family do if he wasn‘t bringing home the bacon? Sure both of his parents were working as well, but the money that each of them are earning is only enough to get by.

Emmi had had an eventful day that day, not to mention wasted food she was now annoyed at both Kyler and Mary Chris. She was getting good at losing her friends, wasn’t she? As she sat there in her kitchen, staring at the table full of food. Emmi did something rather girly…she threw a tantrum…not a throw yourself on the floor kicking and screaming tantrum like, she merely screamed and shook her head harshly. Stopping after receiving a monster of a headache, she sighed and put everything in the fridge that could be. She then threw the rest, walking up the stairs, she yanked at her clothes and stared at her wardrobe. Within twenty minutes she had created a look that said, ‘I’m the Fashion Queen and I look good in anything.’ It was a flawless outfit, completely and utterly flawless…well except the facial expression on her face. But the outfit itself…well yeah, it was pretty much perfect. It hung perfectly on her frame and made her look adorable in more ways than one, her eyes which were always full of passion had that dangerous hint of angrier. A look that was often displayed in her strong characters eyes.

She texted Keight and told her not to bother to come, the birthday girl hadn’t shown her face. What the hell was the point? For the rest of the day, Emmi did what she did best. She used her emotion for her art work, using a large variety of items and objects, she created master pieces, waited until they were dry and packed them off to sell. This was how Emmi made her money, money that came from sitting on her arse doing as she loved. Of course it was a lot more difficult than that, but all the same she put her heart and soul into each painting and was sometimes sad to see them go. Her paintings were her way of expressing herself, you could usually tell just by looking at one…how she was feeling when she painted it. The latest ones had a lot of red within them, it wasn’t rocket science. She was mad, simple huh?

After a lot of messy painting, Emmi cleaned out her art room, hanging new pictures and selling off old ones, she moved things around and reorganised her humble-a-bow. She took the boxed and packed painting down to the art show room she usually sold them too and sold them off. Without them even looking at them, it was good and rather depressing at the same time. They new her work was good and they got a large prophetic of her. As she walked out of the building she was stopped. A male in his twenty was in her way, his sunglasses on inside, like he was hiding the sun or something. Was he the only one that could see it or something? His teeth were so white, Emmi almost asked for his shades to protect her eyes from the shine. His skin was pretty much flawless except a scar that lead from the middle of his cheek to his lip…almost like the joker. She tilted her head, she almost looked younger in her current outfit. He seemed to be looking at her, only with the shades. She truly had no idea, she tried to step around him, he stopped her. Emmi frowned, the Em we all know and love came to tongue. Without thinking she spoke. “Either say what you want to say or bloody well move. Were you not brought up with mannors? Can you not see I want to go? Are you insane? Why the hell are you wearing glasses? Are they keeping your bloody eyes in your head or something? Get out of my way.” Emmi’s acid tongue never seemed to fail to get her into trouble. But something amusing happened…the male smiled. “Artists, you’re all full of attitude.” He said, the French accent rolled over his English. “We’re full of something.” Em said, once again causing the male to smile. “I mean you no harm Ms. Parker. I was just wondering if you’d paint a picture for me. Only it is my wife and I anniversary and she loves your painting. So much so, she believed you weren’t real that a computer were doing them. So, can I take your number and we can discuss it?” He asked. Emmi frowned…either he was serious or this was a bad chat up line.

Emmi’s eyes went down to his finger and then back to his eyes, sure enough the male was wearing a ring. Had been for some time too, his skin had grooved inwards where the ring was. Emmi’s artist eyes were good at spotting such things. Emmi nodded and gave the male her number, with promises he’d ring…he kissed both her cheeks. Rudely…Emmi wiped them all and nodded at him. Leaving the male to do whatever.

