c a l l a l y n n f e y ;; It had not been expected, especially because she was meditating, focusing on the single thought of breathing in and out evenly. But when it hit her, Calla was unable to stop it from happening. The face of a very handsome male appeared in the blackness, he had dark hair and dark eyes and they were filled with walls, it was only her ability that allowed her to see that he was truly a kind soul at heart and he was hiding a lot of his feelings and past from the people around him. At the moment he was smiling shyly about something, a light blush coloring his cheeks before his face dissolved in front of her eyes and she felt from her levitating position. Calla hit the ground a** first, her tailbone throbbing along with the migraine that was spreading through her skull. Who was that boy?... She wondered to herself, but then decided to drop the thought because it didn't seem like the vision meant anything. As she rubbed her a** gently, grateful that their had been a padded mat beneath her at the time, and suddenly she felt a warmth liquid roll from her nose down to her lips and chin. "Shoot!..." She mumbled as she placed her finger tips against the liquid and looked down at the blood smeared across her pale ivory fingers.

Calla stood up and hurried across the gravely stone of the cement roof top and down the cold dark stairwell towards the inside of the building. Behind her, she heard the heavy metal door seal itself against its frame with a loud ringing bang and everything became suddenly even darker. She pushed against the second door, thankful for the well lit hallway as she hit the down button on the elevator, and paced back and forth until the light ding signaled the arrival of the elevator cart. Calla hurried inside, and the button for 3 levels down, the floor of her room. Her nose was bleeding more efficiently now, because her movement and walking was increasing blood flow. It dripped past her cupped hand, and to the tiles floor of the elevator. Dammit!... She swore to herself, dreading the clean-up that this annoying nose bleed would cause. It happened almost every time she had a vision, no matter how short or intense. She had surprised herself by thinking that it would not happen this time, but she would never truly get used to having this special abilities. Especially her poison generation, she thought back to when she had last called upon the ability and had almost killed a friend and roomie. She had not used the ability since, she just stuck with her strength and hand to hand fighting skills that also came along with her superpower gifts.

When the elevator reached Calla's floor, she hurried out the metal doors and pushed into her room heading straight for the on suite bathroom where she grabbed a towel and pinched the bridge of her nose, willing it to stop bleeding. After about five minutes, the bleed stopped enough for her to clean herself up and strip off her now bloodied pajamas. She pulled on her chosen outfit for the day, a light pink tank top with jewels sewn to the chest, a pair of black leather short shorts, some bangled bracelets, feathered earrings and over sized rings. She slipped on her black cut out heels, and grabbed her favorite brown swede bag slipping it over her shoulders and heading for the door. She needed to get out of the building, it was such a nice day and she wanted to enjoy it. On the way out of her room, she dragged a towel with her, picking up dropped blood droplets and then heading for the elevator. While inside she cleaned up the blood on its floor before tossing the towel into the garbage on the main floor in the lobby. Calla was happy to notice one of her teammates lounging in the couches near the front entrance and glass windows. "Farah!..." She called out to the banshee, smiling and waving happily. "How has your morning been?..." She asked the girl as she leaned her still sore butt against one of the chairs arms, staying standing.

JAIDA RAE KENNEDY
Fire Element, Omni-Linguistic, Duplication, Speed and Power Sensing

══════════════════════════════════════════

It was easy to see the competitiveness between the two red heads. They'd only been around each other for little over a fortnight and within that time each and every team member had gone through so much but when it came down to it they were still the same people and some people just didn't get along. Jaida was taller and ever so slightly thinner than her counterpart but they both had the same fiery attitude that matched their hair and when vying for attention Jaida could see it was going to get a little messy.

"If you're not much of a drinker we'll be sure to get you pissed tonight" Jaida assured a devilish grin adorning her face now unaware of the lie behind his words. "Sometimes I wish I was a lightweight..." she mused "Would make nights out a hell of a lot cheaper" she continued rambling. She'd first found her love for parties and alcohol when she'd gone to spend time with family in England the previous year. She'd been warned of the drinking culture before she'd left but nothing had prepared her properly and with her cousins being the same age as her and legally allowed to drink over there, they'd rarely spent a night sober, since then Jaida wasn't ashamed to say she enjoyed a drink or two and dancing the night away had become a favourite past time of hers.