                                          Fast Forward

Days and paid paintings later, Emmi was up to her eyeballs in requests from this male. She barely had time to scratch her bum, let alone anything else. Her phone was on alert and she jumped every time it went off, jumped as her phone dragged her back into the real world. His friends were asking for painting through him, good paintings. The only type she did, sometimes £300pound at a time and all the while, sometimes it was simply a picture of a dog being enlarged. Hey, if you had money? Why not throw it Emmi’s way? They weren’t rich her family, they were comfortable, that simply went they could live through their life and get things they needed. The rest, Emmi would have to pay for herself. She looked up as her phone rung and she picked up. She frowned when she heard the voice, she knew who it was. She slowly nodded, found numb for a moment and jumped off the stool. Her outfit was made up of her and Cam’s clothes. She threw the fake glasses off her face, she had been pretending she was fly. She obviously wasn’t, she got up and grabbed her car keys. All the while speaking to his mother, she got into her car. Hung up and made the drive to the hospital.

Swearing at anyone within ear shot distance of herself, calling their driving when hers was the one that was in the wrong. She pulled into the hospital car park, paid for a ticket and walked into the hospital. Told the women his name, like she should of known it and walked towards the correct floor and room indicated. She opened the door slightly more and leaned on the doorway. She listened to his mother tell him to obey and smiled slightly, knowing he wouldn’t. “Listen to your mother Cammie.” She said and looked at him, the sunken eyes, the faded looking skin, the black circles under his eyelids. He looked tired, exhausted even. She moved into the room and smiled at his mother. “Thanks for the call, glad to know someone thought of letting me know what’s happening.” She said, a slight dig at Cam there. She looked at Cam and smirked slightly. “You still need to work on that little thing called communication, Cammie.” She said and flashed him a playful wink. Sitting down on the bed, not bothering to use the chair provided she looked around his room.

Emmi smelt of paint oil and her usual artistic paints and what have you, now were on her but the fumes usually stuck to her clothes. It wasn’t overbearing, quite weak. But just by the smell of her you could tell what she had been doing. Emmi would offer him money, he knew he wouldn’t take it but his mother…her eyes fell onto the women sat near to her son and then looked back at Cam, who was still lying next to her. This didn’t bother her in the slightest, his mother was use to seeing them sat close to each other. They were joined at the hips for most things and yet, they still didn’t make the other feel like they were suffocating. It was sweet in a…different way.

Listening as Cam‘s mother, Gina, began holding back her tears, he could still hear the sniffles coming out. ”Geez ma don‘t cry…” Said Cam giving off a slight tone of frustration. Don‘t get him wrong he loved and respected his mother. Besides Emmi she is his everything. But then there are those times when she is just being flat out unreasonable, and Cam felt that this time is happening right this very second. Running his fingers through his unkempt hair, he let out a soft sigh and tried to calm himself down. He really didn‘t feel like arguing with the woman who gave him life, besides Cam wouldn‘t listen to her anyways. The stubborn lad rarely listened to anyone when it came to him feeling strongly about something. His family desperately needed to make more money, with them being on the brink of losing their home he felt as though he had to do something. Something to keep them on their feet at least. Because of his pride he wouldn‘t dare go asking around for money. That just doesn‘t seem right, and Cam is in no shape or form a mooch or beggar. Ever since he first entered into the work force, which would be quite some time ago from now, Cam never once borrowed money. And he had always been a penny pincher. Occasionally he would splurge, but never really on himself.

The silence between them still hadn‘t changed, as the two stood staring in every direction except for one another. Cam refused to look his mother in the eye after she had been so stubborn and then went as far as to call people. Not that Emmi is just another person, gosh no she meant so much more. But just the thought of her seeing him cooped up in the hospital made him feel as though his pride had been yanked from underneath him. As his mother stood beside grasping his hand in hers, Cam awaited nervously for her arrival.
”I told the doctors to keep you here overnight, that way you would be forced to stay out of work and actually get some sleep.” After rolling his eyes, he felt the need to shake some sense into his mother. Typical for her to be so stubborn, this being the source of Cam‘s stubbornness. He couldn‘t help but pout like an upset child. He wasn‘t yet ready to call it quits. Even with all of the energy completely sucked out of him, he still felt the need to argue for his rights.

Until that is a certain someone by the name of Emmi Parker waltzed into the room. Right when she opened the door, he could smell the paint on her. Emmi always smelt of….art. Quickly averting his gaze away from her, Cam stared outside through the window. The sight being a rather pleasantly high view from his room. The joys of being on the fourth floor. Listening to her side with his mother, caused for Cam to slump downward in his bed in defeat. For some reason he found it harder and harder to say no to that girl.
”Well maybe I didn‘t wanna call anyone.” Said Cam in a very childish and irritated sounding tone. The next thing he knew, his mother sent a painful jab his way right into the ribcage yowza! Giving her son a glare that said, “cut it out or you‘re in deep trouble“ she then walked over toward Emmi with a welcoming smile on her face. As Emmi wedged her way over toward Cam, he wiggled away from her and continued to stare out the window. His face turning a faint shade of red. ”Don‘t worry about him, Cam‘s just….embarrassed.” whispered Gina into Emmi‘s ear. Before leaving she gave Emmi another hug, and Cam another glare then walked out of the room and down to the hospital‘s cafeteria.

The moment Gina left, Cam grabbed Emmi‘s hand without saying a single word or even looking at her. The window displaying the busy streets appeared to be a bit too hypnotic. Already the need to escape from the hospital overcame his thoughts. Ever since he was a child, Cam had always hated hospitals. Even still he carried that discomfort with him. The expression of unease being clearly visible on his tired face. Whenever he needed to take his usual visits to the hospital for those unwanted shots, the nurses would always have to use a straightjacket on him. Sometimes the staff would have to use their larger, more husky employees. Even now he always put up a fight. His mother practically had to lie to him whenever she needed to take him to his appointment. And Cam would have to go in her car, because if not then he would most likely drive off. Funny how he fell for it every time.

Maddie hadn’t experience caring in a long while, it seemed to her that the feeling of being protective was almost alien, it felt like a far fetch dream that was always just out of reach. Then there was Conner, a male who had the ability to make her feel safe, even whilst she slept. Maddie’s hair didn’t become like a bush in the morning, it had a natural wave to it and therefore most of the time, it looked like it did when she went to sleep. Taming it with a brush was always in order however, sometimes her hair got ambitious and attempted to make itself bigger than she wanted it. Nothing wrong with it, like…unless she needed to go out in public. Conner was her light in the dark, although she’d never admit it. Maddie hadn’t changed within herself all too much, she still prepared to be somewhat sheltered with her feelings. Unless she was sure you felt them back, she hated getting hurt. Most likely the reason she got on with Matt so well. Speaking of the handsome devil, where was he? The morning she woke up had been something out of a movie she was sure, breakfast ready, Conner morning fresh and looking as cute as ever. She had had her breakfast and allowed the male to take her home, kissing his cheek softly. She said her goodbyes to him and she knew, she simply knew. Things between them were going to change, change for the better. On his half more than hers really.

He was finally going to be treated as her equal again, finally going to be treated as a person and not a love struck puppy. He no longer followed her orders as she would no longer give them. She wouldn’t make him hold her books or open doors for her…mostly because he did this already. Over the period of the days in which are of being of question the bond between them grew. He spent nights at her, watching DVD’s and re-watching films of them when they were young. They laughed and cried…mostly through happiness or because they found something unbelievably funny. She found herself warming to him all over again, letting him into her world in a way that was different to their childhood friendship. He became her best friend again, her go-to guy and he wasn’t being used. She listened to him as much as he listened to her, they had decent conversations and all the while. She knew, she knew he liked Cindre too. She had seen the looks, seen when she lost his attention and the black haired beauty gained it. The green monster stayed away from her, she didn’t flip out. Merely stepped back and allowed him to do as he wished, he was once again his own person.