She watched as Kory made a point of introducing herself once again but including her real name along with her new villain name, hesitating for a minute she mulled this over. "I'm Jaida..." she said simply, she was sure there was a dig at her in Kory's comment but she ignored it, the girl was jealous. "And you're welcome..." she stated glaring in the red heads direction as she helped herself to the vodka without so much as a word. It took more than a glass of wine for alcohol to affect Jaida and she wasn't suggesting Kory was to know this but she felt a little insulted, although she chose to ignore it for the time being - a challenge at the party tonight sounded much more fun and embarrassing for the loser than confronting the girl with her suspicions now.

Instead she shuffled into the middle of the room, took the seat at the head of the table, facing the others where they stood closer to the door. Leaning the seat so that only its two back legs remained on the ground she balanced her boots on the table, an eyebrow raising as Kory hovered over to Oliver and draped herself over him. "And I thought I was pushing my luck...." she muttered rolling her own eyes.

"How do you have the audacity to roll your eyes at me...when you go and literally hang off of him and invite him back to your bedroom?" she demanded making it clear she hadn't missed the girls annoyance at her own flirting and that she wasn't happy with what she was doing now. "Shame on you! - No wonder he doesn't like to leave his room" she cried placing her now empty wine glass on the table next to her feet, her gaze shifting to her lap. "At least I was playful..." she muttered a chuckle escaping her lips as her own thoughts entertained her "You just appear desperate" she finished her expression returning to a slightly bored one as she placed her hands behind her head, waiting for the onslaught of insults she was sure was coming her way. It was safe to say Jaida wasn't one for mincing her words, this being a prime example of that. She hadn't outright called Kory a slut but she might as well have.

xxxxxChester smirked at Jadia with a wink. He knew he was a gentlemen but who was in this building? Well, maybe the innocent boy he now teased. He chuckled at Jadia's comment about switching places. "Just let me get everything out." he said with a smile. Chester smiled at Oliver's comment about being a pleasure to meet. He was sure it was a lie but a very flattering lie at that. "More for me." he teased to Oliver taking a sip of wine. "I was online and this jewelry shop had this necklace to die for!" he said mocking a gay voice. Chester was bisexual but loved to joke in a gay voice. He was starting to really love the idea of the party. He wanted to meet all members and be the most loved member of all. It wouldn't be hard. He had a charisma that could drown people in admiration. He chuckled when Oliver said the party was a great idea. "Oh, sure, like a hermit like you is coming." he teased. It was true and barely a insult. Chester knew that if anything, the boy didn't want to be in this kitchen with them, not to say a party with six more like them!

xxxxxChester glared at Kory. "Mhm." he said. Drooling? Hardly! He wasn't some stupid dog! If anything, he was purring. He watched as the girl seductively hugged him from behind. "And is back humping this poor child part of your get to know process?" he asked with a cunning smile. And she was saying they were the flirts? At least Chester didn't put his boobs on the boys back and ask to go upstairs with her. He listened to Jadia's little rant and insults to Kory. He smirked at her comment. But this needed to stop. Quickly, Chester turned into a lion, front paws on the counter, and roared loudly. Then back to the normal Chester. "Now come one," he began. "We shouldn't fight over a boy who wants to get the hell away from all of us." he said loud enough for all to here. "He isn't here to flirt, probably just breakfast." he said looking over at Oliver.

xxxxxChester grabbed Kory from behind and pulled her off the boy. "Now, let him be." he said. "And I apologize, Oliver, for scaring you." he said looking from Kory to Jadia. He let go of Kory and grabbed his wine. "This was getting boring anyway." he huffed and downed the rest of the drink. "If you need me, I'll be robbing a jewelry shop." he said. "You coming?" he asked the group with his hand on his hip. They were all angry and they needed to take it out on something that wasn't them. There was a perfectly good city and her citizens they could do this on.

▹Did the term super-hearing actually mean deaf? No. Kory stayed quiet as every bitter and childish word slipped from Jadia's mouth and into the air. Was this girl really that much of a b**ch like Kory? The thought sparked a small devious smile. Kory felt Chester pull her off and turned to face Jadia, she could see the annoyance and anger already bubbled up on the red head's face and it brought some sick satisfaction to her. Even when she called her desperate it was thrilling to know she got under the girl's skin so easily. "My bedroom?" She questioned, raising a delicate eyebrow. The girls shook her head and laughed lightly at Jadia's insiuation. "If you even knew anything but how to suck down booze and slip off your pants, you'd know that the bedrooms -our living quaters or at least mine-. Are on this floor." She admitted, before letting her elbow rest on a imagiative counter as she floated.

"But those buddies that supply all of our stuff and furniture live upstairs. Which is where I asked dear Oliver to accompany me." She explained glancing back at Oliver for one moment. "I'm kinda hurt Jadia...that'd you'd be so vicious to your own team mate. What happened to the 'get to know you' thing and all that?" She said mockingly towards the girl. Like she cared what this girl did. Kory then turned back to Jadia, hiding her anomasity for the girl behind a smile. "Shame on you!" She added, though she spoke in Jadia's voice, mimicking her when she cried out. . Gosh, it was hard being polite, even false politeness, when all her body screamed kick her a**. Kory became quiet and began to listen to Chester before giving a small sigh and nodding.

▹ Kory then moved back to her criss-cross position mid-air, her hands resting in her lap. She listened to Chester before giving a heavy sigh. "I. Just. Want. To. Go." She said moving towards him her feet touching the floor as she made her way to his side. "Can we hurry up and get out before any goons come to tell us to stay." She said, taking a moment to think about what that meant. "Wait...can we beat up the guards?" She asked herself, tapping her chin before ignoring the idea. Kory then turned to Oliver and gave a small shrug. "If you didn't wanna run an errand with me...I won't mind. It was just a second suggestion." She said simply, her face showing barely expression as she said this.

Dark Fire - or Kory, as she re-introduced herself, made some comment about meat and animals, which only served to reinforce his initial impression of Chester. His assertion that he would love to attend the party had apparently been convincing enough that Jaida believed it (or else, she just didn't care and determined he would be there whether he wanted to or not), for she promised high levels of inebriation for the poor boy that night. Chester, on the other hand, saw right through his comment, and Oliver couldn't exactly disagree with his title as a 'hermit'.

A hovering Kory had been looking in his general direction for some time now, but with those damned sunglasses, he had no idea whether or not she was looking at him or the refrigerator behind him. Still floating, she positioned herself against his back and slid both hands down his neck to rest on his chest like this was an ordinary thing. His back straightened sharply as a reflex when he felt her chest press lightly against it, but she maintained contact. Oliver felt his blush deepen, and he pressed his body against the counter to hide any... effects the redhead's touching might be having on his loins. He wasn't unaccustomed to being hit on by relative strangers from his years at high school, but there was never this much physical contact so suddenly, and he wasn't entirely sure what to do with himself. Now that he had been out for a year, his jobs stocking a warehouse and waiting tables didn't exactly leave much room for these kind of advances from his co-workers.

A pair of ruby-red lips were pressed against his ear, and Oliver desperately hoped Kory wasn't close enough to hear his heart beating frantically in his chest. Was she the one with excellent hearing, or was the Jaida? She asked him to help her get some things from 'upstairs', and try as he might, he couldn't quite remember what was up there. Logic suggested it was furniture and accessories for the rooms, but the way the girl was acting, it could very easily just be more empty rooms themselves. Oliver was turned to face the girl, her hands still draped around his neck, and he found himself regretting his lack of pants now more than he had when he first walked in. All he could really do was pray that those hidden eyes were staying glued to his face, and not roaming to the lower regions of his body. Chester mentioned something about Kory 'back-humping' him, and his embarrassment deepened further.