He was no longer her lap dog, he was once again a man in her eyes. She spent the rest of the days divided between Matt, James, Suki and Conner. She had fun with all of them, most of them had acknowledged the chance. She was nicer to them, not so much the rest of the school. But all the same, she was on the mend. And Josh? Well, his court case was coming up soon and she had to go to court. But she wasn’t worried, far from it. The emotional wreck we left you with had far gone, she was going to make him pay for what he did to her…what he could of done to her. She was too strong willed to back out, she hadn’t asked anyone to go with her. Hey, give the girl a break. She couldn’t change completely she had her flaws like everyone else. She hated asking for help, it caused her to feel sick. Imagine how she had felt that need, to openly admit to Conner she needed him. It wasn’t something you’d here often from the female, she was just that good. The school days flew by and the weekends went with a blink of the eyes, all too soon she found school coming back around and her still living through the week for the weekend. She wasn’t the only one that was changing, Matt was too. She was pretty sure they were losing him to feelings, what type of feelings it was unsure. One day he was sure of what he felt and the next? The male seemed back to step one, Maddie had noticed a lot of things lately. She noticed the name calling more and felt it hurting more, it seemed the more she opened up…the more things hurt.

But as usual Maddie had put an iron mask on with the rest of the world, thrown insults in their face made them feel two inches small, made them feel as if they were no better than a piece of dirt on the ground. Well, she was still Queen Bee after all and Maddie was human, she only knocked you, if you knocked her first. She stood her ground and put up a fight, she was much worse than Emmi, she wasn’t nearly as likeable. Shame really as she was easily as good looking. She looked up and around, time had come around again. Time felt like it was moving ever so slow, she waited for a sign of life outside her own. Then her phone buzzed, she smirked slightly and opened the message. Smiling at the sender, she pressed reply.

                                          To: Conner
                                          From: Mads
                                          Hey there hun. =D
                                          I remember.
Okay see you at the coffee shop. <3

With that she pressed send and continued to get herself organised, she grabbed her phone, keys and bag. Making sure her purse was inside, she smiled slightly and walked out of her house and towards her car. Slipping into the drivers seat, she pulled out of the driveway and got on her merry way. As her car edged closer to her destination…she knew something was wrong. No, this wasn’t because Maddie had super powers…it was simply because she saw the cop cars. She got out of her car and locked it, the window now fixed and her phone had had 35 unread messages and 104 miss calls. All from her friends, mother or Josh. They had stopped the phone calls about the same time Conner’s mum rung her mum. They hadn’t stayed home for long, after seeing there daughter was fine…they had simply left. Gone. She walked up towards the enterance and saw the back of Matt’s and Cindre’s heads. Matt was holding her in a protective manor and Cindre seemed shaken up. The cops were pulling a male from the shop, Maddie slipped past and looked around the coffee shop. Those blue eyes soft, very little make and her hair pulled away from her face. It was in a pony tail, she looked young…as young as she was. She had simple jeans and a top on, topped off with a hoodie type jacket. She looked relaxed, Maddie’s eyes feel on Conner and she arched an eyebrow. Without speaking…she asked him what had happened. Would he understand?

Matty's kisses were intoxicating, Cindre was feeling herself slowly sinking into the bed smothered by those kisses. She could feel her body responding, arching to his touch, he was hovered over her and she was ready for him, her fingers tangled in his hair as her hot pants hit his ear. And then just like that he pulled away, she gave him a puzzled expression as he rolled himself over, the effect she had on him was very clear. She closed her eyes and then but her lower lip, why was it every time she tried her shot at Matty he closed up on her, it was easy to abuse other women and give them what they wanted, but when it came to her. Sorry for her luck, his moans from her touch still rang in her ears, she was accustomed to those moans, craved them. Regardless of the situation she was ready to let him in, and here he was telling her that he could not when it was very obvious he could. Cindre sat herself up and then pulled her knees to her chest as she listened to Matty explain himself, did it ever occur to him that perhaps she wanted him because she wanted him. Alex had held her at knife point, so what. He had also raped her and all because she wanted to forget Matty, the problem was this love struck girl could not forget about Matty no matter how bad he was. No matter what girl he tangled in bed with she still loved him, she envied the girl that he messed around with, even if it was a day or so. Even if it was a few times, no one lasted more than two weeks, she was the only victorious one there.