To top things off, the other redhead began chewing her out for her behavior, and Oliver wanted nothing more than to disappear into the floor. His eyes were plastered to his own bare, tan feet, and he reverted into an almost childish denial that the situation was even happening. Being the center of attention, even among only three people, was a major fear of his, and the fact that he was also the subject of the fight only added to his troubles. "No, it's okay, I really don't mind - it's fine," he said weakly, trying to diffuse the situation and calm the natural redhead down. He abhorred conflict, and felt a little guilty for being partially the cause of it, and just wished the fighting would stop.

Suddenly, Oliver saw something large and golden where Chester had been a moment ago and there was a loud roar - the kind that awoke some sort of primal fear in him - and he was floating a few feet of the air, Kory still attached to him. He remained floating a moment as his mind tried to make sense of everything that had just happened, for the gold beast - it had been a lion, he realized - was now Chester again and saying something about Oliver eating breakfast. The logical part of his brain forced the panicked, irrational part to remember that he'd been told turning into certain cats was part of Chester's abilities, and there was nothing to be afraid of. His feet touched the cool floor after a short descent, and he worked hard to return his quickened to normal.

Pulling Kory off of him, Chester said they shouldn't fight over a boy who probably didn't want to be around them right now, and Oliver gave him a half-apologetic, half-grateful smile. It's not that he didn't want the girl's contact with him, or thought these three teammates were insufferable - it was just a lot for a bashful boy who had spent three days completely alone to take in at once. Proving that those without naturally red hair could be just as fiery as those who were born with it, Kory unleashed her own volley of insults at Jaida, then explained to Oliver that those who supplied the home's furnishings lived upstairs.

"It's alright," he told Chester in response to his apology, offering a small smile. The charismatic Moon then began speaking of the heist, which was apparently going to take place alarmingly soon, and Oliver jumped on Kory's offer to run an errand upstairs before they committed a crime. "Yeah, of course - I would love to," he told her enthusiastically. "Just let me, er - let me throw on a pair of trousers real quick and I'll be set." Anything he could do to stall his involvement in the jewelry robbery the better. He wasn't sure if his teammates knew of his predicament with Lucy, but he thought it prudent to hide it from them for the time being. The less these people knew about his little sister's existence and Mr. M's leverage over him, the better. "It really has been nice meeting you two," he told Chester and Jaida earnestly as a way of excusing himself. "I'll help Kory with her furniture, then I'll, uh - I'll be back in a bit." With that, he hurried back to his room, grateful to be away from the commotion of the kitchen, changed into a simple pair of dark jeans, and emerged moments later.

▹As the boy began to talk, Kory let her eyes scan over the boy. She gave a small chuckle as he tried to hid the emotions of his trouser snake. Boys. She thought to herself. Her mind trailed off as Oliver spoke until he agreed to go with her. A rather victorious grin appeared on the girls face as Oliver agreed to her offer. Score one for Kory and zero for Jaida. She smiled and floated after Oliver pausing in the kitchen doorway. "We'll catch up as soon as I get my new alarm clock and another dresser." She said before shutting the door behind her. As she soared down the hall, Kory felt that sweet, savory feeling she got when she won a fight or robbed a place. Her smile widened as she came up to Oliver.

▸ The young red head followed after Oliver, her feet never touching the ground as they usually did, when they reached his room. She stayed patiently in the doorway, moving her sunglasses on top of her head as she watched him get dressed. "A heads up...with Jaida and Chester around. Pants might be the best option for you." She joked, giving a short chuckle which faded into a smile. Slowly, her feet once again met the ground and her shoulder rested against his door frame. The girl tucked a piece of ruby red hair behind her ear and looked the boy in the eyes.

▹ She began walking down the hall, her footsteps barely making a sound as she stepped. She turned her head to see Oliver, her eyes still forest green. Green was her regular eye color, even when she changed forms, or atleast changed parts of her, they usually stayed the same. Kory was able to move cheek bone structure, change hair color and length but not anything crazy dramatic like gender. Which came in handy when she went into town to flirt around and beat up thugs who looked for fights like she did. "So Oliver...Thanks for coming up here with me. These guys always get on my bad side and usually cause me to get a temper." She added nonchalantly, her strides never slowing down as hit the elevator.

▸ Kory pressed the up button and began to wait for the elevator to make its way to their floor. She gave a heavy sigh, always hating the slowness of everything. "I can't stand staying here...I miss my street life...but luxury is luxury." She commented, the remark so complacent that it was hard to tell if she was talking to herself or Oliver. Finally her head tilted up to the six foot tall hunk and her body floated up aswell to eye level. "Do you like it here, kid?" She asked, the last part rather ridiculous given his size and probable older age. Yet, Kory was mature for her age and rather aggressive too.

James walked along, alone. Of course, this was a feeling he didn't like. But the feeling was just setting in, so he was alright at the moment. He began singing softly to himself, hoping no one was around to hear him. He had very low confidence in his voice, but he enjoyed singing anyways. Few people had the chance to hear him though since he was very secretive about it.

Life as Nocturnal... He really liked this thought. Helping people was right up there with singing in his favorite pasttimes. He really hoped someone was out there. He smiled as he saw someone out in the distance. It looked a lot like Art. Grinning, he began running over to the building she was on.

He outstretched his arms, palms out, before pulling them back in quickly, sending the shadows of the nearby buildings rushing over to him. The shadows seemed to just leap to life as they lifted him up, sending him practically flying off his feet in a high jump, helping him to land lightly, and practically silently, on the rooftop.
"Sup, Art?" he greeted, right behind her.

PJ liked her a lot because she loved orchestra music, and the girl was very nice. Hitting the answer button, she put the phone to her ear. The gril began to boast about breaking her record. "Cool!" she said with a smile. Then the girl said she would need her healing powers. "On my way." he said hanging up. Penelope was the teams medic basically. But, a very strong medic.

xxxxxPutting away her book, slinging her bag over her shoulder, and hiding behind a building, Penelope toke off and looked for Art. Spotting the girl on a gravel rooftop, she quickly flew over to her. She landed and could see some blood. "Most of hit hard." she murmured and knelled down. She placed her hand over the large scrap on her knee and healed it in seconds. Then she healed the large scratch on the girls right arm and then the rest of the minor wounds. "All done." she said with a smile. Art had been trying to make wings a fly but wasn't progressing fast. Penelope could of caught her if they were together. She could flew without wings. She could go so high and fast without exhaustion! One time, she flew beside a plane! She use to be afraid of heights but now that she knew she couldn't fall, she loved them!

xxxxxPJ looked around the town. She was hovering off the ground by a few inches. She liked to hover, it made her feel like a ghost. She looked at Art. "Is anyone else up?" she questioned. She didn't really talk to the others. This wasn't because she didn't like the others, she was just really shy. She usually was gloomy and sad. Then she didn't feel like talking. But today felt like one of her good days!

xxxxxThen, out of nowhere, came a boy. He was a member of their group. He greeted Art. Penelope went quiet. She barely spoke to anyone but she usually never spoke to boys. She had been hurt badly by one and didn't want to be hurt again. The boy was Nocturnal, his real name was James. The boy had a lot of piercings and was very attractive. PJ would have piercings but it was too late. She feared that with their stronger skin, the needles wouldn't be able to penetrate her skin. She would of gotten them sooner but her parents didn't want her to. Penelope looked at the ground awkwardly and stayed quiet.

                                                    Rainbow Ramen Cookie

Oliver grinned at Kory's remark about keeping his pants on around the other two. He hadn't shut the door for his changing, because really he was just adding more clothes. "I'll keep that in mind," he told her good-naturedly, and noticed that she had taken her sunglasses off for the first time around him. His first thought went immediately to his safety - particularly in regards to her heat-vision, but she seemed to have no problem controlling it at the moment. He did note that, while he for some reason expected them to be bright red, they were in fact a pleasant green color.

"It's no problem at all," he told her happily as she thanked him for accompanying her. Even if he wasn't trying to stall the heist for a few minutes, he would have been more than happy to help out the girl. The tension from the events in the kitchen hadn't entirely dissipated, but they'd certainly lessened a great deal, which was fine by Oliver. He noticed that, while he was a tad on the heavy-footed side, Kory made practically as little noise as she would have if she'd been floating down the halls. He followed her to the elevator, which he'd only used on his first day here to access his room, and allowed her to press the button.