Sometimes she wondered why he did, if he had stuck around with her longer then why did he shut her out. She didn't put up a fight, nor did she question him, but now, right this very moment she felt it all over again, the rejection. The goodbye, Cindre's lips parted in attempt to say something about the situation but really she could say nothing, absolutely nothing. Tears welled up in her eyes but she was smiling, yes the girl was smiling even through the tears. She shrugged off his explanation, nothing could be said in rebuttal, when the male was head strong on something why fight him, it only made the two of them fight. And right now she didn't want to fight. So with a deep breath she shook her head and then finally, finally after a long awkward silence she started to speak.

Though her voice sounded semi-cracked, it was still strong. "Matt I distanced myself for a reason, because I needed to heal.....in some twisted sort of way I understand what this all means but what you don't understand is even though you think I am not ready for this I am....this isn't just some cheap thrill for me to get closer, I was really ready to go all the way with you, really was ready to accept you with no regrets, if I had any I would have never even started" she turned away from him and then shrugged her shoulders before sliding off the bed. "I appreciate the support Matty but I think we have fooled each other long enough....." she said and then pressed her fingers to her lips as she moved across the room to her dresser, with her back to him she gripped the dresser and then tried to control her tears, but they slid down and she didn't care if he heard or came forward.

Was it every man or was it just Matty? But ti seemed like every one of them appeared helpless when a women cried. Perhaps it was anger men felt, when a women cried they were virtually helpless, and unsure. Tears were one thing a man could not fix, give him a broken plate or a busted radio, those tasks would be easy, but a women crying. This was the hardest job men would face to repair. So in retrospect she did not expect Matt to come forward with all the answers, she did not expect him to hold her and tell her he was sorry. She expected him to sit there on her bed clueless, and yet somewhat angry because he was helpless. But instead he started to talk, he was continuing his spiel, really now? He wanted her even if it meant waiting or even if it meant right this moment. Cindre closed her eyes and covered her mouth with her hand. Her body wanted to turn around and continue what she started, her heart ached wanting the same thing but there she stood gripping her dresser with one hand and her free hand placed over her mouth to keep from crying too loud. Her eyes were closed, it was a little while she stood there before the silence was finally broken, her cellphone was ringing, she dropped her hand from her mouth and then and then wiped away the tears that were in her eyes.

She straightened her clothes and then picked up her cellphone and pressed a finger to one ear so she could hear Cameron's mother sounding upset. Apparently Cameron had passed out and was now in the hospital a flood of panic seeped into her and she nodded muttering a response in Italian her accent was thick. Without even a second thought she set her cellphone down and then rifled through her dresser and then pulled out a pair of jeans. She set them along the dresser and then went to her closet for a hoodie. She moved across the room again and then slipped on the jeans over her underthings and then slipped on the hoodie and pulled her hair into a messy bun. "Matty I do want you more than anything, matter of fact I wish you hadn't of stopped the moment, I was ready even if you think I wasn't, I was ready to make that leap....now I don't have time to talk about this anymore Cameron is in the hospital, you can come with me or you can do what you want....." she said in a rush and then she slipped on her sunglasses and she was ready and dressed. She turned to Matty and then pushed her sunglasses to the top of her head as she raised an eyebrow. Matty said nothing instead he got up and followed her out of her room and down the stairs. Neither of them said a word as they exited her house, she locked her door and then she started down the drive to her car. Matty stopped her making her spin to face him, they seemed to look at each other for eternity before Cindre looked away. Something made her look back to Matty, his hands held her cheek, Cindre swallowed and then leaned forward and kissed him.