It was a spacious thing, large enough to fit the beds and couches and other things needed to furnish their bedrooms and other parts of the complex. She mentioned that she preferred the street life to the headquarters, but the remark was voiced in a way that almost made it seem like she was speaking to herself, so he said nothing. Then, as the elevator continued to rise, he watched Kory steadily ascend well over half a foot to make herself eye level with him. Despite the roominess of the elevator, he noticed they were standing (or hovering in the girl's case) fairly close to each other. She called him 'kid', and while it should have sounded weird coming from a girl who was probably a year younger and certainly much shorter than he, it didn't. Besides the fact that they were actually eye to eye at the moment, she also seemed much... older than him from her actions. While she was aggressive and bold and flirtatious, Oliver was almost childlike in his innocence and shyness around the others.

Even if she hadn't meant it to be that way, he found that maintaining eye contact with her was actually like staring into a laser - very intense. "I miss my home a lot too," he started, but stopped that train of thought before his words took him to Lucy, glossing the whole thing over with a rather vague answer. "I mean, I've been in my room a lot the past three days, but this seems like a nice enough place, and from what I've seen, you're certainly an interesting lot." Luckily for him, the speakers on the elevator emitted a neutral ding, notifying them they'd reached their destination. "Maybe sometime you can teach me how you hover so well, if - if you want," he threw in as they stepped out of the automatic doors. Two weeks in the lab had given the scientists some idea of what their abilities were, but left them no time to practice or expand. Since Oliver had been confined to his room the three days the others had most likely been practicing, he was still lacking a lot of the experience they had. He bench-pressed his bed two or three times a day, and could feel himself getting stronger from that, but now it wasn't really a workout anymore. He'd practiced hovering about his room, but found it to be similar to waling on a tightrope, and usually ended up falling - hard. There was nothing he could do to practice his ability to take away the pain of others (or inflict his own, if he desired), and as for his force fields, he usually just created invisible walls and tested their strength by assailing them with dirty laundry and toiletries.

The workers returned with a fresh alarm clock and dresser for Kory, and when they offered to cart the piece of furniture down for her, Oliver insisted on taking it himself. He lifted it off the wheeled boards like it weighed nothing, and to him, it did. Letting her handle the alarm clock, they stepped back into the elevator and began their descent to the others. Oliver was probably showing off his abilities a tiny bit by insisting he lift the dresser himself, but it also had a purpose. Any heavy object he could get his hands on would help increase - or at least maintain - his superhuman strength. He reasoned that if he didn't work it out with appropriate weights, it would grow rusty, just like any other muscle would.

While taking the last two sips of her drink, Farah closed her eyes and drifted off into her own world. Pictures of family popped into her head once again. She was annoyed. Farah shook her head as if the memories would just fall right out. When she opened her eyes again she saw Calla walk in and call her name, "How has your morning been?..." Farah smiled at her teammate. "Nothing special. I just woke up." She stood up and swung the bag around her shoulder. "What are you doing this morning?"

Farah yawned and stretched as she went down to tie up her boots. She planned on going out to reconnect with herself and go to the park but she knew that might be hard if she ever ran into one of the members from Crimson Moon. So instead she just oddly looked out the window and sat back down and looked up to face Calla. Farah looked like the type of person who would hate violence and would like world peace, but she knew that violence was the only way she could get out all of the stress she had and defend Blue Star. Of course she wanted world peace, but she knew it wasn't happening anytime soon.

JAIDA RAE KENNEDY
Fire Element, Omni-Linguistic, Duplication, Speed and Power Sensing

══════════════════════════════════════════

Jaida noticed the smirk on Chester's face at her comments but let it lie, her attention was still on the arrogant cow that stood before her . "You're so right!" she said to what she would assume was to the surprise of everyone else in the room "I'm far too busy drinking, dancing and having sex to know the complete layout of this building after the whole three days of us residing here, I clearly owe you an apology" she recited her voice and expression a little too happy and fake for it to be believable. "I'm sorry I have a life and you don't, truly I am..." she continued placing a hand on her heart sarcastically and looking sorry for the floating fanatic, finishing her monologue with a sickly sweet smile that quickly sunk into a glare. "You just had to walk into the room for me to know we weren't going to get along..." she retorted to the girls snide remark before putting her middle finger up to her as she mimicked her voice.

For someone who possessed enhanced speed as Jaida did she had been more than slow to see what was coming next. A lion appeared exactly where Chester had been standing only seconds before, slamming its massive paws on the table and in her attempt to shy away from it caused not only her feet to fall from the table they'd been resting on but for her to lose her balance on the chair and land on the floor with a rather large crash. "What was that for?" she asked on her feet in seconds, rubbing her head slowly where it had made impact with the floor, her glare now shifted to Chester although this didn't last long. Things happened quickly from there and before Jaida could get her comment in about Kory being short enough to sort Oliver's 'trouser snake' out for him if she'd stop hovering for five seconds...they had left the room, which left Jaida a little put out to say the least. "Damn you..." she muttered aiming another glare at her bisexual team mate.

Pushing her hair behind her shoulder she swiftly bypassed the table that stood between her and the kitchen door and charged after Chester, levelling with him as they walked down the corridor behind the others, her gaze on the tall frame that was Oliver once again. She wasn't quite used to having these powers yet, specially those that automatically happened, without her having to think about it. She possessed a couple of these types of abilities, one being able to understand any language and the other to sense others powers, both helpful in the correct situations of which this one was it seemed. "He can transfer pain?" she questioned as her own thoughts informed her. "Now that's a cool power..." she muttered more to herself than to Chester.

"So you think your funny do you?" she asked finally looking away as the two disappeared into the lift, shoving Chester gently on his shoulder. She more than regretted the moment the scientists had announced her fear for cats, more specifically household cats. She found the bigger variety of wild cats fascinating more than scary but still... nobody really wanted to get that close to one of them. Needless to say Chester had found this quite amusing and had since decided that at random intervals he would transform himself into such a creature that Jaida disagreed with. "Isn't it getting a little old already?" she asked unable to hide the hope in her voice as she spoke already knowing that the answer she was looking for wasn't going to be the one that came out of his mouth - where was the fun in giving it up after all? Everyone else seemed to find it quite funny as well.

Jaida and Chester had been drinking the other night, naturally. Long after everyone else had disappeared, getting to know each other as people do when they have just met. One thing had led to another in the sense that she remembered them talking on the sofa in the living room and and then her memory skipped a little and she remembered them getting into bed together, the rest she had an idea of but the details were blurry. The only mention of this happening had been earlier in the kitchen and although she was fine with casual sex, she had never had to live with them. At least she'd got in there before Kory she thought studying him as then continued what seemed to be a longer journey than it actually was.

Reaching the end of the corridor she slowly came to a halt at the lift, leaning against the side so as not to be in the way when the doors opened. She was after all assuming that waiting for the others was the idea as they'd have to travel down a level or two to reach the entrance of the building and in turn leave and then finally for an hour or two at least they'd be free!

She smiled as Penelope congratulated her; she like Penelope, she was a sweet heart and they clicked really well. She also like orchestra music as much as I do, She smiled as Penelope flew on the room to rest next to her. She was only slightly envious of Penelope's flying abilities; she would have her own soon enough.

It was weird, the feeling of being healed. It was like cool water just glazing over the surface of your skin, only when the feeling left there was no water, only a patch of pale flesh where a wound had once been. It was memorizing, to day the least. Art grinned and realized that Calla was probably up by this time, as well as James.