Of course like most moments between her and Matty the moment was spoiled when his cellphone went off, Cindre pulled back and Matty swore. Even if she didn't want to part ways she moved to her car leaving Matty looking down at his cellphone, Cameron could be cruel to her sometimes but right now he was family and someone should be there with him. Of course it was obvious Cindre should be home, she should be resting. She should already know Emmi was there, it was a natural thing for her to be there. Her hand went to her throat she closed ehr eyes and took a deep breath thankful that there was no bump, meaning there would be no scar. She pulled down the visor and examined her neck it was still red from Matty's lips all over it but nothing more, the knife Alex held on her would be forgotten sooner or later. She closed the visor and then moved forward so she could start her car, once it roared to life she looked up, was that a look of longing in Matty's eyes or was she fooling herself? His expression as he stood in the drive seemed off, even for him Cindre ignored it and then pulled out of the driveway and headed for the hospital.

Cindre was reluctant to move through the steril white walled institution, if there was one thing that she hated it was the hospital. The nurses in their white uniforms caused her discomfort, she hated the falsified smiles on their lips as they pushed along their patients or held tightly onto clip boards. The hospital always made her feel as if she were un-wanted, the thought of taking a red brush to the white walls made her smirk. She moved to the front counter and told the women behind it she wanted to see Cameron, his first and last name was given and she was directed through a set of double doors and instructed to take the elevator up and walk down the hall to the left. Cindre did all this in the elevator she pulled out her phone though and started a text to Matty, it took her maybe a few moments to think of the right thing to say without pissing him off. When she thought of something her fingers moved over the keyboard to her phone easily and then she sent it off, no regrets. Her next message was to Connor, she hardly got to say two words to the guy and he was there for her when Matty was fighting off Alex, there needed to be something said to him, when she was finished she sent that one off too.

                                  To: Matty
                                  From: Shorty
I just want you to know Matty that I meant what I said too, I was ready for you and I still am just right now I think my cousin needs me more. I don't know what you want out of me anymore Matty but I suppose in time you'll tell me huh?

                                  To: Mr Clumsy
                                  From: Water Victim
Hey there sorry about the Fluid being shut down, but that's not what I am texting you about if it isn't obvious. Well much wasn't said there when you came in but I would like to offer my thanks, even if I seemed un-wanting to your help I appreciate it non the less. I think that form of bravery deserves and explanation. But I cannot talk about Alex over text I wouldn't want anything to leak out, not to say you would gossip about it, but what would happen if you lost your phone. So I want to say thank you for what you did, and I appreciate your compliments I am just unsure as to what to do with them, I was saving myself for someone special but it's apparent he isn't interested, funny how the guys I want attention from push me away and the ones that I don't want attention from smother me. TMI I'm sorry....I just don't know what to do with myself anymore, but I wanted to text you and tell you thank you since I can't do that in person right now. But maybe I will I will soon, I hope to hear from you again Connor your a sweet boy. If you wanted to talk in person I am usually at the Tennis Court on Finch street, right now I have family matters to tend to but I will most likely be at the tennis court batting around tennis balls a little later.

She hit the send button for both texts and then she slipped her phone in her pocket which was now on vibrate. She exited off the elevator and then followed the nurses instructions to the 'T' and then headed for Cameron's room, she knocked and then leaned against the door jam watching Cameron and Emmi quietly. She knew her cousin was calm now, he had Emmi. Gina, Cameron's mother touched Cindre's shoulder and then she gave a little shove so that she was inside the room more. What could she possibly say to her cousin, he was not as close to her as Gavyn was. But she wanted to be here none the less, she was family even if he didn't want her here. But that was Cameron all together he hated most people so rather than saying a word since there was no need for any she took a seat on the chair closets to Emmi and Cameron and then quietly waited. Cameron was not a guy of many words, and right now, for once Cindre wasn't one for many words right now either, the genuine look of concern was plastered all over her face.