"Hey, maybe we can call Calla and James and go to the mall together! I know that Calla is awake, and I'm pretty sure Jame--" Art yelped, a bouncing, echo-ing sound, and spun around. Her mind worked to determine exactly what he had said and she caught her breath, smirking playfully at him. "''Sup'? Oh, you know, just my heart rate,"

Okay, so James is already here, I just gotta Calla and we can all meet up, She was secretly hoping they wold go to a carnival with plenty of roller coasters. Oh, did she love those. She pulled out her phone, scrolling nonchalantly through the contacts, letting her mind drift to the Crimson Moon. On one side, they terrified her. On the other, she was brave against them.

The unease she had was more on her own abilities than facing them. What if Blue Star saw how worthless she was and kicked her out? How would she find Mozzie? She shook her head, realizing she had missed the number and scrolling back up, selecting the 'Call' option.

"Yo, Calla! Hey, me, Penel, and James are all together. You want to get Farah and go somewhere together?" It occurred to her she hand't waited for Penelope's reply, but she shrugged it off.

James chuckled at Art's reply.
"Do you ever see me coming?" he joked. Usually, he wouldn't even be TRYING to act stealthily but she would still be surprised to see him. He noticed Penelope off to the side, sort of awkwardly standing there. They never really talked much, she seemed sort of shy. He could respect this, he used to be the same way before he became very social. "Hey Penelope," he said, slightly nodding his head in greeting. He heard Art talking on the phone with Calla. Awesome, I wonder where we're going... It really didn't matter to him as long as he was with friends.

c a l l a l y n n f e y ;; "Nothing special. I just woke up." Calla listened to Farah as she explained, and then asked her about her own. "What are you doing this morning?" She watched as the girl stood up and moved across the lobby with grace before she answered her. "You know, I don't know what I'll be doing..." She said, putting her pointer finger to her lips and rolling her smokey blue eyes to the ceiling. But as she looked back to Farah, she noticed that the girl seemed to have her morning already planned out and that she was delaying her. "Oh, I'm sorry!..." Calla exclaimed. "I'm delaying you, go and have fun!..." She smiled at her teammate, before plopping herself into one of the lounging chairs and closing her eyes. She could still feel the headache from her vision, and she rubbed her temples soothingly before her thoughts wandered back to the boy that her vision had shown her. I wonder who that boy was... Calla thought to herself, He was very cute... The thought made her blush slightly, because she was into the shy boy types as much as she was into the bad a** ones.

Calla's thoughts about her vision of the shy mysterious boy were shattered when she felt her bag vibrate in her lap, she almost let it fall out of her hands in surprise but managed to keep her grip on its straps and dig through it to find her i-phone. Her good friend Art's, or otherwise known as The Silver Violinist, smiling face appeared across the the screen as she slide her finger across to accept the call. Before Calla was even able to part her lips to say hello, Art's excited voice filled her ear. "Yo, Calla! Hey, me, Penel, and James are all together. You want to get Farah and go somewhere together?" She couldn't help but let the chuckle that she had been trying to hold in slip out, her friend was rather obnoxious but in a very good way. "Art! I would love to join you guys, it doesn't even matter to me what we do..." She laughed and then looked at Farah, giving her a questioning looking before putting her hand across the speaker of the phone. "Art, James and Penny want to know if you want to hang out with us, the mall perhaps?..." She asked Farah, a question in her voice, she of course wanted to know if she wanted to come as well. They were all friends after all, just not as close as others. As Calla waited for and answer from Farah, she took her hand off the phone and spoke again, addressing Art. "You guys want to meet down in the lobby?..." As Calla waited for Art to reply, she quickly looked down at her phone and sent a quick text to Teagan.

Farah watched Calla answer her phone, "Art, James and Penny want to know if you want to hangout with us, the mall perhaps?..." She then looked over at Farah who gave a thumbs-up and smiled, "The mall sounds good."She whispered at Calla, knowing she was still on the phone. She set her bag on the arm of the chair and checked for cash and cards. As soon as she found what she was looking for she dove into her pocket to find her lip balm. She uncapped the small tube and slipped it on her soft pink lips.
Farah knew she needed the mall. She needed to be around people more than just the trees. Of course it's always healthy to be one with nature and animals, but she didn't want to be isolated forever. Calla and her had known each other for a while and Farah felt that she could trust Calla more than anyone else in the house.
